The process was smooth, organized, and there were no long lines like I've experienced at some of the big-box stores. Audrey was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, patient, answered all of my questions, and even price matched to help keep my costs down. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything. Buying firearms can sometimes feel like a long, drawn-out, all-day process. This was anything but. The entire experience was relaxed, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I'll definitely be back for future purchases and would highly recommend them

I tried to wait patiently the last time but got discouraged and left. Apparently they don't care either. I explained to the lady at her desk next to the front door that I couldn't wait any longer because there's to many other places I could take my business to. She politely said, "that's ok, have a nice day". My feeling is that this family owned business with which seems like at least 10 employees (including office staff) have unfortunately lost all care and concern for new Customers. I gave the 2 stars because I also bought my gun there the month prior. But even then I never felt appreciated. The whole staff, they wander around doing their own thing and completely ignore walk-ins. Got a question, take a #. Never again will I return to this store and I would not recommend them to anyone.

They recently opened up their new location ( across the street from their previous location ) and man it's coming together. Far bigger store where they get to put up more goods to sell. The team is generally full of well informed and expert opinions that can guide your purchasing decisions. Special shout outs to Ethan who was one of the first staff members I interacted with and have since developed an immense gratitude for his knowledge and service attitude, frequently picking his brain and taking up his time, never making me feel rushed. Additionally aside from Ethan , it's been great getting to know Tyler and Kyle whom also exemplify great knowledge, great service, and general patience for a guy like me with a million questions. The shops selection is insane with your usual popular options and even select harder find options that aren't readily available at other lgs. The team/staff seem to be growing to match their high customer volume ( of which I have had the opportunity to work with through my several purchases ). Also while not directly involved in my purchases with processing paperwork's but often giving approval or influencing the deals that make purchases easy, Aubri has also been impactful and always takes the time to say hello! The og's that I mentioned have led/taught the growing staff well. If the owner/owners are reading this, please understand how much impact the aforementioned staff have made for guys like me. They're great. I have taken some friends over to shop and even purchase with them. Grateful to have a great local gun shop with a great staff. Thank you all again for always taking care of me!

BASS PRO SHOPS HAS MY WHOLE HEART!!!…read more WOW. Just wow. Coming here has been a dream of mine, and it somehow exceeded all my expectations. I came with my partner after spending the day at the outlets near Palm Springs. We arrived pretty close to closing, and even then, it was such an amazing experience. I finally got the Bass Pro hats I've been dreaming about, and honestly, this is one of the coolest stores I've ever been in. They literally have everything for the outdoors; fishing, camping, road trips, hiking... if you need it, they probably have it. They even sell boats! There was a shooting range, archery equipment, grills, snacks, a restaurant, sweets, and so much more. I could have spent hours exploring. And the prices?! An absolute STEAL!! I was shocked seeing hats for $5.99 and $9.99. How?! We also grabbed their BBQ chips, and they were chef's kiss. The employees were very friendly. The cashier who helped us was incredibly kind. She did spend quite a while helping the customer in front of us, and my partner and I were joking that it looked like love at first sight between them. It made for a funny moment while we waited. One important heads-up: Apple Pay is currently not working. When we visited on July 3, 2026, the cashier told us it might not be fixed for a few months. If you usually rely on Apple Pay, I'd recommend calling ahead or bringing a physical credit or debit card just in case. Overall, I absolutely loved this place and can't wait to come back. If you love the outdoors, or even just want to browse one of the coolest stores ever!!! You have to visit Bass Pro Shops!

They have everything you need for the outdoors and for any military/tactical gear. They also have MREs to purchase. They are super friendly and i believe they have decent prices on their merchandise. I came in looking for "camping" chairs and hoping I can test them out. I found what I was looking for and a small portable lantern/flashlight. My husband went there for some shorts and pants. I always recommend this store to others who are looking for outdoor gear.

George was so enthusiastic that we were buying knives and helped us select one that was right for us and we needed his help because we've never bought a pocket knife before. We were buying knives because we took a 4 hour survival skills class in Pasadena the weekend before and were told everyone needs to have a good knife on them. One of my superintendents at work told me to get a knife from military surplus with a compass on the top and that comes with a stone for sharpening the knife. Unfortunately they didn't carry the compass knife but I was able to get a good one for under $30. I have to mention that we learned more from George in 20 minutes than we did in 4 hours at the survival skills class. He's very knowledgeable about knives, outdoor survival and camping gear. Honestly, we were 3 ladies and it's intimidating just walking into a military surplus store, but George made us feel really comfortable and he was really fun to talk to/learn from about knives and survival skills. He let us know we have to get really comfortable with using our knife like it's an extra limb that way we don't freeze up in case of emergency. We told him he needs to teach a class on this and have his own line of knives. I ended up getting a Marine brand knife, a sharpening stone and a whistle with a compass and a flint on it and it was worth it.
