I placed an online order at this location, the wait for this order was about 35 minutes. I received a notification stating my order was ready. When I arrived they did not even have my order, I had to place it again. In addition, they would not put my order ahead of the others in line or orders that came in, even though my receipt showed that I placed my order almost an hour prior. Therefore, I waited over an hour and a half to receive my order. This was my first visit to a Duck Donuts location and I will not be returning to this one. These are the best donuts I've ever had in my life. I used to make donuts at a bakery I worked at and compared to these mine were garbage haha. These donuts are delicious and are made to order right in front of you, if you haven't tried them yet you definitely should. I would recommend you order online because it is a lot faster that way. read more

Staff is rude, they allow overcrowding inside. Worker screamed across the store to come inside and close the door, I was waiting at the door because there had to be at least 30 people inside and no way to distance from anyone. Won't go back, I'm sure the doughnuts are fine but they clearly don't care about anyone's health. read more
