There's also very cute and funny beach themed decor. I also love the fact they have books about the kindred box. While it was touristy stuff, it made me happy to see so much Carolina stuff as a long time resident of them. NC hats, SSB stuff, and even simple little toys for the kids. The lady at checkout helped me pick the right size for a sweater I wanted. If it wasn't for her telling me I could try it on in a back room I never would've gotten the appropriate size. She was very kind and down to earth. Was a nice end to my trip there.

I absolutely love this place and is one of my favorite places to stop before I head to Myrtle Beach. It's located in Calabash, NC so it's like 10 minutes before you get to the SC boarder. It might be shorter than that. But anyway, I love coming here obviously the food is fresh and fantastic. They have plenty of outdoor seating and it's always nice and clean. The staff is wonderful. I love that every time I've come, I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Everything that I've tried has been great. And they have lots of options. Check out my pics and I'm a creature of habit so I got the same thing but one thing I did try was the Wahoo fish. It was perfect and I'd never had it before. I can see this easily being a fan favorite. And lastly the dessert. I highly recommend getting the fried pound cake and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It's heavenly. Although, not pictured, they have a great pumpkin pie. Follow their Instagram for updates because they do close down I want to say the Thanksgiving day up until Spring so about March or April. The fish was beautifully prepared, but I ended up taking everything home because my pallet was blown by the bell peppers. It was an expensive special that was reheated with homemade risotto.
