Wow, I've been wanting to try Duck Donuts and I finally have. D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! Walked in smiling behind my mask. The young lady cashier was really kind. Told her it was my first time and she explained the ropes. I was not trying to go all crazy this time and just ordered 2 donuts: French toast and maple bacon drizzled with caramel. OMG! These donuts melted in my mouth. I ate one right away that was soft & warm. Both donuts were SO GOOD! SO SO GOOD! MMMMM! I can see how these donuts could be addicting. Glad it's NOT that close to me! Lol! I will be back!

If you're craving anything sweet, these hot, made to order, donuts are a MUST. Sometimes there might be a little wait but it's 100% worth it. Wish they were open late! THINGS TO NOTE: These are CAKE donuts...not yeast The donuts are HOT & FRESH (YES, the frosting will probably melt some {kinda the point}) They aren't huge, which allows you to try multiple flavors without getting a stomach ache 1 dozen is $22, pricey but worth it considering every single donut is made to order. The staff was very friendly and the Girl making the donuts was taking her time and making sure each one was perfect! Love this location!

The only place I know where you get a smile at clock out time - it was the perfect idea to bring to a friend's house. A gourmet donut... who knew. Check out their party trays!

My wife surprised me with a stop to this spot. She gets the credit for discovering this gem! The donuts are made to order, as soon as you order them, the dough is placed on the conveyer belt and into the hot oil. The showpiece isnt the donut, but the toppings that you can choose from, I had Oreo cookies and cream, and chocolate, peanut butter drizzle. Breakfast sandwich options and coffee are also available on the menu. This is a chain bakery, it has a winning formula. Duck Donuts also caters. The donuts arent heavy, they are vanilla cake batter, not overly rich and they taste really good.

Couldn't believe this is what they gave us. Unacceptable.

I'm a huge fan of Federal Donuts and really wanted donuts but didn't feel like driving into Philly. So last Friday my friend told me she heard about Duck Donuts, neither one of us tried it but it was closer. We took the 20 min drive to Marlton after pre-ordering our donuts online. Due to covid restrictions you just pull up and someone comes out. We began to drive off after receiving our donuts but I was excited to try mine and I opened the box (good thing I did), ALL of the donuts were MELTED....EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM!!!! So we turn back around and call them asking for new donuts. One of my comments was "am I supposed to dip my donut in the frosting at the bottom of the box?". The lady explained that they were melted because they were hot donuts and PROCEEDED TO TAKE THE DONUTS BACK INTO THE STORE TO PREVENT US FROM HAVING 2 ORDERS. Don't get me wrong, we didn't want a free order but that's something to take into consideration during COVID. The donuts were in our car, in our possession and you took them back into your store. RETURNING FOOD, simply disgusting. I mean ppl can't even return clothes to stores but you're taking food, GROSS. ANYWAYS, so after 5 mins the lady comes back out with a new set of donuts that were even more melted. It just blows my mind because none of the donuts I saw on yelp looked melted. If your donuts were too hot, why would you frost them instead of waiting? So we paid almost 20 dollars for donuts and this is what we got. NOT A FAN, THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR BEING TOO LAZY TO DRIVE TO FEDERAL!!!!

This was my first time trying this establishment and I must say they were outstanding. Fresh, warm and delicious the options were plenty and so good. I got the Signature Variety and a half dozen of some of the other flavors and they were all sooo good. The staff were extremely polite and a pleasure to interact with. I will definitely be heading back there for my next donut fix.

Decent Experience! The store is cute and customer service was nice. I like how you can custom made your donuts and the flavors.

Wow, these are the best donuts I've ever had. I can't recall a time in my life where I ate a donut and was instantly impressed....speechless rather. 10/10 would recommend

My GPS said I'd arrived but I had to look up a picture of the place because it's in an old Victorian house set back from the road with a couple other businesses. Being set back allows them to have a quiet outdoor seating area with plenty of shade which you pass by on your way inside. Inside is very cute with much more seating, big bright windows that let in the afternoon sun and decor that blends the coffee shop seamlessly into the beautiful old house. I ordered an iced almond milk latte, my warm weather go to. The counter person asked if I wanted any flavor/syrup and, while I usually don't because I don't like sweet coffee, I acquiesced because she said she could make sure it wasn't super sweet but I still got the flavor. This was quite literally the BEST iced almond milk latte I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. The salted caramel syrup lent just a hint of sweetness but full flavor. The espresso was flawless. I sipped my latte while walking back down Main Street to my car in 80° weather with flowers blooming and birds chirping and it was the perfect lunch break treat. I will be back.

From the second I walked in, it was clear they care about the craft. You can get your standard coffee options, but the owner also offers creative flavor combinations that feel thoughtful, not trendy for the sake of it. We ordered a hot oat milk mocha, a honey sea salt latte, an oat milk hojicha latte, and a decaf Americano, and every drink was delivered hot, well balanced, and full of flavor. They also offered a wide selection of pastries to choose from. We passed this time, but they all looked delicous. The space is simple in a really good way, clean, calm, and with plenty of seating to hang out and enjoy your coffee. Pricing felt fair, service came with a genuine smile, and I really enjoyed chatting with the owner about coffee and learning that some of the tea is sourced directly from Japan. Parking is easy too, with spots behind the building if street parking is full. This is exactly the kind of local coffee shop you hope to find and one I would absolutely recommend stopping into.

Just going to stop by since I was in the area. The bakery is in this shopping center and the parking lot was pretty full when I arrived Sunday afternoon. I agree with the reviewers that this place is small. I felt that I wanted to take my time looking at items but the space felt crowded while looking. Overall they had many options to choose some but there were some empty looking shelves in the far back. I managed to get a few items to try and a slice of cake. There are kiosks to also order drinks. The line was long but moved quickly. The items I tried: Cheesy hot dog: pretty good! very sweet bread with a tiny hot dog. White Chocolate strawberry: delicious strawberry filling. The bun was soft and not overly sweet. Berry bun: I got the very last one! DELISH! The bun of milky, soft and berry filled. My favorite probably. Taro bun: HUGE! Love the taro paste but the bread was alittle off since there was seeds in it. Not loving that texture Tiramisu cheesecake: very good fluffy cheesecake. Would have liked more tiramisu/coffee flavor. Chocolate bun: Another favorite. Very good chocolate fudge on the inside. Wish I bought 10 of theses. Egg tarts: I got the two pack. Wish I got the full box (maybe next time). Flaky buttery crust with sweet egg custard. Also a favorite. Overall everything I got was really good. I also loved that the prices were very affordable ($2-5). The only thing I would add is maybe to have more a description and allergens added to the cards so people with allergies could identify what they can and cannot eat. Cant wait to come back and maybe try one of the drinks :)

What was most disappointing was the lack of communication or follow-up from Turning Point throughout the entire process. I understand holidays are busy, but communication and accountability matter.
