Just in case you only read the beginning of reviews get the maple bacon donut (you're welcome). Now, to the review... I couldn't justify giving this place less than five stars if I tried. First, you can either go to the counter with your order or fill out a form so you don't even have to have the classic embarrassing "what should I get " moments you have in someplace new and exciting. Second, the price point is perfect. I got two donuts (as should you) and a regular coffee for less than $5. Third, the service is great and friendly, they verify how the donuts "look for you" before making you walk away with your purchase. Once you've walked away, well it's uphill from there. The maple bacon donut is without a doubt the best donut I have ever had in my entire life bar none. It is out of this world, the icing is amazing as is the bacon. It is the perfect thing to have hot and fresh and that's exactly what it will be... hot and fresh. Amazing donuts but service was slower than expected. I understand that each donut is made-to-order, but based on the crowd, the manager should have had more donut makers working that station. For a Sunday afternoon, I would expect a large crowd - the GM should have too. The cashier/order taker even forgot my coffee until I reminded him. A bit disappointing for our first visit. read more

This place was very cute and something different however the service was awful the manager was not trained very well I had 10 kids with me. As we moved off to the side so everyone can get there orders together we were looked at as if she didn't want to serve us then we order two of my children wanted to order lattes so I told them to wait and we will put it on a separate order once or during the donuts my son who is 3 picked up a rubber ducky that was at the counter she asked him could he have the rubber ducky the manager then said to him know you can't steal it this of course pissed me off as my child is not a thief he is only 3 but because of the color of our skin we were treated differently she then try to offer Us free donuts when I called her out nice place good Donuts bad customer service will never go here again will never recommend any of my friends to patronize this place read more

We tried to order donuts for our family to be delivered to the Hershey medical center 11/4-11/5 and Louise gave my wife a lot of attitude about a $100 order. She was told, "we arent responsible for these donuts once they leave" despite using the delivery service that is used on their website. The order was lost and couldn't be accounted for despite having to place the order twice. Would not recommend delivery from this site as my wife NEVER received a call back from their manager and had to fight to get a refund. read more

Came out HOT and drippy: maple glaze with bacon, vanilla with Oreo topping and hot fudge drizzle, glaze with chocolate sprinkles and hot fudge drizzle, vanilla glaze with raspberry drizzle..... all amazing, each worth the sugar intake of a dozen regular donuts. Came for breakfast with donuts and coffee. They have a great selection of frostings and toppings. The standard base vanilla donut is warm and delicious. The boardwalk donut tasted just like funnel cake. Coffee was really good too. Next time I'll try the donut breakfast sandwich read more

Visiting Hershey and had to check out Duck Donuts! Overall great experience! Fun for the kids, donuts were warm and delicious! Great variety. Only negative was the floors were extremely sticky and all the tables were loaded with trash from the previous people which wasn't cleaned. read more

We finally were able to try Duck Donuts and I'm sorry we waited so long to go! We picked up a 1/2 dozen to eat over the next couple days for breakfast. Here we are 2 days later and the donut still tasted and felt perfectly fresh!! Not an ounce of staleness in the entire thing. Very impressive. I ordered the pumpkin icing with graham cracker crumbs and marshmallow drizzle and a chocolate icing with salted caramel drizzle. Both were absolutely fantastic. My husband got the maple bacon and the smores; he hasn't ate his smores yet but he said the maple bacon was hands down the best donut he's ever had. Our 6 year old daughter got the flip flop (chocolate icing vanilla drizzle) - added chocolate sprinkles and a powdered sugar with chocolate drizzle and rainbow sprinkles. However they forgot her chocolate sprinkles on the flip flop and they did cinnamon sugar instead of powdered sugar on her other. Partly her fault because she said the wrong thing at first when ordering. Neither of the mistakes upset her in the least bit, she LOVED them. I also ordered a large iced caramel latte and it may have been the best iced caramel latte I've ever had. Everything came to around $12. We will definitely be returning customers! It's a good thing we live about 30-40 minutes from Hershey, otherwise it would be very bad for our waist lines!! read more

There's nothing bad you can say about a fresh, warm donut covered in chocolate, chopped bacon and salted caramel. The coffee, on the other hand... I like my coffee black, dark, and rich. The dark blend, while strong, was definitely not a quality roast. It wasn't bitter, it just tasted like a cheap blend, leaving a bad aftertaste. If I was *just* interviewing the donuts, this would be a solid three star offering. The donuts are good. Fine. Whatever reasonable 'solid' type laudatory adjective you choose. Cute place, I'm sure for little kids who watch Nickelodeon all day and need to be rewarded with a simple donut with elaborate icings, then go. I'm sure it's cute but not going to last long. I took my three grandsons on a busy day. They are not adventurous and did not want any of the savory combinations. I thought the piece I had of a very generic combination was good, but not any better than Karn's or Giant. I don't need a warm donut, so I probably won't be a regular customer. Not really sure what all the hoopla is about. I am a filled donut fan, so maybe I can't be fair in my review. They do not have any filled donuts. read more

This place is fabulous. The donuts are like no others. We asked the owner for recommendations, but the one he said was the favorite we didn't order. After ordering, we went to a table to wait for our donuts. The owner brought us the kind of donut he recommended, on the house. It was soooo good ( French toast). We all loved what we ordered. They are a bit more expensive than you would pay at one of the mass produced donut shops, but they are worth the extra cost. This is a don't miss place in Hershey. read more

Stopped in this morning before going to the theme park. The gent behind there counter was friendly and explained the process to my son and I. The doughnuts... These donuts were some of the best I have ever had. I got two donuts; one with peanut butter frosting, crumbled Oreos, and a marshmallow drizzle. The other was a maple bacon donut that was to die for! They were perfectly warm and delicious!
