Many people hanging out on the couches and chairs engaged in conversation with friends. There was even a group of people seated at a table with some sort of game spread out. From the outside this looked like a boring strip center with yet another coffee place, but the inside was bustling with activity. They have a side room that is long and narrow. There is a conference table with chairs around it. Off to the side is a conversation nook with couches and chairs around a large tree stump that serves as a coffee table. Although the room is walled off from the rest of the cafe, it has a thin double glass door that doesn't keep the sound contained and doesn't provide privacy. The floor was concrete and bare and the high walls allowed noise to ricochet making it very difficult to hear anyone speaking. It was free to meet here, so we made due. I'm intrigued enough that I hope to return and try out their menu in the future.

On a Monday between 9:30a & 10a they were busy, but they were very well-staffed and moved fast without rushing anyone, and the line wasn't out the door. There's also a free covered garage right around the corner behind the location, so parking within a block or so of walking distance isn't a problem.

There's seasonal drinks are delicious, but I stick to my tried and true- Beez Kneez I had a little modification of a little extra honey, and a few splashes of heavy cream. If you ever tried and loved the Bell milk from La La Land, you'll know why I quickly became addicted to adding heavy cream too all my coffees lol Everyone there is always so friendly and quick to recommend things if you're deciding between two different drinks. The egg salad had some sugar and condensed milk added to the filling. This made it taste great. The service was excellent. We had our sandwiches in a few minutes. The decor is so bright and colorful. Japanese characters adorn the walls and windows. We had fun playing the claw machine. A great place to eat and enjoy the scenery.

This is the Lord's truth--I disconnected my water filtering system, bought a water cooler, and plan to purchase all my drinking water, ice, and tea from Dub. Really! This place is that good! Please, please give this place and try, and I promise you will be hooked. Ask Dub for a tour of his system, and you will know why his water, tea, and ice are so darn delicious. There are teas to sample--Dub is very generous. Also, this is the perfect place to go if you are having a party and need really tasty water and tea for guests. Spread the word! read more

Oh wait, I just did. So this is probably the best milk tea in Dallas. Some of the many Dallas locations are less than friendly, and less tasty, but this one was hyper tasty, and perhaps the most friendly of all of them. Sooner or Latte you have to try this place. It's quite different to any other Boba shop. Except the other TeaLatte's around DFW (there's maybe 7 or 8 now), and the Teapresso Bars in Houston (I think there's 2 at the moment), and the ones in Hawaii, where the chain is from. Yes, they're from Hawaii. That might explain why they taste so different - in a good way. We will definitely be coming back in the future to try different things, but do bear in mind that for the purist this is definitely along the lines of somewhat Americanized (or Hawaiianized) Boba rather than a Taiwanese original. Feng Cha is unassuming on the outside but the inside is really cute and I appreciated the kiosks they have inside so you can build your own perfect drink. I decided on the creme brulee dirty boba with 75% sweetness and it looked so pretty and delicious upon receiving it. The drink was on point, it was perfectly sweet, creamy and I loved the pieces of burnt sugar throughout the drink. The drink was also topped with a creamy cheese foam that added so much flavor to the drink, I really enjoyed it. I still don't care for the boba balls so next time I'll get it without. Overall, this drink was on point and I can't wait to return to try their other flavors.
