This is the best for your electronics, they are so efficient with getting your devices fixed and the price is low always, i went in there to fix my iPhone cracked screen and i was done in 20 minutes. read more

So I had multiple things wrong with my phone but I need a new screen and my home button was broken from my iPhone 6s and I didn't know who to go to I didn't have AppleCare so I googled it and even tried to see if I could maybe do it on my own because the prices I received everywhere else was way too high so I called the shop and I asked him just straight up what I was looking at like is my phone ruin am I going to get another phone as a better option and if it was not completely ruined how long would it take for repair. Im super glad the phone was fixable and Mike was super helpful super cheery and was able to provide all the answers I needed and a solution and told me to come in and drop the phone off. Told me that he would be done in about an hour and everything worked just fine on it. I had my doubts I'm not gonna lie but I went over there right away a little hard to find. But i called when I got there I need directions to find his actual shop. I dropped the phone off got a receipt proof of transaction and in less than 45 minutes he called me up and said that my phone is ready to go I came in and checked everything worked. I am/was completely happy and satisfied I would definitely definitely tell everybody I know to come here to get their phone or computer or whatever they have or broke to this business. Its incredible how well they do it and how they are not afraid to provide a service and a solution to "unfixable" so if you think it needs to be fixed or it can be fixed they can fix it even if you don't think you can be fixed they can fix it! I have yet to hear bad reviews from the people I referred over there, nothing bad only great success stories and very helpful transactions and completion of devices and in record time too. SO shout out to Du Mobile/ Mike they did perfect on my phone and I would definitely give them a five star rating every time. I have an iPad I'm bringing into them actually today and I will leave another review after the completion of that device thanks Mike read more

I answered their ad for a laptop they were selling. A 15" 2012 macbook pro. I specifically was in contact with the seller and ask if he has this particular model... a couple days ago. He said yes. I text him once again today and again he said yes. So I told him I'm leaving from Vallejo to union city to purchase. He apparently told one of his staff members I was coming as she was charging the laptop. But the laptops she has are 13" not 15" as advertised. I ask him twice! Made me waste my time and expenses to his store. Be careful with their advertising... I don't respect people who lies to try to sell something you you didn't want. The sales girl try to push the 13" but it's not what I ask for. I'm not blaming the girl. She just doing her job. She was really kind and was just stuck in the middle. read more

Literally loved this cute little store. Tracy was so good to me. She helped me with my screen that cracked and was glitching. All she needed to check was that the camera still worked and the. She said come back in 45min. She was so polite and helpful. After I came back she said that I had a cheaper fix than we thought so was an extra $10 off so that was great to hear and she also said come back if anything happens and that it has warranty. I am so glad I didn't go to just anywhere but DU Mobile. Definitely would recommend it to anyone with a broken screen device. Thanks again Tracy read more

Just went here because my iPhone 7 Plus' charging port was having issues. The lady at the counter was nice and told me exactly what was wrong and what she was going to do. I left my phone for about 50 min and when I came back, it was fixed! I have to really thank the counter lady (didn't get her name), because she really saved me there. She even reiterated what she did for the phone which put my mind at ease. Then to my surprise she told me that I had a 90 day warranty in case it stops working again. Didn't see that one coming, and I'm really happy that that's offered. Like I said I just got the service done so I can't speak to the longevity of the fix, but this place is trustworthy and if this port keeps going, I'll be stopping by again to see the magic counter lady! Funny side note: they have about 4 other businesses running at the same time, so if you also need taxes done, they've got you covered read more

TLDR: I shattered my iPad Pro's screen and home button. But now I can draw with my Apple Pencil again and everything works! (my home button is now basic though instead of touch id, which is impossible to find) They did a great job. The price was fair and the cheapest in the area. My 9.7" iPad Pro broke because I have butterfingers, dropped it, and shattered the screen, especially at the bottom. I had messaged the owner, Mike, to get a quote for the repairs here on yelp. He responded within (probably) 15 minutes with a very reasonable quote. I brought it in and after maybe half a day of being there, they tell me that the wiring for my home button had also snapped with the screen. It took about a week to fix everything, but it took a long time for the parts for the home button to get delivered to their shop (which they nicely offered an accommodation for). A Touch id home button was impossible to find, so i only have a basic home button now. Also, it would've taken only one visit, but the battery had died by the time I picked it up and I didn't have time to charge it to check the repairs in-store that day. I think they would've been able to fix it right then and there if I had the time. The first visit left my screen with a strip in the center that would work visually but wouldn't respond to touch. They were able to fix that problem within a day or two. Since the amount of time it took for the home button parts to get to them wasn't their fault, my only complaint is that they didn't call me to let me know my iPad was done. I called every other day the first drop off since they told me to call to check in, but the second time they told me they would call me and didn't. Besides that tiny detail, they're great! They were able to do the job for a very fair price and the accommodation discount made it even more worth while. I'm clumsy, so I will definitely be coming here the next time one of my screens break out of warranty. read more

Oh my ...beware of this place! They claim to have factory unlocked phones. I went there to buy an iPhone 5 for my son for Xmas. First I called to check availability and pricing. I get there and they try to increase the price ... NO!! Then they advertised an expired coupon which they tried not to honor..NO! Then I get home and it's not unlocked, it's still connected to the previous carrier. I go back and they have 1 of 3 that actually work but of course it costs more, it's Xmas eve and I'm not having it ... so HELL NO!! After a long unnecessary discussion with the so called Owner, Mike, I got an upgraded iPhone 5 SE, which was the least he could do since he wasn't trying to give me my cash back. Yes I got a phone but it doesn't excuse the lack of professionalism and horrible customer service. read more

They helped me unlock my phone! Great work and super easy to deal with. I recommend them!

So me and my boyfriend went to this place in september to get his iphone 6s plus screen to be repaired. Some random kid he ends up hiring, damages it and the main owner decides to give him a replacement iphone 6s plus, we were okay with color, but it was THEIR responsibility to check the gb. We had 32 and they gave us a 16. The worker did not put in any info on our phone, nor the phone that was given to us. We ended up going back today just so they can tell us they can not exchange because its been 30 days. OKAY, but you guys are the ones that ripped us off. It is YOUR COMPANYS RESPONSIBILITY to put in info on your guys' phones and customers phone. How is anybody supposed to trust you guys with the phone if you dont check the memory. Idiots. on top of that he told my boyfriend, "hey man this isnt mexico, check your receipt." RACIST OWNER AND RIP OFF. DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! and he also wants to sue me just because i wrote this review expressing the inconvienience his company has caused. thanks alot mike. read more
