dropped my phone today, and the screen cracked and started glitching, so i came here to get it replaced. Hai was very nice and fast when replacing my screen! after getting my phone back, i checked everything to make sure it was ok, and noticed my front camera was blurry. i pointed it out and Hai took my phone back to clean the camera, then proceeded to make sure everything else was working fine. great customer service, would definitely come back! read more

I came into Du Mobile after finding they would replace my broken IPhone 7 screen for 70 dollars (which is cheaper than most other stores). What made this experience so enjoyable was the awesome customer service provided by Mike. Mike was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. I highly recommend Du Mobile and specifically Mike for anyone who needs their phone fixed. read more

Very quick service. One of my friend referred Du Mobile to me when I was looking for help in fixing my broken iPhone screen. I reached Du Mobile thought Yelp and did chat with him and scheduled time for my repair. There was only one person doing all repairs. He quickly attended me and took my phone and examined for few seconds and told me he can fix it. I was so fascinated by his excellent skill of dissembling the phone in less than 5 mins. He was able to complete the screen replacement procedure in less than 15 mins. Best part is, he told me to come back if there is any issues with the screen with in 90 days. I really recommend Du Mobile if you want your broken iPhone screen fixed for less price instead of paying $150-$200 for Apple authorized dealers read more

great, quick service. very friendly staff, good energy and very reasonable pricing. definitely recommend coming for any of your needs

My daughter broke her iPhone screen and looked up 'iPhone repairs' and Du Mobile popped up. I wrote them a message and heard back from them almost instantly (which isn't always the case with most stores). They were able to see me right away. They are located in a small shop so you can't really see them from the street but it's not hard finding them once you enter the parking lot. When I got there my screen was fixed in 30 mins which was so convenient. Very friendly also. read more

Moms phone cracked, brought it over and they were able to service our phone quickly. There is only on person working here, so sometimes they would have to service the other people. But overall great service and we will bring it over in case of any future accidents. read more

I would not normally leave a bad review for a place, because I don't want businesses to lose their customers based on one bad experience. But I don't want anyone else to be fooled like I did! Went there to replace a broken screen on iPhone 7. Not only they did not fix it, but they also broke the touch button on my iPhone (which was woking fine with the broken screen) He said it was an accident and if I leave the phone with them, he will take it to him friend and get it fixed. But I did not want to leave my phone with them (I read some other reviews on their yelp where costumer's phone got lost at their store, and I didn't want to risk it) So, I asked them to put my original broken screen back, and i'll just take it to Apple store. After one more hour, Mike put on a broken screen back on my iPhone... I noticed it's not even my original broken screen!!!!! I asked him to put back my own screen (Since I wanted to take it to Apple store for repair, I wanted to have the original part on my phone) At first, he kept saying i missed ur original one! I had to stay in the store for 1.5 more hours for them to put back my even more damaged screen. I ended up fixing my screen at apple store and paying double amount of money, because they broke the button! :( I came back asking for a screen protector a few days later. He kept me waiting another 20 minutes, put a bad protector that didn't even fit an iPhone's screen and said thats all I have!!! Again he kept saying come back tomorrow and I'll fix it!!!!! I feel that this place is a scam! But it was a good lesson for me. I will always pay a little more and go to a decent place instead! Update: yes Mike is right in the comment bellow. I forgot to mention, he did not charge me anything. But he did make my phone more damaged to the point where no other store could fix it and I had to take it to Apple store. He said it was an accident and that he would pay half of the apple store cost! I never bargained over this with him though! So all it ended up costing was ~4 hours in his store instead of the promised 20-30 mins + ~$180 replacement cost at Apple store. Also, he commented that my phone was broken too bad and it wasn't repairable. But when I first went to the shop, I asked him if he could repair it, and he said yes. it is common fix and it will take only 20-30 minutes. **** after posting my honest experience here, he sent me a private massage on yelp, saying that he would file a lawsuit against me because of posting this review!!! I'm wondering if this is how businesses get their 4+ stars reviews now!! ***** read more

Worst place ever !!! Owner is a jackass rude ass hell!!! I came to this shop over a month ago to get my phone unlocked, the owner initially told me it was going to take 2 days . At this point the shop seemed pretty nice price was pretty ok to . I waited two days for them to called me on the third day I stopped by the shop to ask how much longer it was going to take the guy said 2 more days . I was little irritated at this point but I let it go and waited two more days . I kept calling the shop every few days check up on my phone and they kept saying the same thing . It's June 7 today I went i the shop April 30 to get it unlocked . I told the people working there that it's alright if guys are having a difficulty unlocking it just refund me and I'll get it done from somewhere else . They insist that they can do it and to give them one more day . And being the nice person I am I let them have one more day . I called to ask them on an update with the phone and the owner telling me that the phone was rejected by there system 2 hours ago . This is when my anger could not be controlled anymore . If my phone was rejected who is suppose to call me and inform me. I live close by to the shop and so I was there within 5 mins of the phone conversation . While I was getting my refund the owner tells the worker " give this lady a refund she can't wait" You motherfucking piece of shit . Don't teach me how to wait I waited on you over a month for something other people can go in less then 24 hours . I am a business owner myself I know how to deal with customer and speak to them in a respectful tone but apparently this guy doesn't Moral of the story don't waste your time and money here go somewhere else where your needs are fulfilled and are treated respectfully read more

A few month ago was looking to get my phone screen replaced on my iPhone X. Tracy fixed my phone and then I brought another iPhone X that was damaged all over. While that phone works ok I was able to exchange it for a trade in. I've brought my phone back and Tracy was able to replace my screen. She even gave me good recommendations for screen protector. I've ventured off and drop off my MacBook touchpad (it's not powering on) overall the service is excellent and it's very close by. Thanks read more

I got my screen fixed here twice. The first time I got my phone fixed my boyfriend went in for me and the guy told him it was $180 to get it fixed. He agreed to it because I needed my phone fixed ASAP. The second time I got my phone fixed I went in and they told me it was only $100. How did it go from $180 to $100? After getting my phone fixed the second time my screen cracked again. So I went in asking if they can just replace it because the screens they're putting on are just easily breaking and because I've had it replaced for only three days. The guy said "$100. Or you can come back when it breaks again" and laughs. Is this a business or a joke? They price way too high for cracked screens that break easily. They don't have good customer service. I do not recommend this place. read more

I brought my iPhone 6 in because the charging port was not working. I expected to drop it off and come back a couple days later but instead Du started working on it immediately. If you have a new model iPhone don't come here. Came in with a cracked screen repair. I returned with an inoperative phone that Apple couldn't even fix. I was fortunate to have a refund for 70$, but that's not even close to what I had to pay for a new phone. I will be looking into legal actions against this shady business and ask that anyone else who had the same send me a message. read more

Good OHONE repair and fixed my broken screen and back glass easily and even replaced my battery for me. Very good phone repair shop.

ATTENTION: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I am not the person to sit here and write terrible reviews but all I gotta say is this place was TERRIBLE...after yelping a place to take my phone to get repaired, I came across this spot. I went in with a Samsung Galaxy S5 with a broke screen & LCD. I dropped off the phone & they told me to come back the next day. When I picked it up the phone screen was twitching and not working properly, so I took it back and they said they would fix it again.. 3 days later after calling and going back & fourth they finally gave me my phone. There was crazy glue all over it the screen was popping up and the phone LCD was still not working. Literally screwed everything up. Terrible service. Never going back here again & you shouldn't either read more

Quick reply with an estimate through yelp and quick battery change for my iPhone. Friendly service employee

My Pixel 1 died and Mike tried to fix it. I knew both the battery and charge port were not the issue. They needed to be replaced, but it was the motherboard that needed attention. Mike sent it "a master" and three weeks later when I went to pick up the phone, I was handed a small box with my phone disassembled... The communication with Mike was not clear. I had to reach out to ask questions. He said it was going to be ready one day and when I went to pick it up, he had the wrong phone in mind. He wasn't paid because the phone wasn't fixed. He always seemed very busy and it wasn't working on my phone. Hard to tell if he really tried. Best of luck if you go here. read more
