This is the place to go for your cell phone repairs. My wife's S5 USB connector no longer able to charge t due to the connector prongs being no longer aligned. Repair would cost $80. Tracy, the young Asian woman at the shop suggested going online to obtained a use one as a better option. In fact, she had one available for $100. I had broke my samsung s9 plus screen. Came in to du mobile to ask tracy about fixing my phone. She only had the back piece to my phone and had told me if she ordered the front screen it could take anywhere from 2days to 5 days to get my screen replaced. She ended up making some calls, for my luck she got ahold of someone that drove to the location to drop off the screen. She went over board to help me get my phone fixed that same day. Keep in mind that I has insurance with Verizon. I could have just ordered a new phone but I had so many important files and info in the phone that I would have never got back! So, This Rating is Long so Bare with me..... Mike who I msg on Facebook about the Lg V20 he was selling. He responded quick and answered my quistions about the phone. In a strip mall in Union City there is a wonderful resource for phone and computer repair. Besides selling phones and phone accessories, they replaced my Android tablet power connector at a reasonable price. It took a little longer than promised because of parts, and I had to call several times to see if it was ready and depending who is working at the counter or answering the phone, reception may not win a personality contest. But who cares about beside manners if the repair doctor fixed the patient without costing an arm or a leg. The person who did the repair was very nice. read more

I ended up dropping my phone a couple times and the LCD broke. I took it back to this place to see if they did pone repairs. To my surprise Tom quoted me at 90$ for intense work on my phone screen which was pretty beat up to the point I could see the inner cables of my phone. At 90$ I was happy to let him work on my phone. I came in last week because I was having some issues with my iPhone 6. It's been a common issue with iPhone 6 phones that the hardware is damaged so location services hasn't been working properly. Anyway, I've been living without GPS since November 2016 so when I revisited the issue online recently, some people were saying that the antenna flex cable needs to be replaced. This is when I decided to call around to get quotes. I sent a message via Yelp to Mike and he replied promptly on the same day. When I went to the store, Tom (Mike's brother), was the one who assisted me on my phone. This guy is a genius and he spent SO much time trying to help me. When he replaced the antenna flex cable, my GPS still wasn't working. He then replaced another part on the phone (I don't know what part this is as I'm not tech savvy) and then again...no luck. By this point, he had already spent a good 35 mins on my phone. When it didn't work the second time, he told me not to give up hope and he did a "flash" on my phone (at least this is what I think it's called). HORRAAYY IT WORKED AFTER THE FLASH! i went there on a wimb trying to get a solution for my iphone6 battery due to rapid drainage. didnt expect them to repair those kinds of things i asked the super nice chic if they replaced batteries and quickly showed me her professionalism and quickly edtablished my phones make and model and paired it with the proper battery and had my phone fixed in 20 min. on top of all that she also noticed i had a cracked screen and offered to fix it for $20 more dollars. i didnt accept the deal, though it was kind she then told me "let me get you a receipt for this battery and next time u come in the offer still stands"... and wrote it as a memo on the receipt with her name Tracy. super cool and even talked about Game Of Thrones with her as she fixed my phone is an expertly fashion.
