They also might not know their own prices or promotions or try to hide the fact so they can upsale you. They also made me wait with my 1 year old son for over an hour after the deal was agreed just to put you in another room with finance just to put run into another long sales pitch with a higher price than what was agreed apon. Would not trust this place, even other reviews seem disingenuous. Before the sale the managers are right around the corner trying to close the deal not letting you leave, after the sale they are too busy and wont even take a phone call. Do not work with the salesperson Luis Diaz he will bother you by calling before the sale, but after he will ignore your messages. He is not knowledgeable about the promotions or any of the cars, there were features that he said the car did not have and after driving for a week I noticed they did have. Easily gets frustrated and shows that in front of the customer. He also talks bad about other Toyota dealerships when they themselves do those same shady practices.

My parents were with me whom he treated with great respect as well. My experience was well appreciated and as a long time LOB client, I felt the value placed on my loyalty. To be clear, the value as a client has never wavered, has been present since day one from decades ago and only strengthened over time. The delivery was a seamless, organized process. The GM, Michael, whom we also had the pleasure to meet, was terrific. One can clearly see Michael has a great team and we were lucky to be Eddie R's clients! The vehicle: 2026 Lexus GX 550 Premium+ MSRP breakdown: - Base price: $70,750 - Packages & options: $4,891 - Delivery: $1,450 - Total MSRP: $77,091 Everything was aligned. Deal was essentially done. Then the General Manager steps in. Adds $2,500 over MSRP at the last second. And tries to justify it by saying: "You're getting a $1,000 Military Discount from Lexus." Let's call this what it is: You're not giving a discount... you're taking one away. You're marking the vehicle up above MSRP and then pretending a manufacturer incentive makes it okay--especially to a veteran who spent 8 months building this deal the right way. This isn't just bad business. This is exactly what's broken in today's car buying experience: - No transparency - No integrity in honoring deals - Sales relationships overridden by management greed - And complete disrespect for loyal customers and veterans Eight months of time, communication, and trust--wiped out in one move. Lexus of Bridgewater and its General Manager made their position clear: Profit over people. Every time. If this is how they treat a serious, ready buyer after months of engagement--imagine what happens to everyone else walking in. I have been taking my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado there since 2018. I bought out my lease thru them…read more They were nice at that time in 2021. But since I have been very disappointed with this dealership and their service department. First of all after I bought out my lease the sales guy ( the owners son) acts like I am an alien to him when he sees me. But I see him grinning and talking with other customers. I noticed that they kind of cater only to certain types of people. The staff is very rude. The service staff are very rude. They are not respectful. The eye rolling and disgusted looks I get are horrible. Like they don't appreciate my business. No one speaks they all just walk around like they are bigshots or something. Kind of hard to understand. Including the service manager (the owners other son). I took the truck in on 10/7 for a safety recall issue. The service advisor was trying to disqualify the situation right off the bat. He stated it was not a recall, even though the paper I bought and showed him stated it was a recall and safety issue. I was already thinking they wanted to charge me for the issue. Once we agreed it was a recall safety issue, he printed out a lot of records and showed me where they supposedly did part of the fix in 2019. Not sure now why they just didn't take care of the whole issue at that time? Anyway, he said he needed to replace one part as the 2nd part of the fix. After 3 hours, the work was completed. Not 2 minutes out of the shop on the way home the issue reoccurred. Wasted time. I was not charged, but I will never go back there again. I took the truck there for this same issue back in 2023 and they claimed they never heard of this issue before and I would have to recreate the situation, or leave it for $200 dollars for them to research it. What a joke. This is a known issue with these model trucks for a few years. I would not deal with these folks if you are not white or hispanic. They don't seem to care about the rest of us. I also got the truck back with grease all over the door, which I never noticed until I got to my next stop. Beware of this dealership.

Reasons to stay away from this dealership: PREDATORY FEES, BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS, HORRENDOUS…read moreCUSTOMER SERVICE, EXCESSIVE DOCUMENTATION FEE, EXCESSIVE FEES IN GENERAL. On January 2, 2026, I arrived around 5pm to look at a 2024 Toyota Camry SE with about 1860 miles. I was helped by a sales associate, Edwin Negrin. Edwin is an interesting character, he focused this sale by pushing many fees such as, window etch fee, lo-jack type of device (sorry, I forgot the name of the device), doc fee (which I understand, every dealer does this). Some breakdown - the lojack-type device was around 1500$ which Edwin said could not be taken off and when why it can't be taken off, he had no response other than saying he's only a sales guy and not a mechanic. He couldn't explain the window etch fee (300$). The doc fee (800$). I told Edwin the price that I liked to pay and he inquired about financing or cash, I told him I can do either depending on the deal that they give us but I want to make sure that there are no pre-payment penalty that I can pay the car off the next day. He said, all the finance companies that the dealership does business with does not have pre-payment penalties. When I asked about why these fees aren't listed on the price online, he showed us the listing of the car on their website and scrolled down all the way to the bottom which had the disclaimer portion. Extremely predatory behavior; using an umbrella statement to do this. I told Edwin that I am refusing to pay for the lo-jack alternative device; many dealers attempt to do this. I then asked to speak with a sales manager. In comes another interesting individual by the name of "Vinny Ferraro" which Vinny refused to tell me his name initially and never told me his last name (found out from Edwin). Vinny now introduces another fee called the PRE-INSPECTION DELIVERY FEE in the amount of 895$ which Edwin never told us about. This individual was extremely obnoxious and berating to me and another individual who accompanied me to this dealership. He would not let me or my friend talk and when asked about the fees, he would divert our questions with more questions and polarizing statements. He talked over us every step of the way in the conversation. When he left, Edwin would not give his name initially but did at the end. Vinny during the time when he was "talking" to us, offered the vehicle at X price which after a long back and forth, I agreed upon if I would finance the car. So then we agreed upon a price with Edwin after much back and forth and getting ready to start the financing process after filling out their other forms on our phones. Along this whole process, Edwin wanted us to go online and give him a five-star review which is ridiculous to ask of your customer who isn't even a customer yet). So, now comes in a new issue with the pre-payment penalty, Danny - another sales manager stated that there is a pre-payment penalty for the first 6 months. For me, it made no sense to finance and pay more in interest then the discount they were giving me for financing even for a lower price. My person that I was with, and I were led done the wrong path regarding the financing and lied to by Edwin the sales person. Ignorance of the rules that your own company or other companies that you use to finance is NOT AN EXCUSE. Edwin was so pushy, he kept on wanting me to give himself a 5-star review on google right there and then and kept persisting through the end. Edwin is not an honorable person as he lied to us, he kept complaining through the process that he is only making 66$ off this deal. Vinny is also not an honorable person; he displayed narcissistic type of behavior as he did not want to listen during the conversation, he cut me off when I was asking about the fees and other questions and he also cut off the individual that I was with. He (Vinny) just wanted to hear himself talk and was extremely aggressive. Full disclosure - in the end, I did end up buying it because I didn't want to go through this again. I ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL

No hassle, no pushing for fake add ons, just straight forward price I received previously in the email. The stars aligned after finding an AMAZING selection of both new and used cars at Crystal Auto Mall in Green Brook & I purchased my beautiful car. Absolutely everyone I encountered was wonderful! My salesman Jose Cabana was knowledgeable and incredibly patient with me, especially when it came to showing/explaining to me all of the MANY features in my new car. I really appreciated him helping me sync my phone AND showing me how to stream my music through my phone. Ben Casablanca, the gentleman in finance, was also really terrific, especially when it came to thoroughly explaining the warranty options available, over what came with my loaded Toyota Certified 2017 RAV 4. I ended up purchasing an extended warranty plan 6 years past what already came with the car as I don't want to worry about potential repairs down the line. Before leaving the showroom (when Jose took me out to my gorgeous freshly washed & gassed up car) Rob Ramirez, the General Car Sales Manager came over to introduce himself asking me if everything was satisfactory and encouraged me to call if I had questions.  Kevin Cadena, Manager of Used Cars came and introduced himself while I was signing paperwork, inviting me to call him if I had questions or needed help. I'd already had an informative & helpful phone convo with Ezzat Megaly, Toyota Sales Manager, who set the tone for a successful purchase before my visit. Honestly, as a woman purchasing a car, I REALLY appreciated the manner in which I was treated. I'm a businesswoman for my entire life and I remember going into other dealerships to buy a new car with MY hard earned money, and the men wanted to deal with my husband! Ugh. At Crystal Auto Mall, you would have thought I was very important. I'd especially strongly encourage women go to this dealership, because they clearly recognize that women are consumers with money to spend! Thank you to everyone! Julie Henry

A few months back I brought my 2011 BMW 335i (E92) into Euro Performance for some routine…read moremaintenance and a few upgrades. While the service was solid overall, there were a few areas that didn't quite hit the mark, preventing this from being a five-star experience. First Impressions & Facility Euro Performance's facility is modern, clean, and well-equipped, with plenty of space for both high-end diagnostics and performance work. The staff is friendly, and check-in was smooth. I appreciated how the shop felt organized and professional, with a focus on working on European vehicles. However, I did feel the communication could have been a bit more transparent throughout the process. I prefer to be kept more informed on the status of the car during service, especially when it's in for specialized work. Services Requested & Execution I had the following services performed on my 335i: High-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) diagnostic check - To ensure everything was running smoothly. Suspension refresh and alignment - Needed attention after 80,000 miles. Oil change and full fluid inspection - A standard part of regular maintenance. The HPFP diagnostic check was handled appropriately. They performed the standard tests, but I would have liked a bit more clarity on the results and potential future concerns with the fuel system. It felt like the check was thorough but not as detailed as I would have expected given the importance of the HPFP on the N55 engine. For the suspension refresh and alignment, they did a good job improving the car's handling. The steering felt more precise, and the ride quality was noticeably better. That said, I was hoping for a little more focus on performance-driven adjustments. While the alignment was fine for daily driving, I felt there was some potential for a more sport-oriented setup. The oil change and fluid inspection went smoothly with no issues. They were quick and efficient, and I appreciated that they checked all of the fluids and ensured everything was topped off. I did wish for a more in-depth inspection of the overall car, particularly the undercarriage, but it wasn't anything that raised a major concern. The Road Test: Subtle Improvements Once I got the car back, I took it for a road test to feel out the changes. The throttle response was slightly sharper, and the engine ran smoothly. The suspension felt more planted and comfortable, but it wasn't the dramatic improvement I had hoped for. Overall, the car felt good, but not transformed. It was a slight improvement rather than a significant one. Final Verdict: A Good Shop for Routine Work Euro Performance provides solid service for BMW owners looking for routine maintenance or basic performance work. They get the job done without any major issues, but I would have liked to see more focus on performance-driven adjustments, especially for a car like the 335i. Their communication could use some improvement, but overall, they are reliable and competent. Four stars. A dependable shop for regular service with room to enhance their performance focus.
