And in the past i have dealt with dealerships that were not understanding or even listened to my needs. A few years ago, i went to greenbrook because i was looking to buy a gmc acadia. New or used, its a car ive loved for a long time. The salesman i encountered was Lance. He sat and talked with me and my boyfriend (now my ex). He asked me a lot of questions about my life, my profession, my family life. He was very friendly and wanted to make sure i truly knew what i wanted. After awhile he showed me around a few cars, and i test drove one. We ran some numbers and unfortunately at that time i could not purchase a new vehicle, but i always remembered how respectfully Lance had treated me and decided that when i was in a better position financially, id come back to greenbrook. This past may, i started car shopping again. One friday, late afternoon, i drove to a dealership just a few miles from Greenbrook and i spoke with a salesman and test drove a very nice car. They gave me a great quote on it as well. After leaving there, i drove down the road to greenbrook. My friend and i arrived probably just a few mins beforr they were closing for the evening (we actually didnt know until later. The never made mention of that). Ernie baptista was the salesman that evening. He did just as lance did a few years earlier. He listened to me, asked me questions, and then we test drove. We ran numbers, i got a quote. I had some things i needed to take care of before fully committing to any new car, but a few weeks later i came back in, had a down payment ready. There were a few hiccups from the car i had owned that i was trading in, but after all was said and done, Ernie and the managers at greenbrook gave me a pretty good price on the EXACT Acadia i wanted. I gave my down payment and made arrangementa to pick up my car a couple of days later. The entire car buying process was so utterly painless. I know people that have spent entire days at dealerships, and i don't think i spent more than a few hours over the course of anfew days with Ernie. Plus he gave me his personal cell number in the event a situation arose. I just had my first oil change and it was free and completely painless. I scheduled it thru the gmc app and was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Greenbrook is such a lovely dealership. Professional and courteous, warm and friendly. I plan on doing a lot of business with them in the future and have told a lot of friends and family about my experience. Thank you all so much :)

Amazing service!!! A+++++…read more From the initial interest in my 2018 Ram 3500 Longhorn Mega Cab Limited, in less then two days I was on my way. Most certainly could've been same day process, the extra day was due to me. My sales rep, Wilson, made sure that any questions or concerns were addressed. He went the extra mile to make this process feel effortless. If you're looking to secure a ride, pop the address in your gps and pull up. Top of the line.

Worst Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had - Beware of This Dealership…read more I drove an hour from Pennsylvania to Liccardi Chrysler Dodge because they had the exact car I wanted -- a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350. Worst decision ever. Do not buy a car from this dealership. You'll regret it. This was my third Mercedes SUV and the fifth Mercedes in my family, so I'm very familiar with the brand. While looking at the car, I noticed the tow hook cover was missing. I mentioned it to my salesperson, Hakeem, who said he'd order one right away. I also noticed the driver's seatbelt wouldn't retract properly, but I assumed they would fix it since it's a basic safety issue. After purchasing the car, I took it for inspection -- and it failed due to a broken strut. I immediately called Liccardi and was told to bring it back in. That's when I also realized the air conditioner didn't work. Since I bought the car in February, I hadn't tried using it until recently. They advertised the car as having A/C, so I naturally assumed it did. After driving yet another hour to the dealership, I was told that yes, the strut and A/C needed work -- but since I didn't buy a warranty, I would have to pay for both repairs out of pocket. I had only owned the car for two weeks at this point. After expressing my frustration, Tony, the Used Car Manager, agreed to fix both at no charge -- which I appreciated, even if I was still upset about the hassle. I spent five hours at the dealership the following Saturday. They replaced the leaking strut and "recharged" the air conditioner. They also said they'd ordered parts to fix the seatbelt (a safety issue that still hasn't been addressed to this day). A few weeks later, it warmed up -- and the A/C stopped working again. Turns out, recharging it was just a temporary bandage instead of fixing the real problem. I called several times, and when Tony finally called me back, he said that if I wanted the air conditioning repaired, I would have to pay for it myself. When I pointed out that the car was advertised as having A/C, he dismissed me, said "I can't do anything for you," and hung up on me. I was stunned. I immediately filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, who told me that Liccardi is already in their system -- which unfortunately didn't surprise me. This is the 18th vehicle I've purchased in my lifetime, and by far the worst experience I've ever had. Not only have I been ignored by my salesperson (Hakeem never followed up once since the sale), but I've also been left with unresolved issues on a supposedly premium vehicle that doesn't match how it was advertised. To make things worse, I traded in my 2017 Mercedes GLE 350, which needed some repairs. They lowballed me on the trade because of this -- and then turned around and sold that same car the very next day without fixing a single issue. If someone reading this bought that car, I genuinely hope the dealership was honest with you about its condition. Save yourself the stress and avoid this dealership at all costs.

They also might not know their own prices or promotions or try to hide the fact so they can upsale you. They also made me wait with my 1 year old son for over an hour after the deal was agreed just to put you in another room with finance just to put run into another long sales pitch with a higher price than what was agreed apon. Would not trust this place, even other reviews seem disingenuous. Before the sale the managers are right around the corner trying to close the deal not letting you leave, after the sale they are too busy and wont even take a phone call. Do not work with the salesperson Luis Diaz he will bother you by calling before the sale, but after he will ignore your messages. He is not knowledgeable about the promotions or any of the cars, there were features that he said the car did not have and after driving for a week I noticed they did have. Easily gets frustrated and shows that in front of the customer. He also talks bad about other Toyota dealerships when they themselves do those same shady practices.

The issue is the loan payoff process, which can take up to 15 business days on CarMax's side before funds are even sent. That does not include additional mail time or processing time by your bank or credit union. There is also no ACH or wire option to speed this up. In practice, this means the loan may not be cleared for three to four weeks. If you're selling a car specifically to clear a loan so you can qualify for another one, this delay can directly impact financing. You may also need to make additional loan payments out of pocket while waiting for reimbursement. While the extended timeline is mentioned in the fine print, it was described in person as taking "a few days," and the full impact of the payoff timing was not clearly called out. That difference matters when real financial decisions depend on it. The staff were polite and professional, but the lack of clear emphasis around the payoff process creates unnecessary risk for customers. My advice: read the fine print carefully and plan for a much longer timeline than what is suggested verbally.
