Drove in town to see my sweet babygirl granddaughter and came across DST Coffee. Super cool looking outdoor patio and as soon as I opened the door, I was amazed. The smell of coffee beans reached the deepest parts of my lungs. My favorite scent. So many options to choose from as well. A darling girl named Ava, took Jim Bob and I's order. Definitely support this small business if you love quaint coffee shops and great customer service! I got the matcha latte with coconut milk and it was absolutely delicious! It was traditionally prepared and so cool to watch it be made. My husband got an iced vanilla latte and he, usually one to indulge in Starbucks, said it was delicious! This seems like the perfect place to meet up with friends or coworkers over a cup of joe. It even offers a nice view of the Main Street with lots of parking. The ambience is just so peaceful! You can tell that the people who have started this business are passionate about coffee! The drink prices are pretty average. If you want to indulge in a latte, this is definitely the best spot in town. The cups are nice and large. Because who wants a small drink? Not me. They offer soy and almond milk substitutes. By far my favorite place to get lattes! Cool atmosphere without being too hipster. Nevada pride is abundant without too much "battle born-ish." The latte art keeps us coming back. Plus they do a punch card, 11th beverage is free. Be sure to ask for your latte extra hot, when getting your drink "for here" since it is Nevada after all and the big mugs tend to be cold. Also the ice cream is amazing for those hot days. Prices are on par with Starbucks (and the drive-thru places), but knowing you're supporting a small business with high coffee standards is priceless. read more

So I wanted to try this coffee shop I kept passing by on the 395. They did not disappoint. Excellent customer service. So kind and friendly and helpful. The coffee was wonderful. Tasted perfect and the presentation was beautiful. Mom and I had the sausage burrito and it was one of the best breakfast burritos I have had in a long time. The atmosphere in the little shops is very homey and relaxing. I will definitely come here again! This is a must try if you are ever in gardnerville. I am really happy I came in!! This is definitely the place to stop if your passing though town, it's very calming coffee shop. It's not over the top and it feels humbling to be here, which isn't a normal experience I get walking into a coffee shop. The barista was so polite and profession that helped me out with my order. The latte she made was beautiful as well. Even the water I asked for came in a cute little silver cup, which is awesome because that's helps out the environment as well. So kudos to this place for not handing out a plastic cup I ordered the toasted coconut latte, and wow. It's not to strong or bitter with the espresso flavor. We were so happy to find this place as we traveled from Reno to Mammoth. The menu doesn't show that they do pour overs or V60, but we saw them on the counter so we asked. They use Old World Coffee which is roasted on the light side, but still quite delicious. We really enjoyed the decor and the restrooms are clean. This is a great rest stop and we would be regulars if we lived in this area. They have ice cream too, which we'll try next time! read more

The decor is great and incredibly fitting. The shop itself is very open and spacious​, making it great for meeting a friend or for bringing a big group.
