He was a little under a year so we had just been brushing and bathing him at home but I really wanted to get his fur trimmed. The team contacted me before and let me know that most cats are okay with the service but if they bite, scratch, or get aggressive, the team stops the service and charges you the full price. I agreed because it seemed fair and since my cat's a ragdoll, I didn't expect anything to go wrong. I brought him in and they told me it'll take about and two hours or so. I didn't hear from them around 2 hours later so I just showed up ready to pick him up. When I got there, they told me they couldn't finish the service because my cat got bitey. They also told me he "hurt himself" and had bled a bit. I asked to see him and they refused. When I got my cat back, he was wet and covered in blood. They had tried to clean it but because he has white fur, you could see how much he bled. He was in terrible condition. While I understand if they had to stop and still charge me, I wasn't expecting my cat to get hurt so back that all 4 paws and his chest would be covered in blood. I'm really disappointed in how they treated my cat and he was traumatized for a really long time. They didn't give a clear explanation and just said he "hurt himself" Don't bring your cat here, I think they specialize in working with dogs.

It was so bad that I bought shears myself and have been bathing and cutting his hair at home. I've been trying to get into Jenna's calendar for months now and am so glad I waited! She smoothed over all my rookie choppy hair cutting and made my li'l boy look ever so handsome again. And she did it in half the time the mobile van took! They are also able to trim my vizsla's nails, even though he is pretty resistant and has very quick reflexes. Three years ago, our dog did get bit by another dog and their response was top-notch. They called us immediately, reviewed footage from their security camera to check which dog did the biting, and then informed us that this dog was not invited back to the center. Also, if you ever need to pick up your dog with a child in the car, you can text them to ask them to bring your dog out to the car - super helpful if you don't want to wrangle both your dog and your child at the same time!

Where do I even begin!! We recently moved from out of state and were desperately trying to find a cat groomer for our Maine Coon, Nova. Her prior groomer said that because of her anxiety it was one of the most dangerous grooms she did because of how scared and flinchy Nova would be, even with gabapentin. So high anxiety for us as well because she would always get so stressed. It took longer to find someone than we had expected, so she was long over due for her cut, but oh my gosh it was such a wonderful experience! Darya was SO kind and understanding, very easy to communicate with. We talked about what we thought would work best for this transition beforehand, and the day of was super smooth! Baby girl came back sleek and happy Darya also gave us some coat advice and incite into some of the things the prior groomer was doing, which was super helpful. I recently took both my pups here! I couldn't be more impressed with the service! Both my pups can be a bit nervous, but Darya handled them with such patience. Also, the grooming itself was fantastic! Darya paid attention to every little request that I had - and both my pups looked absolutely gorgeous after the bath, trim, and nail clipping. Their coat was soft, shiny, and perfectly styled, just the way I had requested. Overall, I highly recommend D's Pet Spa! She clearly loves what she does, and it shows. My cat, King Tut, got what is called a lion cut because his fur was so mattted. He looks funny now but he feels so much better because Darya not only gave him a haircut but cleaned his ears and clipped his nails. She's a magician and I'll certainly call her again.. read more

I worried he might be upset with me afterward--but to my surprise, he was his usual purring, happy self! His fur was incredibly soft, he smelled great, and you'd never know he'd just had a completely new experience. I'll definitely keep going back to Stacy for nail trims. I don't know how Brown does it but he's able to get Rocky's nails down to a healthy size and even trim his paw pads. Not only is Brown excellent with his furry client, he also has very strong customer service skills. He always makes sure to make time for a quick consultation before taking Rocky. He asks if there have been any changes, which have been super helpful as Rocky has developed back pain that comes and goes. He provides pictures, gives me a heads up before arriving, and let's me know when he's done. Overall, I would highly recommend Brown to anyone who is looking for a groomer !
