Me and my 10lb Chihuahua are inseparable. One commonality we share is we like our nails short and keep up with general hygiene. No stinkys allowed!! This is why we love this spot. They're great with animals and their prices are reasonable. I also love the fact that they're true pet people which leaves me reassured that they're kind to pets and always have their best interest at heart. They welcome drop-ins for nails and gland expressions. read more

Friendly staff that knows how to manage dogs well. I never hear a peep from my dog when he goes in for trimming, and he is a timid little guy. Plus, about half his nails are black, so it is really hard to see the quick on them. Even so, his nails are short and have never bled. read more

We absolutely LOVE Heidi's Grooming! we are so glad our friend recommended her to us, we have been going there since May 2024. Tony and Jay make the perfect team! Tony is an amazing groomer -- she always knows exactly how to make Kuma look his best, I can honestly say she is THE doodle expert! Jay is there always greeting us and the pups, I like how he always gives me updates, on how Kuma's visit went, and making booking the next appointment super easy. Kuma looks incredible every time he leaves -- we get compliments everywhere we go! If you want your pup to look fabulous and be treated like family, go to Heidi's Grooming. I took my Siberian Husky, Mowgli, to Heidi's Dog Grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! He came back looking absolutely amazing--clean, fluffy, and smelling fresh. What really stood out to me was the genuine care and kindness from this family-owned business. They were so sweet with Mowgli, and you could tell they truly love what they do. Grooming a husky is no small task, but they de-furred him beautifully and made his coat incredibly soft and manageable. It's not easy finding groomers who know how to handle huskies well, but Heidi's nailed it. Mowgli was calm and happy when I picked him up--and that says everything. Highly recommend for any pet parent looking for skilled, loving groomers who treat your dog like their own. We'll definitely be back! read more

We have been coming to Heidi's Pet Grooming for years and love this groomer. Highly recommend! The staff is so caring and they go above and beyond to make sure our dogs are well loved and feel secure and happy while giving excellent hair cuts. They really understand dogs, and gave her little breaks to rest. Our 3 year old doodle has been a client since he was a 3 month old puppy and Heidi's always does an excellent job. Brought my Oliver in last minute this past Friday. I specifically asked for deshedding being the main priority and they did an amazing job. He is a short hair but sheds like crazy.. when I received him Oliver was super happy and energetic so I know without a doubt that they treated him with much love and care. Overall, they did advise me that he may shed a tiny bit more for a couple more days, but he did not! Their service was impeccable. Will definitely be coming again. read more

I'm a first time dog owner and was looking for a local mom and pop shop to get my puppy groomed at. I found this amazing little shop in Mountain View! The staff was super sweet scheduling my appointment was easy and on the day of our appointment I was met with warm welcoming faces. I did let the staff know it was my puppy's first groom and they went over the whole process with me to ensure I was comfortable. I even got to meet the owner and groomer who gave me some great advice on having a new puppy. She has 5 of her own! My puppy did really well and his cute is perfect. Im so glad I took a chance and booked here. Thank you to Toni, Sam and Jay for taking care of my baby Dug. Can't wait to see you all for next month's groom! Heidi's Dog Grooming is Top Dog! The Best! My old boy Scooter is 17-years-old and is blind in one eye and almost completely deaf. Besides doing an excellent groom, the staff is so kind and patient and they go slowly when grooming him. They care for his well being. I've been going to them for years even though I have a 45-minute drive. I tried other groomers closer to me and none took care of Scooter like Heidi's. read more

They are a great woman/family owned shop. They did a wonderful job with my difficult to groom Min Pin. It's so hard to trim my dogs nails and they did a wonderful job making my dog feel at ease. I have been taking my dog, Lady Bear to Heidi's for about 8 months now. She is a smaller German shepherd and sheds a ton. So it is important to get her bathed and groomed frequently. They do great work and she always returns home with her coat looking beautiful. Her previous groomer would not allow them to clip her nails, but she does at Heidi's. I highly recommend them. I've taken my dog twice. The first time was for a bath with face, feet, and tail clean-up. The second was for a bath and full haircut. The reception room is small and a little warm upon entering, but tidy. The usual person that greets us was able to relay to the groomer the type of services I wanted and also how I wanted her hair to be cut. I had a photo of her usual cut for reference and they took a picture of it to also show the groomer. I was contacted a couple of hours later that she would be ready in about 15 minutes so I headed back to the groomer. I was very happy to see that the groomer was able to capture my dog's signature look! My dog was happy to be clean and happy with her cut too! Glad to have found a great grooming service with reasonable prices for the area. read more

We came across Heidi's in our search for a groomer and unfortunately were extremely let down with the first visit. Our dog is just over 9 lbs and has medium / short hair - so by no means an all day job. We dropped her off at 1pm for her appointment and were told it would take 3 hours. We anticipated it being shorter as we figured this was just an allotted amount of time for scheduling but made arrangements for one of us to be available for the whole time. We were told we would get a 20 minute heads up call. The three hours go by and we didn't hear a peep from Heidi's. We called 3 times and received no answer. On the 4th, we were put on a brief hold before being hung up on and not able to get back in touch. Eventually, we headed over as we started to worry. By ~4 hours in they hadn't even started to give her the trim. They then proceeded to rush as it was nearing closing time and they knew we were outside waiting. We finally got our pup back after ~4 hours and 30 minutes and absolutely no communication initiated by Heidi's. The response and excuses just made matters worse. We hoped for better based on the reviews, but would not take or leave our pets with them again. read more

I have been taking my poodle mix here for grooming for the last few years. He is an anxious little guy and probably not the easiest customer but he is always fine when I pick him up and the grooming itself is great, and I dont get excuses of 'we couldnt do better because he was matted etc.' that I got elsewhere. Toni seems very calm which Im sure is important to reduce their stress and I'm happy I found them. read more

Pet Parlor is amazing! My Corgi was traumatized from previous nail-trimming experiences at my vet and another pet groomer's, so he HATES getting them. During our first visit to Pet Parlor, we were pleasantly surprised! My Corgi still wasn't happy to be there (I could hear him scolding them), but the nail trim was very quick and they did a good job getting the nails short. Over the course of about 6 visits, my Corgi has become much better at getting his nails trimmed. I don't hear him complaining any more, and he trots out looking happy. I also love that they do walk-ins for nail trims. read more
