I've been using Wow! My Dog for probably over a year now to groom my two babies Willa & Ernie. I've used a few different groomers through them and they've all been really great. I was DEVASTATED to find out Angie will no longer be working with them as she was so beyond amazing while taking care of my dogs. We had an appointment with Jaime last November. He was on time, efficient, and kind. Jaime was excellent with Simba and brought him back super clean, perfectly groomed, fluffy and smiling with a cute little bandana on! He even asked how I wanted to groom him, and brushed/trimmed everything perfectly including his tail (which gets so matted) and his feet! Terrible! They charged me twice for the grooming service and now are denying they did. The owner, Charles, is being combative about it. Two charges of over $200!!! Don't use them. They will rip you off and deny it!!! Update: May 1, next day; 1) They are still denying they charged me twice 2) They are stupid bc their response tells you they did. I'm supposed to go without using my card for 2-3 days bc I used your services? Don't think so! Nathalie ( says she's a "manager") would NOT apologize. Just kept saying what they have been saying "We didn't do it" Charles sent a burger (Cold) To the complex at 10:30 pm as a "peace offering". I was already in bed. Had to get dressed and get it. When I reached out trying to get an update after the appointment window ended, I was told that there was a delay and they would arrive 4 hours later than our scheduled appointment. WOW! Not to be cheesy but literally the name of the business is accurate. Not only was Juliana able to come 30 min early, she made Bertie so puffy and clean SUPER fast. Bertie's not an easy dog to handle, so I really appreciate her being able to help me out. Will definitely rebook with Juliana again. I had my mother's little terrier mix and my huge, water hating ridgeback groomed by Filipe. While it was a bit challenging to communicate my specific wishes due to language differences, he did an excellent job on both dogs and did everything I had requested. I was nervous with my ridgeback being groomed. She is two and has only been bathed twice because she hates it so much. She is also very difficult with having her nails trimmed (in fact the vets were not able to clip more than one nail). I was so stressed about how she would handle it all but when I peeked in through the front window she looked calm and happy as a clam dog. Filipe manage to do a great job on all of her nails. I should also note that he was very punctual and efficient. Both dogs were happy and smelled delightful. read more

I am partially disabled and there are days it is very hard to move. Luis was kind enough to pick up Perry my cat at my door and take him to the van. Perry is an older cat and has started having problems grooming. Luis was very thorough with Perry's bath and my cat came back so clean and soft. I've been putting off grooming my dog for a long time because some places have a weight limit and it's inconvenient to try to carve out a few hours or time to take him to a grooming place so this was the perfect solution. There's an easy questionnaire on the booking form to help them with figuring out what you want done and what kind of pet (including personality and if they're fearful of grooming). I scheduled a day and Angel came over within the window they give (about an hour). My dog went for a bath and trim and he looked great afterwards. His fur gets knotted and matted easily and I'm grateful he was able to trim or detangle all of the problem areas. Thank you again! This is the second time we've used this company, first time went great, but not so much this time. The groomer arrived late, 20 mins past arrival window, with no explanation, no introduction. Quickly realized he could not speak english, so there was a lot of gesturing to communicate, which is fine, but not ideal. However, after seeing other reviews on here, it seems to be common. The groomer could not tell me what services were done beyond pointing to my dog's nails and teeth and giving me a thumbs up. He trimmed the sanitary area, but it was left looking jagged and uneven, which I asked about, but received no response. I paid extra for flea/tick shampoo but have no idea if it was used because when I asked the groomer he just replied with "its okay" and my dog is still as itchy as ever. The bath itself was fine, but not being able to communicate with the groomer was frustrating, I wish we could know some basic information about the groomers when choosing them online, not just their name and photo. Knowing if you're going to be able to communicate with someone you're paying a service for would be a massive help. read more
