John communicates well when we take our dog in every 4 weeks. We get comments from others on how good he looks. Even other dog professionals, (trainers and veterinary people) either ask where he goes or inform us that he has been groomed well. Our dog is a mix between a Bichon Frise and Shih-tzu. Love he doesn't shed. Means he must be groomed. All 4's does a great job. read more

We just had our first appointment with All 4's Grooming and had a fantastic experience with our goldendoodle. Everyone was so friendly, and they took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted and delivered exactly that! Our dog was finished earlier than our previous groomer, and the price was much better, too! read more

If I could, I would give them "zero" star review!! The worst place I took my dog for grooming. I had to leave my dog all day there. They wouldn't let me in. The staff was so rude! Please don't take your dogs there!! read more

I came here for the first time last year to get my small dog groomed. I was new to the area and wanted to find a new dog groomers. When I called he was so nice over the phone I decided to book a grooming. When I got there they were so nice and knowledgeable about my dog you can tell they really love what they do and genuinely care about their dogs. The lobby also had a bunch of cute pictures from some dogs and dog shows. I definitely look forward to booking with them again someday. read more

Brought my dog, Milo here for the 1st time today! Milo is a bit snappy, but overall a well behaved dog! I was a bit nervous he'd be snappy and also not receive a good cut (bc the last place we took him to was trash) Anyway, I was told he did really good today!! I was so happy! Also, the haircut he got was great!! I'm so happy my boyfriend & I brought him here!! He went from scruffy to such a qt!! 10/10 recommend bringing your dog(s) here! Another great cut! Nova had just healed from her spade at 6.5months and looks so good. Was told Tina was her groomer. :) They had her from 10-1 and I was able to wait outside and text that I was there and they brought her right out. Very convenient! Nova cost $85, but we tipped $15 to be $100 since their prices are so reasonable. Cash only read more

These groomers have been the only ones to listen to what I want for my dog, respect what I want, and work with me and my pup! Most groomers (with my dog being part poodle, and longer haired) would try to cut him short every time. These groomers are patient, kind and they make my pup come out beautiful every time! I won't go anywhere else! read more

Took my puppy here the first time for nail trimming. It took less than 5 minutes for them to bring out my puppy. When I checked this nail back in my car, the trimming was very rough compared to lush spa. The worst, one of his nail was bleeding and they didn't even check and bother to let me know. I went back in the shop to notify the staff. He said something to the effect it was not easy. I would not have given them any tips had I looked at the nails prior. I had taken my puppy before to lush spa previously for a full service grooming. This is a zero star i I have the option compared to lush Spaw 5. My first time and my last time here. I guess I have to take my dog elsewhere- I tried calling at least 4 times same day and 3rd time they picked up and hung up on me. 4th time, they picked up and I felt that the customer service contact was off.. from somebody who has been here many times to maybe just a number. I had good experience back in 2018 till 2022. I guess good things come to an end read more

Looking for good grooming session for our cats (1 Persian Female and 1 Maine Coon male), it was getting really hard to find one around that had good reviews and as well was reliable along with being available in a short span of time as the cats had already gathered a lot of hair, we ended up finding All 4's Grooming. Must say, this was God sent. Upon calling them and setting up the time to drop the cats we were informed with the grooming procedure that they perform and the cost and the gentleman on the line definitely knew how to treat his customers and associated with the same. On the day of drop, we reached their location a bit before time though as promised he came outside (as its a curbside drop and pick - parking is an issue) to pick up the cats. He wanted us to make sure that each of the cats had their own carrier in which they would be placed prior to and after the grooming session. The moment we were dropping in our cats, we realized that one of our cats had peed in their carrier bag, though they still accepted the cats in there. In the next couple of hours we were told that one of our cats was done with the grooming while they were going to start with the second one (the one that had made us proud earlier during the drop). In the next couple of hours we got a text from them stating that the cats were ready to be picked up. My wife went to pick up the cats and to our surprise they had even tried to clean the cushion pad in the carrier with shampoo and tried drying (they did a fantastic job with that as well) it so that we wouldn't have to give our cat a bath again (if he were to be transported in a smelly bag) Pretty smooth experience , though they accept cash only at this time. I think we have found our cat's grooming destination for life with All 4's grooming. Couldn't have asked for more!! Definitely recommend their services for cat grooming in case you are on a lookout for one!! read more

I really enjoyed my experience! Robbie made it so easy to schedule an appointment and talked me through the process as a first timer. We have a toy poodle whose hair was getting too thick and matted no matter how much we brushed it. They welcomed him with love. I talked to the owner who also owned poodles. They gave me the cut I wanted, which was short all around and fluffy hair and ears. His hair is growing out and still so soft with no matting. We can go on hikes and he is so easy to clean. The services they provided was wash, blowdry, nail cut, clean ears, and eyes, and tooth brushing. My puppy smelled so nice when he got back to me. They went slow and steady so it took about 5-6 hours for the whole grooming service and it was only $70 cash. I appreciated all of that alone time. Don't forget to tip! read more

We have been coming to All 4's Grooming for a few years now. They always take care of our grooming needs for our three Maltese Shih Tzu's. Awesome, communicative staff. This is paloma a day after her first groom at All 4s Grooming! She is looking super fresh and I wanted her face to be more clean and her eyes to be more visible. Right now they are only taking cash and do not allow customers to go inside so it is like curbside pick up and drop of. It was $70 flat cash and I believe they did all the grooming, cut, nail trim and free too brushing for first time customers. My dog was super calm and they seem to be very kind with their animals, I liked my experience I will be coming again soon. read more

All 4's was able to fit in a grooming session for my pup right before Thanksgiving! First time at All 4s and had a great experience! Robbie did such a good job on Porter. We were delighted by the beautiful job Robby's team at All4s Grooming did on our 18 week old BerneDoodle. They were so sweet and loving with her and immediately I knew they were going to be perfect. And they did NOT disappoint. Because she's a pup, they were careful to give her breaks so she was not overwhelmed by the experience. She came out of there having had a great first groom, happy and beautiful. They followed my instructions and used their best judgement, with great success. I sent images to her breeder so they could see the result and they said out groomer did an excellent job! read more

Update: On top of not responding to my direct complaint email, the groomer's response to my review was lying about me being late. Good job blaming the customer. I was on time for my 12pm appt in spite of limited parking and I only spoke to front desk staff when I dropped my dog off. I emailed them the picture of her right away when I got home and saw the knick but they never replied. When I picked her up, they made me pay for the service before I even saw her. Once I paid then they took her out and due to limited parking, I just rushed to leave. I checked her groom only when I got home and discovered her knick. I was very disappointed that no one informed me while I was there. This groomer doesn't have integrity at all. read more

I took my 6month mini-goldendoodle puppy to All 4's Grooming for her first full grooming experience (she's had a trim and a few baths before at another grooming salon) and our experience was fantastic from start to finish. - First, I called on a Thursday and they were able to get me in first thing on Friday morning, which was amazing because I had called at least 3 other places and they were all booked out until the week after. - They only take cash but for a less than 20 lb doodle, they only charged $85 which is far less than any other groomers quoted me for. They will typically text/call you when they're ready and will let you know the total at the end so you can get cash. - When I dropped of my puppy, John greeted me at the door and spent about 10-15 mins talking to me about the process and getting my puppy comfortable with him before bringing her straight to the back. He was so patient with her even though she was anxious and nervous around a new person. He also took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted and explained that because she's a puppy and new to grooming that the cut might not look perfect because she's probably not comfortable on the table quite yet. I loved that he set this expectation upfront because it totally makes sense especially for a puppy who is inexperienced. So long as my dog wasn't getting nipped or bleeding, I totally understand that dog grooming is hard and can't always go perfectly. Always appreciate clear communication. - John mentioned that they get lots of doodle breeds so they're very experience when it comes to giving the coveted "teddy bear cut". I've been to other places and they usually charge extra for doodle breeds or only have certain groomers who know how to cut a doodle. All in all, 10/10 recommend! read more

Great and friendly service. My pup always looks handsome and smells great when I pick him up.

I took my 13 weeks mini goldendoodle here for his first grooming session! I was very pleased with the customer service. During Covid, drop off was handled at passenger side. My fiancé and I were told in great detail about the package that we went with, (basic package). We were also told that the groomers take their time with first timers! I really appreciated that part the most. We were ensured that our Luffy would have a positive experience. With that in mind, it took a total of 5 hours for the grooming session. This was due to the groomers going at the pace of our puppy. When I called to ask for an estimated completion time, I was given an honest answer which I, again, appreciated. read more

My first time visit, and first time dog owner. I just adopted my baby from the shelter (poodle) and his hair needed so much love! I called probably 5 different groomers who wouldn't squeeze him in for an appointment until I finally got John on the phone. I told him the situation, he said they were super busy BUT if I brought him in about 45 minutes they would do it. Music to my ears. I brought hendrixx in, the guy at the front desk (I forget his name) :( was very welcoming and nice and gave me some good info on taking care of my dog. Checked all our paperwork, let us know about our free upgrade for being a new client and recommended a deep condition. We then handed hendrixx off and picked him up about 5 hours later. He looked and smelled so good. They definitely know what they're doing. They listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't take too much hair off and got all his eye boogers cleaned up. If you're looking for a groomer, I definitely would say check them out. Their prices are also really good compared to other places that I checked out. read more

My husband and I took our 1 year old Poodle to the groomers for the first time. Prior to that, I have given our Poodle a basic all around trim. But after picking him up, we cannot express how handsome he looked (I almost wanted to cry tears of joy). He received the Lamb Cut with Poodle Face and Poodle Feet. I also want to mention how happy and stress free he appeared to be, they must treat all the animals with such great care. The previous reviews do not disappoint. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They informed us that he had little matting, and to keep up the good work on the brushing. For those that do not know, it is very common for Poodles to become matted if not brushed or brushed properly. read more

Called on a Wednesday & booked a hand stripping for my Border Terrier mix the following Tuesday. When I arrived, my appt was not found. Turns out it was booked for another day even though I requested Tuesday. While he was putting her vaccine info in the system, I asked if my dog is a good candidate for hand stripping since the rescue had told us they were not sure. He told me she was but probably wouldn't be able to do it that day because it takes so long. With confusion, I informed him I had booked a hand stripping & asked if they would be able to do it. He said yes. I said I didn't want her hair cut if she's meant to be hand stripped because cutting would change her hair. My dog was there for 6.5hrs. There was a line, I paid & then he brought my dog out. I had to get back to work so I didn't look her over. On our drive back to work, I noticed one eyebrow had a small long patch(pictured), a line of fur with an even edge(evidence of cutting) & her whiskers were shorter. On one of her thighs, she also had a line of fur with an even edge(pictured). It appears they CUT my dog's fur when I specially said no cutting. For those that don't understand my frustration, if you cut the hair on my breed of dog it will change the texture and appearance of the fur. Her nails are also still long(pictured) & she had a tiny dirty spot on the top of her paw. read more

I originally go to Doggy Doodle Salon & Boutique but they are fully booked up, I called at least 6 more places but of course it's the weekend everything is booked up. Then I called All 4's Grooming, they are pretty booked up to but the guy must be the owner was nice and took me in. Pro's: Took me in even if they are booked up Staff was very friendly and accommodating Good selection of scented shampoos You can park in front (side parking) not to bad considering it's downtown Cons: I see some cuts on my dog near belly and his junk. Pricey compared to other grooming places, No new customer discount which is usually given to first time customers. Haircut is okay but not too great. I'd say I'll be back again cause of the nice staff and all, but no parent would like to see cuts on their baby. read more

This is a professional provider-- Great and caring work, every time with our large dog.

0 stars. I really DO NOT understand all the good reviews...the dogs here are all locked up for 5+ hours before they are even touched! I told the groomer "not too short" and asked for a teddy bear haircut. I was very upset when they cut him less than an inch short around his entire body (that is obviously TOO short) and left his ears extra long. My husband paid $125 (including tip) for an awful haircut. I asked the owner what they could do for us and he said he could give us $30 back, so we would only be paying for the bath. That literally makes no sense and it's not nearly enough for turning my pup into a mole rat with a mullet. The owner only wanted to offer me that sad little refund when I talked about giving them a bad review. I'm happy that I get to be honest about my experience and not take the lousy $30. AVOID THIS PLACE BECAUSE UNFORTUNATELY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PUPPY! :( read more

My little one caught fleas and was so miserable. A neighbor told me about this place and I called and was able to get an appointment for a de-flea that same morning. I was so happy to have found something for my little one. I dropped him off and when I picked him he was flea free. Canelo is so happy now and back to his crazy little self. Thank you to the groomers and staff that helped my little one get rid of the annoying fleas. The staff was super friendly and answered all of my questions through the phone. I was so busy contacting Petsmart and Petco for flea treatment services the first day I spotted the fleas, and was so disappointed that the staff was not knowledgeable and many of these places do not have cat groomers. From now on, I will be taking my kitty to this spot. So thankful that my neighbor recommended this place to me. read more

We are SO glad we did! They were very easy to communicate with, helped us feel comfortable at drop off, texted us with updates during the appointment, and gave our puppy a perfect haircut.
