Not only is the service affordable, but also they treat our dog with love and respect which is the most important thing to us. The price is pretty on par with other groomers in the Bay Area. Linda is so sweet and friendly. Its easy to communicate via text and be updated when the grooming is finished. For about $100, it comes with a bath, ear cleaning, nail trim, bath, hair trim, and anal gland expression. It takes about 2 hours for our small maltipoo to be finished. Do note they are closed on Sundays and Mondays. We will be back in 1.5 months per usual. Thank you Paw Therapy for keeping our fur baby Kuma beautiful and smelling fresh and clean.

It was my pug's 6th birthday, so I decided to treat him with a grooming session to pamper him a little on his special day. The grooming itself was good, he came out clean and well-trimmed. The same person who groomed my pug was the one who charged me. When I paid in cash and she did not return any change. I normally set aside the tip separately to give it directly to the person who attended my dog, but since I didn't receive my change back, I wasn't able to leave a tip. It felt like she had given herself the tip, which made me uncomfortable and left a bad impression. I hope it was just an honest oversight. Overall it was a decent first experience with the grooming.
