Brown is such a wonderful groomer for my senior (16) Rocky. As he's gotten older, Rocky has struggled with getting his paws serviced. I tried many groomers, but they would just give up and not trim or buff his nails. If they did, he would come back bleeding and super freaked out. It became a huge stressor for both me and Rocky. I don't know how Brown does it but he's able to get Rocky's nails down to a healthy size and even trim his paw pads. Not only is Brown excellent with his furry client, he also has very strong customer service skills. He always makes sure to make time for a quick consultation before taking Rocky. He asks if there have been any changes, which have been super helpful as Rocky has developed back pain that comes and goes. He provides pictures, gives me a heads up before arriving, and let's me know when he's done. Overall, I would highly recommend Brown to anyone who is looking for a groomer ! read more

I'm so happy to have found Brown again! I was trying to book a grooming appointment for Roux with another company and was honestly devastated when I found out he wasn't there anymore. He had told in the past that grooming pets and customer service is his passion, and that he would only do this kind of work if he didn't have to worry about anything else, so I knew I had to find him. I scoured the internet to see where he ended up, and I'm so glad I found him here! I booked an appointment and he immediately reached out to check in, explain the booking process, go over pricing for single appointments, and even walk through membership options to save long-term. I'm especially excited about the pricing for recurring appointments and the loyalty rewards--you can even put those toward future services or donate them to animal shelters, which is amazing. It's very obvious how much care he puts into his work and how much he genuinely cares about both the pets and their owners. There's constant communication about what you want, any special needs your fur baby has, and he's always willing to answer questions. Before he comes, he texts me an ETA. He always does a quick consultation beforehand to find out what I want and if my preferences have changed since his last visit. He gives me a service time estimation and is so gentle with her when he brings her into the van. He texts when the service is complete. He always asks for my feedback and offers to fix anything that I am not happy with (I haven't had an instance where I wasn't happy with his work). He also provides me feedback with ways to keep my girl looking amazing in-between grooming appointments. Finally, he walks me through the payment process in great detail. There is great care taken at every step of the service which is amazing for an anxiety-ridden person like me!
