He is a very difficult client, even with some prescribed medical help from our vet. And yet, Maggie is still very sweet and patient with him. As much as Kirby hates grooming, it's clear he's more comfortable once his over-the-top fluffiness and shag is cleaned up. Having a groomer like Maggie we can go to helps with our anxiety of the experience as well. We're so glad we've found this spot since moving to the Bay!

She has some mobility challenges now and they have adapted to her needs, noting last time that she's having a harder time standing through the whole grooming appointment and needs the support of a belly band. Which is true. I've done all sorts of things to adapt to her hind quarters weakness and partial paralysis and I'm really thankful that her groomer has done what they could to help her, too, without my having to ask. As usual, she came out looking good and smelling good -- I love that they don't use heavy perfumes and whatever they do use just leaves a nice pleasant, fresh smell. She's silky soft after every groom, and she clearly feels good about her time there since she always comes out smiling and prancing when she's done (feeling fancy, I guess). Great business and great people, friendly and helpful, super glad I found them. It doesn't hurt that they're only five minutes away from home but I'd bring Kiva here even if we had to drive a bit!

When I came to pick him up, I was shocked by how handsome he looked - he looked completely different but in a good way! The grooming took about 2 hours, and you can tell Darya puts in a lot of effort and time into the process. She also gave us a little bag of treats to take home.

Chloe is a natural with her love for all pets clearly coming through her work. Pip is always at ease when he sees her and I have a huge peace of mind knowing he is in Chloe's loving hands. This makes me feel at ease when I drop them off. The girls working the front desk and the groomers are always super friendly. Sam did Daisy's full service today, and she did an amazing job. I will definitely be booking with Sam for the next service. Jack is always a little harder to groom but the groomers are always patient with him and manage to do a good job. I really appreciate it. They do at good job at keeping the place clean and tidy. The grooming station is open bay which I like. The pricing is very fair. I recommend making an appointment, seems like they get busy. They did let me know after our appointment today they get busy around the holidays so call well ahead of time. The store is super cute and suits its name, very well decorated and clean. The staff was so friendly and nice, i immediately felt comfortable leaving poppy in their care. They got her all cleaned up in only a couple hours which is impressive for this wiggly girl. Her cut is even and fluffy and soft, they did a really great job. I love the way they shaped her face and they even gave her a cute little bow and bandana she smells amazing and looks even better, her hair, teeth, nails, all perfect! We will definitely be returning!
