After I picked him up, one of his eyes was noticeably red, which was very upsetting and concerning. He was also there from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., which seemed far too long for a puppy grooming appointment. I understand delays can happen, but I would have appreciated better communication throughout the day. As a pet owner, trusting someone with your puppy is a big deal. I left feeling heartbroken and upset about what happened. Because of this experience, I will not be bringing my baby back. I truly hope they improve the care they provide and their communication with customers so that other pets and owners don't have a similar experience

Now that he's older -- deaf, blind, cranky, and a bit more challenging to groom -- Nelson has never once complained or turned us away. Over the years, our dog's haircut has transitioned from a fluffy teddy bear face to a short, easy-maintenance style, and we've always been happy with the care and service provided. Communication is easy and straightforward. At drop-off, I usually remind Nelson about the specific areas that need extra attention, and he always gets the job done. Pricing is also very reasonable, especially compared to other groomers in the Millbrae/Burlingame area. Scheduling appointments by text is super convenient, and I especially appreciate the grooming and nail trim reminders since life gets busy. Turnaround time is quick too -- grooming is typically completed within 2-3 hours. I can't recommend Nelson more for your dog grooming needs! He's been caring for our dog for over a decade, and we truly appreciate the patience, reliability, and kindness he's consistently shown throughout every stage of our dog's life.

New year, new haircut for my pup, Mila!…read more Mila's been coming here her whole life, and Dominque and her team continue to take care of her. Whenever I need to make an appointment, it's a quick call during business hours and they are usually able to accommodate with my schedule. Since Mila is a bit reactive at times, I like to make sure she's one of the first dogs in during the morning. This last visit, she was done within an hour which was great. This location is so close to home that I'm able to head over as soon as I get the call that she's ready. $120 for a 'buzz' cut for Mila, is a great deal in my opinion. I've gotten quotes from other groomers in the past, and it was way outta budget for me. Bark n Bubbles has fair pricing and they do an amazing job. Would definitely recommend!

Enzo was very reassuring in getting that done without issues. I also needed a full bath, body trim, paw trim and brushing/deshedding. The results were great! I would recommend his service to all fellow dog owners. Especially golden retriever parents.
