I'm a first time customer with a fussy 90 pound Golden Doodle. The groomer knew how to handle Penny. The result of the shampoo and beauty treatment surpassed my expectations. She left the mobile grooming truck with a smile and she looked great and smelled even better. Thanks, I'll be a follow up customer. read more

Amazing job! Jefferson took such wonderful care of my cats. They came home looking and smelling amazing, but what impressed me most was how relaxed and happy they were afterward. You can truly tell that Jefferson loves what he does and genuinely cares about the animals in his care. I'm so happy to have found someone I can trust to take such great care of my two favorite boys. I HIGHLY recommend him! read more

Changing my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. I saw earlier reviews that said the first few appointments were great and then the quality level diminished. I ignored them but the same thing happened to me. My dog needs anxiety meds before his grooming appt or else he gets snippy and it's upsetting see for everyone. Eagle Let Grooming sent a text which I did not see (I have 5 kids, work, and I'm not always on my phone.). And changed my appt from 2pm to 12 pm. I did not accept the change but they came anyway. When I explained them at we could do the appt because of my dog's med schedule. They charged me anyway, because the groomer made the trip to my house. This business wants to act like they are running a car detailing service vs a per service which is nuanced and sometimes gated by medication. I will never use them again. read more

We've been bringing our dog Laya to Esmaile for the past 5 years, and there's truly no one else we would trust with her care. Laya has anxiety, especially when it comes to grooming, but Esmaile is incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding every single time. He really takes his time to make sure she feels safe and comfortable, which means everything to us. After her grooming and bath, she came home looking amazing and smelling so fresh and clean! If you have a pet who needs a little extra care and compassion, I can't recommend Esmaile enough. He's been our go-to for years, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Don't take your pets here, they will cut your dog and steal your money This is the worst service I've ever received and they completely mangled my dog the service representative nathalia offered a 50% refund then refused to pay, my dog looks terrible and is cut in multiple places the cut is not what I asked for, completely uneven, and my gorgeous pup looks like a rodent I would not use this service Groomer responded and totally lied, I requested to speak with someone several times and instead of help me they just blocked my number I saw many other Google reviews and yelp reviews where they injured and mangled pets and this is no different they also cut my dog and didn't cut his nails or brush his teeth which was included in the very expensive service. They have yet to call me back and stole my money, Natalia in particular was incredibly rude and they are an absolute sham of a business read more

They are actually a super nice and sweet staff. They will show up on a days notice and are truly wonderful. I am writing one star because unfortunately, my dog got caught up pretty bad today during a cut and I've never had this happen before. I'm not sure what to think of this, but I'm hopeful that eagle can make it right. read more

João did a fantastic job grooming Max! This was our first time using Eagle Pet Grooming, and we couldn't be happier. I showed João a few photos of the look I wanted, and he absolutely nailed it. Max came out looking exactly how I had envisioned--and he was prancing around like a little prince! João was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. We'll definitely be calling Eagle Pet Grooming again, and I'll be specifically requesting João. Thank you for making Max look so handsome! read more

Jose did amazing on my poodle mix :) He smelled so good for 1-2 weeks after! Also, he's very prone to ear infections especially after grooming but he's had no ear discomfort since his groom 3 weeks ago! Jose even provided a lil bow tie that we kept on for the last two weeks. Way too cute. Plus you can't beat the convenience of mobile groomers coming to you! read more

My most recent experience has led to this review being 5 stars to 1 star. Unfortunately, my go-to groomer Alexandre is no longer working in the Bay Area which led to me booking with a groomer (Edilso) I am not familar with. To start, my appointment was pushed back by several hours, increasing throughout the day. Initially it was pushed back 1 hour which was fine but soon they informed me that my groomer will be several hours late (I believe it was 3). When I pushed back, the customer service rep did not take accountability and simply informed me that there was a new appointment booked before mine that was quite far from me. It seems they are trying to squeeze in as many appointments as possible leading to customer dissatisfaction and lack of accountability. Eventually they offered a small discount which is nothing to cover the time I will have spent waiting for my groomer. Now the groom, it was awful. It looks like Edilso rushed the haircut and shaved her down as well as her matting. Usually the matting is brushed out and taken care of but in this case, my dog was shaved down unevenly and the haircut looked nothing like the inspiration photos. The haircut was extremely short and uneven. Additionally, Edilso was not friendly and had a bad attitude. My dog seemed to fear him and wanted to get away from him the moment she saw me which indicated that she had a terrible experience. In my previous appointments, she would say goodbye to the groomer and have a friendly demeanor. I can't imagine what Edilso had done to her during the grooming. My dog has tons of anxiety and stress around getting groomed to begin with and seeing how she behaved around him was upsetting. Overall, Eagle Pet Grooming does not care about their clients or the dogs they work with. They're simply trying to squeeze in as many appointments as possible and rush the grooming disregarding the comfort and experience of your dog. There's another well rated mobile grooming company that I am now going to. I would steer clear of Eagle Pet Grooming if you want to prevent your dog from having a traumatizing experience. read more

Beyond Excellent. Our Groomer, Jefferson, is beyond perfection. Today I handed him a dirty, unkempt dog and got handled back a cleaned, clipped, nails done, eyes cleaned (!) dog who looks superb and smells wonderful. I tried a mobile dog grooming service for the first time and always thought it was a luxury I couldn't afford, but with my XL Golden Retriever it's honestly hard to find affordable grooming anywhere. Sergio was Bailey's groomer and wow -- he completely exceeded my expectations. Bailey was long overdue for a professional grooming, and the before and after photos speak for themselves. Sergio originally estimated about 30 minutes, but it ended up taking closer to an hour and a half, which honestly reassured me because I could tell he was taking his time and paying attention to every detail. When I picked Bailey up, he even pointed out that he carefully removed one of the knots on her ear. It may seem small, but those extra touches made me feel truly valued as a client. Most importantly, not only am I happy with the results, but Bailey seems so happy too. I'll definitely be recommending Sergio to others, and Bailey and I are already looking forward to her next grooming appointment! read more

Eagle Mobile pet Grooming are so great with both of my dogs. Tofu my Pom is easy and they always do a great job with him. I'm really torn writing this because our first experience with this mobile groomer was amazing--our cat, Kewpie, came back happy and energetic. Unfortunately, our most recent visit (February 1) was the complete opposite. Kewpie returned extremely stressed, "off," and physically injured. His eye began swelling, and I discovered his paw was bleeding because his nails had been cut much too short. He was hyperventilating through the night, and after consulting several vets, we had to take him to the vet the next day. To their credit, the team followed up quickly the next day, apologized, and promised to cover the vet bill. However, it has now been months and the bill still hasn't been settled. We had to follow up with the team every month and they had an excuse related to insurance so they couldn't reimburse us. Even though the bill was very reasonable ($90), they have stopped responding. We truly appreciated their service initially, but the lack of accountability for an injury that occurred in their care is disappointing. Cat owners please be careful with this business. read more

Eagle Pet Grooming sent a groomer to my home unannounced to demand payment less than 48 hours after I raised a written complaint about the grooming service. I am disappointed to be writing this review because I had been a regular customer and had generally been happy with the convenience and quality. My dog has been groomed by Eagle Pet Grooming about seven times since February, and I had paid for all these prior services without issue. This week, my dog was groomed and, for the first time, received a sanitary trim that went far beyond what I expected or had ever seen from prior appointments. I had also requested bath only and was very specific not to cut my aussie's fur. The shaved area extended well beyond the private/sanitary area and visibly onto her backside and legs. I emailed Eagle the same evening and explained that I had specifically requested bathing only, and that there was now a large shaved circle around my dog's backside. Their response was dismissive. They replied that a sanitary trim or small butt-area shave is "a standard part of the bath package" and said that if I did not want it next time, I should let them know. They did not ask to see photos, did not offer to review whether the trim had gone too far, and did not make any meaningful effort to address the actual concern. Then, less than 48 hours later, while this complaint was still unresolved, the groomer showed up at my home unannounced and demanded payment. I immediately emailed Eagle and told them this was inappropriate and aggressive. I also told them not to come to my home again. On a phone call Nathalia expressed no concern or remorse for the invasion of my privacy at my home, and she simply stated that if I "didn't want to pay for their service, I shouldn't have booked it." Nathália followed up with an email focusing again on payment and stated they needed "trust, respect, and partnership" from clients. She asked me to make payment immediately and stated that the groomer was waiting for compensation.Missing again in this response was any concern that someone had come to my home unannounced to demand money from a repeat customer who had an open complaint. The grooming issue was disappointing, but the handling afterward was much worse. A customer's home should not be treated as a place to confront them over a disputed grooming bill, especially when the customer has already raised the issue in writing and has a history of paying for prior services. I will not use Eagle Pet Grooming again. I am happy to provide documentation of my payments in addition to these email screenshots of our correspondence. read more

My senior dog, Roxy, has puppy energy and is very squeamish about being groomed. She howls and makes the other dogs nervous so she was asked to find another groomer, respectfully. I happened to see the pink Eagle grooming van and decided to book an appointment. Roxy had never been groomed by a mobile groomer before so it was our first time. Our groomer, Suzy, was kind and patient from the very first meet. I feel so much better knowing that she is in good hands and steps away. Plus, Suzy is an artist! Weird experience- so the groomer arrives, I'm waiting in my driveway already @ 6:30 for a 6pm appointment. The groomer arrives and takes a phone call before acknowledging me or my dog. I greet him by name and he just says "yes" and takes the dog. This is the part why I probably won't get another mobile service in the future- so after about an hour I start to wonder if my dog was ready, more time goes by. Finally the groomer comes to the door addressing me by name saying he is so sorry. He then says he cut my dog's tongue while trimming her hair. I'm 6'3 260 straight off of work shirtless and didn't want to seem irate so I calmly say I'll just show my partner when they got home and we will go from there. The groomer then hands me the phone to pay... so her nails weren't cut, they cut her tongue and bottom lip, the groomers customer service can use some help and I gotta go to the vet. My poor dog doesn't deserve this. read more

Eagle Mobile Pet Grooming - Goldendoodle - Pet Groomers Near Me

About four months ago, I trusted Eagle mobile pet grooming to come to my house and trim my cat nails along with shaving some of the matting from his hair. The Groomer who came did not need a pet carrier, came in and got my cat, took him to the van, and in about a half hour brought my cat back without trauma, with trimmed nails, and with a perfect haircut. Fast forward to two days ago. I scheduled to have them come out to my new location, gave them instructions as to where to park and to stop at the front desk to contact me. Problem #1 The Groomer did not follow my instructions and he parked way far away from the entrance. When I finally found him, problem. #2 was that there was a serious language barrier. Even with a translation app, the Groomer had no idea what I wanted. Still I managed to convey that I did not have a carrier and that he needed to walk quite a distance to get my cat. With the carrier in hand, we walked to my apartment where problem #3 occurred. He refused to come into my apartment to get my cat. This meant that I had to gather up my cat, who is part Maine coon, and I am disabled. The Groomer stood at the doorway holding the carrier.(problem #4) incorrectly. Almost anyone who knows anything about difficult cats knows that you tip the carrier so that the opening is up and you put the cat in from top to bottom. I could not communicate this to the Groomer so I ended up scraping my arms, trying to get my cat into the carrier horizontally. I then noticed problem.#5 which was the Groomer had no idea how to close the carrier door. I should have stopped the process right then. I instructed the Groomer as best I could. Nails trimmed. Hair trimmed. No bath. And, if the cat becomes aggressive, call me immediately. Do not wait. Again I communicated this as best I could. My cat, who does not like carriers to begin with, had to be carried quite a distance to get to his van. After 2 1/2 hours, (problem #6) I got a call from a woman who works at Eagle mobile pet grooming. She told me that my cat was too aggressive and, " they couldn't do anything." my question was, and still is, what the hell were they doing to my cat for 2 1/2 hours?? As quick as I could, I went to the front entrance and (problems 7 & 8) I see two groomers: the good Groomer from months ago and the certainly novice Groomer, who didn't know how to close a cat carrier. Inside the carrier (problem 9) was my wet, shivering, cat. My cat had been bathed and not dried. The Groomer carried my cat back to my apartment and let him out. Problem.#10: my cat had been given a bath, which he didn't need, and which made him aggressive, and there was no attempt to dry off my cat. Problem #11: they didn't even make an attempt to dry off my cat. He had no towel around him, no blanket, and the poor cat was traumatized. When he was let out, he was literally dripping water all over the floor. I had to try to get a hold of the poor scared cat and get him somewhat dry. To say that I am angry is a Gross understatement. The company could claim that my cat was aggressive, but if that were the case, they should have called me immediately and not after one and a half hours and putting the cat through more torture. The novice Groomer apparently called the original Groomer for help, but nobody told me this until the cat was returned to me. Again the process should have been stopped way before 2 1/2 hours had gone by. I have spent the last two days trying to calm my cat down and get him to come out from under the furniture. I have never seen him like this and I have had him since he was a kitten. In these two days, I've worried that he's getting enough food and water and now that he's starting to come out a little bit he doesn't have the same demeanor that he did before. He's scared. And I don't think I'm ever going to be able to get him trimmed again. Eagle mobile pet grooming has completely messed up my cat. My advice for those who are reading this review, please do not trust your animal to this company. The way they treated my cat was cruel, and although they tried to apologize and say that they cared about the animal, it is clear, very clear that in this case, they did not care for my cat's well-being. I will be dealing with the aftermath of their cruelty for a long time to come. read more
