Nina has been giving Penny her bath and trimming her nails every month for almost six years! Nina is amazing - Penny is an anxious and very particular dog and Nina is so good with her. I wouldn't take Penny to anyone else. Penny gets so excited to see Nina every month and comes home squeaky clean every time. Nina is the best! read more

I've been getting my golden groomed for over 5 years with Doggylicious, and it's been amazing every time! Nina is a dog lover and it shows. She's always on time and on schedule with my dogs grooming every 2 months, and my Bailey is always super happy and prancing after her grooming sessions! You'd be hard pressed to find a better more loving dog groomer than Nina! Thank you so much for all you've done for my Bailey! read more

Nina from Doggylicious Mobile is absolutely wonderful! She has been bathing and trimming the nails of my large Akita for many years, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Nina is incredibly gentle, patient, and thorough, and she has such a warm, positive personality. Anyone who knows Akitas knows they can be particular about who they trust--and my Akita absolutely loves her! That says everything. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my dog is in caring, capable hands. Nina is reliable, kind, and truly wonderful with animals. Highly recommend Doggylicious Mobile! read more

We've taken our dog to Nina monthly for 15 months and highly recommend her! She's reliable, kind with the dogs, and we really appreciate her ethical, no-restraint approach. She's also an SF native who's run her own business for decades--a local business worth supporting! read more

I contacted the owner, Nina, to ask what she would charge for a simple bath and nail trim for my 25 pound dog. I was quoted $130, and was told the final price would depend on how much time it took. I found that very strange--why should the customer pay more simply because the groomer takes longer to do the job? I was also asked whether my dog would allow her nails to be trimmed. Nina told me that if my dog wouldn't cooperate, I could hold her myself, and that she does not restrain dogs. Again, I found this unusual for a professional grooming service. Because the whole conversation didn't sit well with me, I decided to shop around. I contacted another mobile grooming company, Wow My Dog, and was quoted $85 for a bath, nail trim, AND ear cleaning, with a straightforward price rather than an open-ended charge based on how long the groomer takes. That's a $45 difference, and the lower price includes an additional service. Needless to say, I won't be using Nina's grooming service. I'll be taking my dog to Wow My Dog instead, both now and in the future. I recommend comparing prices and asking exactly what is included before booking. read more

Nina is amazing. Figgy, our 14 year old mutt was always really hard to groom, especially when it came it his nails. Figgy was traumatized from a car accident when he was a young rescue puppy. Nina had been the first and only groomer (including us) that has been able to sooth our savage beast. Figgy always comes back happy, well groomed and smelling yummy. Sometimes Figgy can smell Nina when they are down the street at a neighbors and he gets excited and tries to pull me to the grooming van. Doggylicious is constantly loving, tender, immaculate and punctual. Your pet will be in great hands here. read more

Nina is kind and has great patience. Wonderful attributes needed in a good groomer! Her soft spot for senior dogs definitely shows. Our 18yr Louie felt so comfortable being pampered by her. I tried to get a quote for grooming for my rescue dog who seems to have fleas. She responds fairly quickly. She unfortunately could not take him since being a mobile unit, it would risk other dogs, etc. makes sense. However, I was quite impressed by the way she continued to assist me in my problem and trying to troubleshoot what was the issue. She did not need to stay on the phone with me but she was so nice and caring! I appreciate her efforts and hope to be able to use her services for future dogs! read more

Nina is AMAZING! We have tried many groomers over the years as well as doing it all myself at home. My two senior dogs do not like going in the car, we're terrified of being left at the groomer, and would get upset when I tried to dremel their nails at home. Ever since we started with Nina they are actually HAPPY after their grooming sessions! They come back in the house soft, smelling good, tails wagging and anxiety free. read more

Doggylicious Mobile is by far the best nails and grooming service I've found (and I've tried A LOT of different services!). Nina is extremely punctual, fast, efficient, and kind. Our dogs have never been more clean and been more taken care of before! The secret to the great service is that Nina actually really loves and cares for each and every dog, it's more than just a job to her. She's patient and understanding with the animals, and that makes grooming them an easy job instead of a battle. Most other places we've worked with in the past are sloppy and uncaring, and our dogs hate going back. For the first time ever, our sweet dogs don't mind being groomed, and actually like seeing Nina! My mind was blown after our first few sessions. The craziest part is that not only does Nina offer the BEST service in the city, but her prices are on par or better than just about everywhere else as well! With the quality of service we receive, and the level of love and care our dogs receive, I'm absolutely satisfied with the price. Don't even bother looking elsewhere, you won't find a superior service to Doggylicious Mobile. Nina is a dream to work with and your dogs will be more clean and happy than you could've dreamed of. read more

We have always taken our dog (Ruthie) to the groomers but decided to try out a mobile option for convenience and Ruthie's comfort. Nina was very responsive, got us scheduled the same week, and arrived on-time. I feel like no sooner did I hand Ruthie over to start her bath was she coming right back out completely transformed. It's like Nina had a second look-alike dog in the van, just a cleaner version. Ruthie is a complete wiggle-worm so I was surprised Nina was able to wash her, dry her, and do her nails so quickly and without any restraint. I know we have a new groomer and Ruthie has a new friend! read more

Have had my doggy washed twice now and he always returns to us smelling so good and he's so fluffy! The first time he was a bit reluctant but got a gigantic dog biscuit he loved. The second time he was a little more comfy. She calls me when she's almost done just to hold puppy while she dremel files his nails. I appreciate the convenience, communication, and how clean my puppy is after he's washed and dried. read more

We just moved to the area from the OC and desperately needed to find a groomer for our large, anxious Australian Shepherds. My husband contacted Nina and set up an appointment. She did a fantastic job and was so good with our boys. We couldn't be happier about finding a groomer in the city. read more

Nina is so accommodating and prompt when she says she will be there. Also very responsive to inquiries which I deem is number one in business. Can't say the same about most of the others that we have left messages. My puppy was fresh and clean smelling after her spa treatment and she was very happy with the bath and nail trim! Definitely highly recommended this establishment! read more

There are already a lot of positive reviews about Nina, and I don't write reviews very often, but I feel compelled because my dog loves her so much. I've got an 8-month old American Pit Bull Terrier mix from the shelter. He's about 65 pounds, strong, and energetic. Nina first saw him when he was about 4-5 months old. Of course when he's done, his coat is clean, soft, shiny, and smells great. But there are two additional things that stand out for me. One is how great Nina is at trimming his nails. I was terrible at it myself (and even hurt him one time by clipping too short; killed me). Because he's a big energetic puppy, he doesn't sit still for nails. So I hold him and give him little treats while she trims nail by nail (outdoors with masks on due to covid). She actually clips 3-5 quick little clips *per nail*, essentially shaping the nail. I'm blown away. (Apparently if your dog is OK with the Dremel-like grinder, she'll use that). The second is how my dog responded for the second appointment, which I always consider when assessing services like this. When I took him outside for his second visit and walked up to her van, as soon as he saw Nina and remembered who she was, he was overjoyed, pulled right towards her wagging his tail and now he even sings/howls with joy. He loves getting in the vehicle for his appointment. I go up to my apartment and Nina takes care of the rest. She texts me when it's time to come hold him for his nails. She's respectful of covid and wears her mask even though we're outdoors, which I love. read more

Nina's mobile bathing service was excellent! My dog came back looking very clean, smelling great, and very happy. Nina put a super cute handkerchief around my dog's neck and also gave her fun treat at the end. I highly recommend Nina's services! read more

We have a rescued chow mix. We just got her, after she was found living on the street. So she'd never been bathed . She was a mess. And I didn't know what she would do if she was subjected to a bath. I was nervous, but Nina arrived, and I told her the situation, and she knew exactly what to do. She talked to our pup and went slow and it all worked out. She did a great job. Our dog looks beautiful and doesn't smell. She's so soft. Highly recommend Nina. read more

I'll be honest, I wasn't sure how I felt about a mobile dog wash, but Nina has convinced me that this is the best thing ever! The entire experience was completely stress-free for me as the owner as Xena, my new furry accomplice, does not like riding in cars. Not only that, but Nina tries to park as close to your home as she can, meaning the wash is just outside of your door (or less than a block away). Nina was a real pleasure to get to know while she was rinsing and shampooing my dog-- She truly loves all dogs and has really dedicated her career and life to her business. After many subpar experiences with deliveries, movers, etc, I was pleasantly surprised to find out Nina had arrived at our appointment time. But not only this surprised me, Nina was also super gentle and great with Xena. I left when they were drying, but upon coming back, Nina had trimmed some stray tufts of fur from Xena's paws, cut her nails, and finished drying her off. Although Xena was still a little damp, but I'm glad Nina didn't force her dry because Xena is scared of vacuums and dryer sounds. Xena is smelling fresh, looking extra poof and clean, and even got a giant dog biscuit out of this whole ordeal! Not too bad for a close-to-home doggy spa, huh? I'm looking forward to seeing Nina before Thanksgiving for another doggy wash. Hopefully the experience will continue to be as great as it had been for the both of us today! read more

Nina has been taking care of our rescue Max (German Shepherd mix) since late 2018. Max has skin allergies and requires regular bathing to keep it under control along with monthly allergy shots. Nina is very sweet with our gentle giant, he absolutely loves her. She's coming every week currently and he's actually excited to see her (when's the last time your dog was excited about getting a bath???) Last week Nina gave us a picture of Max that she took during his bath - see attached (she has a portable printer in her van - the picture is actually a sticker!) As you can see, he looks very content. We can't say enough good things about Nina! We're so grateful she comes over the GG Bridge to Sausalito to take care of our boy. read more

We have never trusted our dogs to a washing service, but as a treat for a pet sitter, we tried them out and were instantly amazed by their kind and courteous service and excellent job with our two dogs. Nina is absolutely amazing. I couldn't believe how great it would be to have a clean, happy pup. She handled my 100 pound great Dane with grace and finesse. I couldn't believe that after his first bath, nail trim, and blow dry, when Nina came to drop him off, he actually wanted to interact with her even more (wagging his tail happily). She made it such a positive experience for Herman, and I now have the utmost confidence in leaving my sweet shy dog in her care. Nina's personality is also amazing - such an energetic and positive person. I'd give a hundred stars if I could! This is the kind of local business that is fun to support! read more

My little doggo and I just met Nina for the first time today. I have always bathed and nail-clipped my dogs in the past, but I just adopted a 10 lb. fuzzball and I was nervous to handle his tiny feet and little wiggly body. He is also pretty anxious about new spaces and loud noises, and the few groomers I've visited in the city were pretty chaotic. So I was super glad to find Doggylicious and to read all the positive reviews that I now believe are all well-deserved! I was worried that Broccoli would be nervous and weird, but apparently he did great with his bath and the blow-dryer and even the Dremel-ing of his back feet. I did come out to help hold him for his front feet, which surprised me, but also I liked being able to see his reaction, and Nina talked through his body language with me, and I was just really glad that someone with confidence and experience was there for our first nail situation together. Thank you, Nina! (Plus, Broccoli is now the softest and fluffiest I have ever seen him!) read more

I was dog sitting for my good friend who was out of town and due to Covid her poor dog had not been groomed in forever! The whole staff was amazing and so kind to her. Billy did an excellent job grooming her and he was so gentle with her considering she is 17 years old, deaf, and a little blind. She was also so matted and dirty, he had to cut her very short but it was so necessary!Honestly, it didn't seem like he wanted to give her back. You can tell that he truly loves dogs and was enamored with her. She definitely got her pep back in her step once she had all that hair removed from her face. Thank you Nina for giving my Sophie such a nice brush and bath! Doggolicious did a great job clipping Sophie's toenails, cleaning her ears and after a week she still smells great! Nina returned my call promptly and it was easy to set up an appointment. Nina arrived on time and made Sophie feel comfortable and happy which made me feel good especially because my lab is almost 13 and weighs 80 lbs. She sheds a lot and Nina took extra time to brush and blow out her fur. I am very happy and have already book Sophie for her next bath. read more

First off, I'll be clear that this is not a review of Nina's dog grooming skills. I'm actually super bummed to write this as so many people seem thrilled with her work. We never got to the grooming as communication has been extremely challenging and disorganized. I called last week to discuss scheduling a bath a week out. Nina gave me a quote of $90-95 for our husky mix and asked me to text her to follow-up on next steps as she was working on another dog. I did so within a few minuets and added my husband to the text chain to loop him in. She confirmed she could do the day we wanted, but asked for another day that would work better for her. We agreed to the day she requested. Then she said she lost my texts the next day and we started from scratch again. She raised the quote to $110. My husband got on the phone to discuss the rate to get a better idea of the actual cost. Long story, short -- communication got more challenging regarding cost and scheduling. We mutually decided to part ways and now in search again of someone to work on our pup. read more

I have had numerous dogs in my life & far more dog washers to tend to them, but Nina is by far, the BEST! She is super kind, personable & professional! She has built such a strong & trusting relationship with my dog Boo, so much so, that my dog gets excited when she sees Ninas van outside our house. And while Boo is part Pitbull, she fears everyone except for Nina. I highly recommend Doggylicious to anyone seeking a kind, courteous, and professional dog washer, ear cleaner, nail clipper & friend to all dogs. You're the best Nina!!! read more

Nina came on time and was so gentle and patient with our (ridiculously) timid Bernese Mtn Dog. Puppers was clean and fluffy, for a reasonable price. I'd prefer unscented shampoo but I didn't mention that, so that's not at all on her. Recommended, we will call her again! read more

Nina very graciously squeezed us in recently when our other groomer cancelled. Our three year old golden retriever Lucy was being evaluated for therapy dog work, and she needed to be groomed within 24 hours of the eval. Nina to the rescue! Lucy came out looking and smelling great, and the evaluators even commented on how beautifully groomed she was. Nina is clearly a natural with dogs, and they can sense (and return) her love. Lucy was happy as a clam to be in her care and came out fluffy and gorgeous as can be. Thank you, Nina! read more

I have nothing but great things to say about Nina. We have been using Doggylicious since 2013 and hopefully we'll be seeing her for years to come. Our dog Murph is in love with Nina and I know she returns the sentiment. Nina is so thoughtful and caring towards Murph. When he had to have surgery earlier this year, she regularly checked in with me to make sure he was on the mend. It means so much to know that she cares so deeply about him. Once she came on short notice after he had rolled in something very smelly and needed a bath ASAP! Before we found Doggylicious, getting into the tub for a bath was something Murph loathed but with Nina, he jumps up into the tub without being prompted. It's really cute! He always looks and smells great after his bath and he always gets a treat. I can highly recommend Doggylicious to anyone who is looking for a great experience. Nina truly loves dogs and it shows. read more
