Dry Pros are top notch and highly recommended. In late Feb 2022, my wife and I sustained a broken water pipe under our kitchen sink in our 1600 sq ft mobile home. We called a well known plumbing company who recommended a water mitigation company I won't name. This company came out and began to take us for what we had. Their work was minimal and we didn't hear back from them. They stated we had to pay up a partial front and the insurance would reimburse. Well we found out it doesn't work that way. Our insurance agent said he felt they were expensive, inadequate on their service and they shouldn't have requested payment upfront. I quickly terminated their services and contacted Dry Pros. Owner / President George came out and immediately put us at ease. George pointed out exactly what needed and should be done. George then worked with our insurance company which put us at further ease. We brought Dry Pro's in for our water damage. George and his son Zack were onsite immediately and regularly. George and Zack were so nice to my wife and I as well as our little 15 year old dog (I have a point to this). George and Zack consistently checked on us. I was highly skeptical but George, Zack and Dry Pros dispelled that each visit. They are honest, caring people. Their work was professional and clean. Even though our damage may have been small compared to other jobs they've had, they treated us as the utmost priority. Our kitchen and under our house ended up gutted but George referred us to ABG Construction and Restoration who came in after and preformed amazing work as well so we are grateful to George for that referral as well. After Dry Pros had completed their services, our little 15 year old dog passed away due to old age. My wife and I took that loss pretty hard. It is really a relief to have George and his team ( Zack and Chris ) here in my home after I had a sudden broken valve and got my living room wooden floor flooded. So when they were done with their job, everything is clean and neat. They even left me pretty gifts for decoration.
