Our washing machine overflowed and caused water damage to the flooring throughout our house. We were pretty stressed because the flooring was continuous and our insurance company initially didn't want to replace all of it. DryPros handled the water damage mitigation and helped us through the insurance claim. They documented everything, explained what was going on in normal terms, and stayed on top of the insurance company until the flooring was finally approved. George and the DryPros team were honest, professional and easy to work with the whole time. Hopefully we never have another water damage issue, but if we do, DryPros Restoration would be the first company we call! read more

DryPros is the best!! I have been unlucky enough to have issues with water damage to our home 3 times in the past. I have used other companies and my experience with DryPros was exceptional. First off, I love working with family owned businesses and George and his sons, Zach and Chris put their whole heart into their business. They made the process easy, working directly with our insurance company and giving us step by step updates. They were honest with their assessments and were able to save my wood floors with their quick response and expert care. I will never use a different company... hopefully I never need this kind of work again, but if I do, I know I will be in good hands. We were treated like family. I wish I could give them more than just 5 stars Thank you George, Zach and Chris!!!! read more

Dominick and Jamie were extremely helpful in getting water damage from recent heavy rain contained. They were quick to respond to our service call and extremely flexible with accommodating to our schedule especially while we were in the process of closing our offices down due to COVID-19. They were also clean, respectful of our facility, and offered to meet with our roofer to provide their expertise in order to help identify the cause of the roof leak. read more

Dry Pros are top notch and highly recommended. In late Feb 2022, my wife and I sustained a broken water pipe under our kitchen sink in our 1600 sq ft mobile home. We called a well known plumbing company who recommended a water mitigation company I won't name. This company came out and began to take us for what we had. Their work was minimal and we didn't hear back from them. They stated we had to pay up a partial front and the insurance would reimburse. Well we found out it doesn't work that way. Our insurance agent said he felt they were expensive, inadequate on their service and they shouldn't have requested payment upfront. I quickly terminated their services and contacted Dry Pros. Owner / President George came out and immediately put us at ease. George pointed out exactly what needed and should be done. George then worked with our insurance company which put us at further ease. We brought Dry Pro's in for our water damage. George and his son Zack were onsite immediately and regularly. George and Zack were so nice to my wife and I as well as our little 15 year old dog (I have a point to this). George and Zack consistently checked on us. I was highly skeptical but George, Zack and Dry Pros dispelled that each visit. They are honest, caring people. Their work was professional and clean. Even though our damage may have been small compared to other jobs they've had, they treated us as the utmost priority. Our kitchen and under our house ended up gutted but George referred us to ABG Construction and Restoration who came in after and preformed amazing work as well so we are grateful to George for that referral as well. After Dry Pros had completed their services, our little 15 year old dog passed away due to old age. My wife and I took that loss pretty hard. George and Zack found out and they sent their condolences, a card and a care package! I mean who does that anymore? George, Zack and Dry Pros are a first rate company. They are good, honest, caring and professional people. If you find yourself in an unfortunate home damage situation, I highly recommend contacting George and his family at Dry Pro's. read more

It is really a relief to have George and his team ( Zack and Chris ) here in my home after I had a sudden broken valve and got my living room wooden floor flooded. It is really depressing for a first time home owner as me to handle all these for the first time. I claimed insurance and my insurance company sent George here. He is experienced, knowledgeable and professional. He not only explained what need to be done to do the dry out, also what will be next for the insurance claim procedure and the rebuild process, which really calmed me down and made me have the confidence that everything will be taken good care of and resolved perfectly. And they made it. They are very professional in the dry out field, building tent to improve the performance of drying, using chosen chemicals to kill the mold, germ and bacteria, minimizing the dust, noise and damage when removing the wooden floor and dry wall, also put protection on everything like my kitchen floor, chandeliers and window. So when they were done with their job, everything is clean and neat. They even left me pretty gifts for decoration. I think companies like Drypros and George should be the first choice if you have the similar situation. They are really thoughtful and they know what you need and what you worry about. Definitely recommend George and his company. read more

DryPros is a family-owned business and they truly treat you like family. They took the stress and worry out of my house leak. From the minute I spoke with Zack, he was professional and reassuring. He did an amazing job explaining each step from beginning to end. George, Zack, and Chris are clean, meticulous, responsible, and careful. Their demolition work is superb - they set up barriers and cleaned up right after. They did not damage anything in my house which is what I was very concerned about. They communicated directly with my insurance company and also sent me copies of everything to keep me in the loop. I had a leak a few years ago and my insurance company sent out a different water mitigation company and the difference between DryPros and the other company was night and day. I don't know who that guy is who wrote that other review but he obviously doesn't know quality when he sees it as evidenced by his horrific grammar. Dry Pros were completely helpful and did an AMAZING job on my damaged kitchen. They were professional, friendly, clean, and helpful with my insurance to restore my kitchen. It looks better now than it did before!!! George and Zack went above and beyond to help me.
