My water heater decided to have her water break the night of my birthday. My garage was beginning to flood... So I called Parker and Sons and they came out determined it was necessary to get a new water heater in here and also set me up with dry force because my drywall and my sons drywall and baseboards were destroyed due to water damage Michael French came out and he gave me an estimate ran me through the process. He took pictures and videos from my insurance company and the claim which he handled from start to finish and he's maintained contact with the claim agent... Michael went ahead and took out my drywall. He set up fans, in both the garage and my son's room and gave me absolutely amazing. Customer service did the job with integrity, and did not take the situation for a ride with extra costs. He secured the safety of my homes structure and gave me hope lol NOT TO MENTION talked me out of a anxiety attack. Thank you Michael for being amazing

Dry Force fans and dehumidifier drying damaged hallway ceiling.

Dry Force was called by Collins Comfort Masters to address ceiling damage caused by a leak in a newly installed A/C system that flooded my attic (see my review of Collins elsewhere). They put half-a-dozen vertical drying fans and a large dehumidifier in the affected areas, which ran 24x7 for two-plus weeks. Sounded like a jet engine on a test stand in the hallway, and a home studio was unusable, but drying had to precede demo and repair. Dry Force managers and technicians were professional and focused throughout the process. And I hope I never (need to) see them again. I can't comment on the cost, as Collins covered that. But I'm sure it was an expensive lesson in installation quality control.

Base is a little wet, but not that bad.

The experienced plumber that fixed the leak was quick & fast and referred me to using Drystar as a restoration company. I went with it since the plumber was awesome ( but not affiliated with Drystar). Drystar came out quickly with multi fans to dry the attic & removed all the damaged insulation, drywall and baseboard of an affected wall. They sealed off the attic with tape & plastic tarp until it dried out. ( I had to re-tape the plastic barriers myself several times to keep it secure due to cold weather affecting the tape adhesive). My insurance took care of the pay out to me & Drystar... USAA won't talk direct to a restoration company unless you use their preferred vendors . ( So I was a " go between" several times to keep things moving) . The paint job & the drywall replacement was quality work and it looks good. I needed to remind the company to replace the insulation but that was taken care of immediately. I would use them again. Side note : One of the initial Drystar consultants that conducted the estimate of damage & cost that came to my home initially moved onto another company during this whole process & this caused minor delays as well but overall I was happy with the end result. I felt the cost was very fair for the work done. ( the entire process took several weeks due more to insurance procedures ) .

What an industry! I was up north with my family for the weekend and came home to standing water…read morethroughout the first floor of my house. My first call was to a plumber for help. Before the plumber even arrived, three different restoration companies showed up at my door. The strange part? I never called any of them and nobody told me anyone was coming out. I did overhear one of the technicians I allowed in for a "free evaluation" on speakerphone with the plumber asking if a $2,000 finder's fee sounded reasonable. I kept my mouth shut but it definitely raised some red flags. I listened to all three companies separately and then decided to do some serious research online. While some companies have plenty of glowing Google reviews, once you start looking at other sources like Yelp, the Arizona ROC, and the BBB, the picture can look very different. Consider this a friendly warning to homeowners: do your homework. After digging deeper, I was fortunate to find ASAP Restoration. One thing that immediately stood out is that they do not work referral deals with plumbers, do not pay kickbacks, and do not play games with deductibles. They simply focus on doing the job correctly. The team was extremely professional. The mitigation/demo crew handled the water damage quickly and thoroughly, and the reconstruction team has been excellent. We're now about 90% finished with the rebuild and everything is coming together great. I just felt the need to share my experience before heading out for spring break. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, take a breath, do your research, and call a company that focuses on integrity and quality work. For me, that company was ASAP Restoration.

Your efforts saved us more than 50% compared to other companies' estimates for the exact same scope of work something we're still amazed by. The third-party consulting firm was equally impressed with the quality and professionalism demonstrated by your crew. We truly value your commitment to excellence and integrity, and we look forward to working with you again in the future. Overall the best prices I could find for full house restoration service.

RE: Arizona Restoration Specialists…read more We highly recommend this company. They were punctual, informative, efficient, and personable. We had a leak in the wall behind the washer and dryer. Apparently, it had been leaking for quite a while. (We found out that it was the washer drain pipe, so it only leaked when doing laundry.) We contacted Dallin at Arizona Restoration Specialist on Tuesday 1/13. Wednesday 1/14, Dallin came and inspected the damage and advised us of the process. He emailed us an estimate that afternoon. Thursday 1/15 we contacted Dallin and made arrangements for them to start work on Monday 1/19. The weekend gave us time to empty the freezer and move other items. Monday 1/19, Dallin and his crew arrived. They moved the washer, dryer, and freezer to the garage. They isolated the damaged area and removed all of the damage and mold. His crew discovered the broken washer drain pipe when removing the water damaged wall materials. They set up a dehumidifier and a blower to dry the area and clean the air. Wednesday 1/21, they checked on the progress, did more scrubbing on the wall studs, and made arrangements for an inspection. Thursday 1/22, Dallin inspected the work. The air quality inspection was completed by another company. Dallin made arrangements with a plumber to fix the broken pipe. The plumber arrived to inspect the pipe damage. They will return after the clearance from the air quality inspection. Friday 1/23, room air quality inspection passed. Dallin sent his crew to remove their equipment. The area was ready to be repaired. The plumber came over and replaced the broken pipe. Drywall work is next. All of this was accomplished in 10 days. Amazing!! The estimate was reasonable, the work done efficiently, and they left the area clean when they were done. These guys are amazing!! Louis & Sandra Parker
