This gives them the right to destroy anything!!

Dry star was recommend by a plumber when he found a water leak inside the wall. I was not at my residence but my wife was. They made all sorts of promises. Sounded wonderful. Then reality hit!! Drystar did not know Arizona insurance laws! They destroyed more than insurance would cover. After the they found that out THEY DISAPPEARED! I have requested many times for the owner to call me and EXPLAIN his employees conduct! All this started on September 20, 2024. We are in March, 2025. Nothing from them. Other than a bill for the work of destruction. READ THE FINE PRINT WITH THIS COMPANY! Lots of promises and no follow through. Being a business owner myself, I check up on my employees work! I put the blame on the owner!

Buyer Beware this company will try and lie about their findings also will give you a quote then try and make a claim for 3 times that amount. If you would pay $7,000 for a couple of pieces of blue tape and a fan for 3 days. Then this is the company for you.

    Half ass done floor

EDITED TO UPDATE: The guys came yesterday 1/23 to lay tile. Once again it's an unfinished job. Justin & Garret told my husband that the job was going to be finished. Yet another time it's be lied to us. I told the guys they could come either all day Saturday or Monday, my husband asked if they were free to come today. We were told yes that they had a job in phx to do and would come to our home at 3. SURPRISE SURPRISE who doesn't show up. I texted Justin to let him know, didnt find out until 3:45 that the guys didn't come due to one being sick and they didn't "know". That's how much the company lacks communication. It's once again has been HELL trying to communicate with this company to get someone to finish the damn job. I also posted a review on Facebook that they removed. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Unfortunately for us we didn't "choose" this company. The home warranty/owner did. I would never fully choose this company on my own. Our toilet was leaking to our down stairs ceiling. This was in October. They were super fast about tearing apart our ceiling, and dehumidifying the area. However getting them to come fix the hole and patch it up was hell. Getting them to come to our house to get the tile fixed, toilet out in and fan has been HELL. They came took the tile out. Came back and did a half ass job that they started late since they didn't have the "material". And they have left this half ass job. They were suppose to come and finish the base and put a water proof coat Friday 1/17 at 3pm. I texted Justin letting him know my husband was home at 1:46 letting him know the guys could come earlier. My husband was home all night and no one showed up. And they can't even give me a definite on when they are coming back. I have asked that garret the manager give me a call multiple times yesterday and still havent heard anything. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They will half ass, give you excuses, and pull the job out. This was suppose to be done BEFORE Christmas I was told by Justin. THEN I was told I was going to be done before this past weekend. We still have no toilet in our master, half ass tile, and no fan or light down stairs.

We learned the hard way that many companies make big promises just to win your business. In our case, we had over $500,000 in fire and water damage, and it seemed like everyone else was more concerned about their profit margins than helping us. Some even tried to play games with the insurance company by requesting payment for items that weren't warranted. ASAP Restoration was completely different. They were honest, upfront, and transparent from day one. They took the time to review every budget, selection, and step of the process with us, making sure we understood everything along the way. The entire team is outstanding, and Josh, the owner, truly leads by example. He tells it like it is, doesn't overpromise, and works tirelessly to make sure things get done the right way. His communication is second to none,I'd much rather have someone who over-communicates than leaves me wondering what's happening. Our biggest delay wasn't ASAP at all, it was our mortgage company and lender taking their time to release funds. Throughout that entire process, Josh worked alongside us every step of the way, helping us navigate the challenges and keeping the project moving whenever possible. The finished product looks incredible, and looking back, the extra few weeks it took to get on their schedule was absolutely worth the wait. If you're looking for a restoration company that values honesty, quality, communication, and truly cares about its customers, I can't recommend ASAP Restoration and Construction enough. Thank you to Josh and the entire team for making a difficult situation so much easier!

What an industry! I was up north with my family for the weekend and came home to standing water…read morethroughout the first floor of my house. My first call was to a plumber for help. Before the plumber even arrived, three different restoration companies showed up at my door. The strange part? I never called any of them and nobody told me anyone was coming out. I did overhear one of the technicians I allowed in for a "free evaluation" on speakerphone with the plumber asking if a $2,000 finder's fee sounded reasonable. I kept my mouth shut but it definitely raised some red flags. I listened to all three companies separately and then decided to do some serious research online. While some companies have plenty of glowing Google reviews, once you start looking at other sources like Yelp, the Arizona ROC, and the BBB, the picture can look very different. Consider this a friendly warning to homeowners: do your homework. After digging deeper, I was fortunate to find ASAP Restoration. One thing that immediately stood out is that they do not work referral deals with plumbers, do not pay kickbacks, and do not play games with deductibles. They simply focus on doing the job correctly. The team was extremely professional. The mitigation/demo crew handled the water damage quickly and thoroughly, and the reconstruction team has been excellent. We're now about 90% finished with the rebuild and everything is coming together great. I just felt the need to share my experience before heading out for spring break. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, take a breath, do your research, and call a company that focuses on integrity and quality work. For me, that company was ASAP Restoration.

My husband and I recently bought our first home, and while trying to complete some minor upgrades, we discovered mold. We immediately panicked, assuming the absolute worst. After reading their excellent reviews, I decided to give them a call--and I am so glad I did. Everyone who came out to our house was incredible, friendly, and deeply professional. They made an incredibly stressful situation completely painless, and they treated our home as if it were their own. One important tip for future customers: This company focuses strictly on remediation, meaning they do not handle the reconstruction or repairs (like replacing drywall) once the mold is gone. This wasn't an issue for me--I simply called around and found a local contractor to patch things up afterward--but it's important to go in with the right expectations and always ask questions! The team members we worked with deserve individual recognition: Brandan came out first to rule out any active plumbing leaks. Once he confirmed the mold wasn't plumbing-related, he kindly offered to inspect the rest of our new home's plumbing. He caught a few minor issues, explained his recommendations clearly, and provided no-pressure quotes. We are so relieved to finally have a trustworthy plumber on speed dial! He then immediately looped in their mold specialist, Ruben. Ruben arrived the very same day to assess the mold and provide a fair quote. He was incredibly sympathetic to our situation and reassured us that he would remove as little material as possible while keeping the home safe and thorough. We immediately knew we were in good hands. A few days later, Ruben and Ivan completed the work. They were punctual, efficient, and surprisingly quiet. Not only did they finish on time, but they also managed to save an entire wall and our builder shelves. Because they saved the wall, Ruben actually adjusted our final invoice down to reflect the lower material removal--a massive financial relief for first-time homebuyers. Ruben took extensive photos, walked me through the containment zone to explain their findings, and even returned the next day to walk my husband through the exact same breakdown so we were both fully informed. The final report they provided was incredibly thorough, detailing every single step with photographic evidence. My husband can be very picky about contracted work, and even he was completely impressed and had zero critiques. We were so incredibly stressed, and the calm presence and expertise this team brought into our home was invaluable. After a separate, highly disappointing experience with a different local plumbing company just days prior, "Good Time" completely restored our faith in local businesses. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

In our case, we never contacted them -- Parker & Sons contacted them. Once inside, they used what appeared to be a pin-type moisture meter, which is designed to measure moisture by pressing the metal pins directly into or firmly against a surface like drywall or wood. Instead, this individual waved the device around in the air and slid it across the floor -- a method that produces inaccurate and scientifically invalid readings. This behavior was misleading and unprofessional and deceptive. There were no visible company uniforms, no name tags, no proper business cards, and no verifiable credentials shown. They were unable to provide a working business phone line with voicemail or office contact. This is a red flag under the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act (A.R.S. § 44-1522) which prohibits misleading business practices, especially those that can financially harm consumers. We later confirmed: The phone number they called from had no professional voicemail The main business number listed online also has no voicemail set-up No one presented professional ID upon entering our home Under Arizona Revised Statutes § 13-1502, entering someone's home without proper identification under false pretenses can be construed as criminal trespass or fraudulent access -- especially if done for profit or manipulation.
