This review is for the first one, a bedroom ceiling/roof leak that needed mold mitigation, asbestos testing and renovation. March 2025: Leak originally started as a moisture spot on the ceiling in October 2024 but my HOA ignored it. By March 2025, the ceiling had become so compromised that water streamed in like a waterfall during a massive storm. My original contact was Noah - he gave me an estimate (along with two other companies). I really appreciated how Noah was communicative, informative and thorough. And! he didn't badger me w/ phone calls & emails, like the other two companies did. He understood that I said I would take care of the situation when I could b/c I was in the middle of Massage Therapy school. I understood the "risks" of having mold & just shut the bedroom off. Fast forward to August 2025 & now we're ready to take care of the situation. Noah followed protocol of getting an asbestos test first. Luckily, it was negative. Then Spencer, their Mitigation Specialist? built a special containment room, inside the guest bedroom that sealed off the contaminated area. Heavy duty fans stayed on for about 72 hours? so the area could be thoroughly dried after being treated w/ some kind of mold treatment. Noah was available via text when I had questions - that was surprising & super helpful! Once Mitigation was completed, Noah connected me w/ Jacob at their Restoration Department. He sent over a stellar crew led by David & they proceeded to rebuild about a quarter of the bedroom - meant to mention that they had to rip out dry wall, scaffolding, etc. This crew rebuilt and then refinished the area, including re-installing wainscotting and painting the ceiling + walls. The results? This bedroom looks gorgeous! We were thrilled with how thorough/smooth ATH was w/ this process & how the renovation turned out. My property manager regularly uses this company for issues. The work they perform seems…read moresatisfactory but has at times been incomplete. They charge a trip charge, so they benefit from not doing complete work. Realize whatever they are quoting will come with this premium add-on. To go to our property this charge has varied even though it's the same property. I'd get in writing exactly what they will charge. I personally don't recommend a company that can't be up front in their charges and include hidden charges to increase their margins.

That said, they took it upon themselves to remove two large 12' Mesquite Tree branches which overhang the roof exactly the way we liked it. The repair was easily done without doing so and they never consulted with us prior to deciding to make our home their very own. Worst of all, this is at the entrance to our house and we cherish the dramatic entrance above many other aspects of our home. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. Called Super Savers - gave me the quote, no up-sell just honest pricing and set a day to come. I would recommend calling a week or more in advance as he is booked up! He arrived on time and called me about 30 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. Stayed true to his quote price (I have had other companies try to tell me I need additional services upon arriving but not this company). He and another gentleman came in the house did the pretreatment spray hooked up and were in and out within an hour!! The carpets look brand new for a MUCH better (reasonable) price!! I must say that their store front is very well organized and displayed- the best I've seen ( been to 8 other places this month). I took quiet a long time looking around and Victor was very kind and helpful. At one point, I asked if they happen to have bottle water so I could feed my infant.
