just wanted to say thank you! I had a pair of jeans done with an original hem, and they turned out absolutely amazing. The quality of the work was perfect, and I couldn't be happier with how they came out. My mother-in-law picked them up for me, and she couldn't stop talking about the young gentleman behind the counter. She said he was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely kind. His professionalism and friendly attitude really made her day. Great craftsmanship and outstanding customer service are hard to find these days. Thank you so much for having such wonderful employees! read more

I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience here, and I will not be returning. I purchased a suit from Men's Wearhouse for a wedding I was attending on Saturday and needed the pants hemmed. Before bringing them in, I specifically called and asked if I could drop them off Monday and have them ready by Friday because I needed them for the wedding the following day. I was told that would not be a problem. I dropped the suit pants off Monday around 5 PM and even brought a pair of my already-tailored slacks for them to use as a reference for the exact length I wanted. I again confirmed that BOTH pairs would be ready Friday. When I arrived Friday around 5 PM to pick them up, they could not find either pair of pants. I was then told their alterations are actually sent to another location. I spoke with Adrian, who told me he could not locate my pants and thought they might be at the alteration shop on Mission Blvd., but couldn't confirm because the owner wasn't answering. I ended up driving to that shop MYSELF, where the owner confirmed she did not have them. At this point, it was Friday evening, the wedding was the NEXT DAY, and nobody could tell me where either pair of my pants was. One pair belonged to a brand-new suit, and the other was my own tailored pair that I had only brought in as a reference. I was now left scrambling at the last minute to find an entirely new suit. Thankfully, I managed to find another store that had a suit in my size, and they recommended a tailor who was able to alter it for me in about 20 minutes. I was incredibly fortunate, but I never should have been put in that situation in the first place. Afterward, I texted Adrian a copy of my receipt showing exactly how much I had to spend on a replacement suit because they lost my pants. I told him that if he wanted to make the situation right, he could reimburse me for the replacement suit--not even including what I had to pay for the emergency tailoring. He never reimbursed me. Worse, I received no response at all. I was simply ignored. That is what ultimately made this experience unacceptable to me. Mistakes can happen, but losing TWO pairs of a customer's pants immediately before an important event and then ignoring the customer after they had to spend their own money fixing their mistake shows a complete lack of accountability. I had used this dry cleaner before and had positive experiences with the previous owner, which is why I trusted them. Had I known the business was under new ownership, I would have taken my suit to the cleaner I normally use in Newark. Lesson learned. I should have listened to my gut. Between losing both pairs of my pants, the panic of having no suit the night before a wedding, the unexpected expense of buying and tailoring another suit, and then being ignored afterward, I will never bring my clothes here again. read more

I dropped my outfit off in early June. Was told to come on a Monday to pick up. Came on Monday and it was not ready. Came on Wednesday and still not ready. Came back on a Friday and picked up the outfit and immediately noticed the fringe of my dress was destroyed. I'm unsure if they threw this isn't a washing machine but they definitely knew they messed up because the beads would have been all over the place. The clerk had me fill out a claim form. Weeks went by and I didn't hear from them so I called and was told they're still working on it. This went on till now. June to August. I was told the owner was going to Venmo a refund which didn't happen. After many attempts to contact the business I gave up . I never leave bad reviews but this was just awful. With the old owners, things were amazing, and quality was shown. The new owners have no idea what they're doing and the people they hire know even less. By the amount of clothes that have in the store, it shows how much the business decreased in quality. Please find somewhere else to go. read more

I dropped off a total of five pieces to be dry cleaned. When I drop off my clothes they are never stained, just dirty from wearing them. I was told a week and the clothes would be ready for pickup, I come back the following week to pickup my items and one of them is stained and they lost my other shirt. Okay, cool whatever I wasn't being rude about it. The owner Lee told me leave the shirt with him and he would take care of it and find my other shirt then give me a call. Another week goes by, no call no nothing. I drive by and ask where my two items are and they can't find them. I ask the kid to call his boss which goes directly to voicemail twice, the owner blocked his employee's phone number which is dumb, so I get the phone number from the kid and call myself. Lee answers then proceeds to give me the run around and talk in circles knowing well what two items I was missing. Anywho, the kid finds my white shirt and low and behold still stained but even worse this time. A big stain on the stomach and on the neck area. The kid also ended up finding my other missing shirt and although I ended up leaving with both items after being found the whole process was unnecessary and I shouldn't have to chase the owner to find my items when they should've been ready from the get. This shop used to be good when it was owned by the previous owner and family but now it has gone downhill since new ownership. They hiked up the prices and apparently I'm not the first person with missing clothing. You can just tell they're not busy anymore compared to before, the shop is empty with little to no clothes on the racks compared to before where the racks were filled with clothes. Stay away from this place if you wanna keep your clothes and the new owner Lee is a joke. read more

Not the same place it used to be. I came here years ago when they first opened--probably over a decade ago--and they were great back then. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. I recently dropped off a blazer for two things: 1. Sleeve and collar repairs (to fix broken stitching) 2. Dry cleaning They called me to clarify the alterations and said they could fix the sleeve, but the seamstress "doesn't like to do collar work." That should've been my red flag, but I let them go ahead with the sleeve. When I came to pick it up, I pointed out that the stitching looked awful--completely unprofessional. It was a sloppy hand stitch, and they claimed it was "reinforced." I've included a photo so you can judge for yourself: the left side shows the original factory stitching and the right side is their work. Not even close. I was quoted $18 but charged $15, so I assumed they at least did the dry cleaning and maybe knocked a few bucks off. But when I got it home, it still looked dirty. I called to ask if it had even been cleaned, and that's when they told me the ticket only said alterations. That was never the agreement--I was clear when I dropped it off that I wanted both. In the end, I paid $15 for work that now needs to be redone, and I still need to get it dry cleaned somewhere else. I let them know I'd be writing a review because this was frustrating, disappointing, and just not worth it. It's a shame because they used to be better. I won't be back. _________ Let me clarify a few things in response to Eric's reply: First, price was never the issue. When I dropped off the blazer, I was given an estimate for both the collar and sleeve repair. I was told the collar might not be worth fixing due to cost, and that the seamstress would need to confirm pricing. I never declined the service to "avoid the cost," nor did I say I'd fix it myself--I was waiting for a quote that never came. Second, there was no hole in the armpit area. There were two areas in the collar that needed repair, and loose stitching on the sleeve that needed reinforcing. These were clearly pointed out during drop-off. Third, I didn't ask for a discount. I voiced my concern about the quality of the sleeve repair when I picked it up--it was poorly hand-stitched and clearly not professional. The employee then went to the back, made a phone call, and returned to charge me $15. That price reduction was your team's decision--not mine. I also requested dry cleaning when I dropped the blazer off. That part of my request was ignored. When I called to ask about it, I was told the ticket only said "alterations." So somewhere between drop-off, alterations, and pick-up, there was clearly a breakdown in communication--either between the front desk, the seamstress, or management. And for the record, I didn't "threaten" a bad review. I said I would be writing an honest one, and I did. The photos I posted clearly show that the stitching was not done to a professional standard. That's not an opinion--it's visible. Instead of trying to discredit my experience or twist the facts, I suggest taking this feedback seriously. I was a returning customer from years ago and gave your business a chance. But this visit was disappointing and frustrating. The defensiveness in your response only confirms how little accountability you're willing to take. read more

I had been coming here for years with no issues until they lost my customized wedding shirt. I've gone in 4 times asking for an update but they claim they're still looking for it. I really loved this place and gave over $500 to them in just a year and half of business. Unfortunately they damaged a skirt and would not help me find a remedy. They offered me $10 credit which felt like I am not valued here. I love to support local business so this was really disappointing. It was a brand new skirt I brought in and never got the chance to wear it. Up until this point all the work had been excellent and it is close to my home so I am disappointed to have to find another place to go to. I went in with good faith to explore options in restoring trust with the business relationship because I wanted to continue coming here. I didn't ask for a refund. I didn't ask for cash back. I asked for a credit or gift card on my account for some amount. Eric the manager (and maybe owner) said all he could do was $10 because "the skirt is still wearable and the damage is not noticeable." He said if he gave me $50 then he would own the skirt. I took the skirt back in on 1/21 because I noticed the damage on 1/20. The young man behind the counter said a manager would call me. I called on 1/27 to follow up because I had not heard anything. I spoke to the woman who handles the dry cleaning directly and she was very rude. She told me she cleaned it herself and used those pins. She told me I was the only one who ever complained which looking at the reviews is not true. I told her I was just following up because I had not heard anything from them. I asked when the manager would be in so I could go in and speak to them since that was what they said were next steps. I went on 1/30 and had the interaction with Eric. When he returned the skirt to me it was in a pants clip hanger and not safety pinned which I'm not sure why it was not originally handled this way. I was never offered an apology. Instead I was patronized and mocked. Unfortunately throughout this process I felt belittled and disrespected. It felt really bad. I won't be coming here again. Updating this review because the owner replied: there is not a consistent policy because when I went in Eric said "I can do 5 percent" and then said "okay 10 percent". "Okay so what would you like". So there does not seem to be a policy that is consistent with everyone since he was making it up and changing on the spot. Even in their reply on yelp and google no apology or accountability was provided. A $20-$25 credit to someone's account would come out to 1-2 free items to be cleaned. Which for someone like me who spends $75-$225 every time I come here felt reasonable. read more

Brought in 2 pairs of pants for alterations. First pair is yoga type wide leg pants which they did a very good job. Second pair is wide leg jeans that came back uneven so I had to bring them back for a second time. They did end up fixing it for free. Wait time was about one week which is not bad at all. Customer service is super friendly. For shortening length only, I paid $16.50 per piece. read more

They don't have any prices listed so you need to ask or just get a surprise bill at the end. Pay with cash or pay a service charge to use credit card. They don't really follow the posted open/close times. It's really an estimate of when they open/close. I was there at 9am and store was closed even though it says they open at 8:30. And I went to pick up before 7pm and again, they were closed even though it's supposed to be open until 7pm. read more

I don't take my clothes here to dry clean, but I do come here to hem my pants. This is a really small shop that seems to be operated by one lady and I'm not sure who is in the back, but it doesn't seem too busy. She seems to be busy working in back every time I come here, but she's very prompt with tending to customers. Every time I bring my pants here, I give her a sample of what length I want and she gets it done! I think she charges $15 for a pair of pants, which is pretty competitive. I used to pay over $20 at Geety's in Union City, but after a bad experience there, I decided to try a new place closer to home. This place gets the job done and on time. I love the seamless process. I bring the pants in, she gives me a ticket, I pick them up and everything is ready. Lastly, I get home and try them on and I am pleased with the results! read more

I've been coming to this cleaners for years and it's been pretty good. The last time I dropped off my duvet cover, I was not happy with the results and they said the manager would call me. I called a couple times and couldn't talk to anyone in charge. I bought a new duvetso I let it go and forgot actually. This time my daughter's Janie & Jack dress was ruined and they said they would call me to see if they can clean the parts that "bled" but still no call. They are not good with following up. I'm a new resident of the city if hayward, and finding a good dry cleaner was a must. Usually I like my dry cleaner to be close to home so I can quickly drop off and pick up. The section this dry cleaner is in is convenient, there are multiple other business. The dry cleaner itself is not big but enough for my needs. Went in on August 31st and told me my suit would be ready sept 4th due to the holiday. I dropped off a 2 piece suit and a button up shirt, it all came out to $17 and some change. The guy that helped me out was friendly and approachable, and that is always a plus. I am not sure if I am ready to make this my go to dry cleaner but will definitely come back to check them out again. read more

I was looking around for a place to get my suit dry cleaned, so with my trusty Yelp app I found this place. My regular place I would go to went out of business and I was in dire need of dry cleaning service. When I came here, it was not busy at all and was greeted with a smile and friendly service. The process didn't take long to drop off my suit and dress shirt. The turn around time was very reasonable. It took about 3 business days to complete the dry cleaning process. I was in no rush to get my garments back. When I came to pickup my garments, the friendliness and great service was consistent. My suit and shirt were nicely cleaned and pressed. This place is eco-friendly for dry cleaning. I most definitely will be back here for my dry cleaning needs! read more

Awesome place to get your dry cleaning and laundry needs done. It all starts out with the incredible owners. Eric and Mitch are both very friendly and professional in dealing with their patrons. I've used them for my suits & huge items that need laundry. They are straight to the point when dealing with your concerns. They will still try and find a way to address them even if they know that it will be hard to solve the issue. Most of all, they are my go to place for our table mantles that we use at our bbq events. This place saved me from a lot of stress! My flower girl's dress needed to be loosened (the zipper won't close) and after a horrible experience with another seamstress, it was such a relief to have someone look at a dress, analyze it and start marking certain spots on it before even talking about money. They vetoed our suggestion of doing a corset and suggested a better way which I thought was pretty creative because I didn't even think about it. They charged us a lower price than the others and the dress turned out fantastic. Will definitely be coming back for more alteration needs! This place is so awesome! I needed a new dress to be hemmed right before I left for vacation and was worried that it wouldn't be done in time. I brought it in on a Monday afternoon and it was ready by Wednesday evening. So here's the BEST part: the place closes at 7:00 pm, and I'm running late and was feeling really sad because I knew there would be no way I could get there in time to pick it up. I had a flight the next morning and had to leave before they even open the next day. So I call and explain my situation and I ask about their delivery options (which I remember seeing on their window when I dropped off the dress). The guy was super nice and understanding of my situation. He tells me he can deliver the dress to my house that night after they close! Fast forward an hour or two later and there he is at my house with the dress! Thank you dry cleaning station! You are the best! read more

I am usually hesitant when it comes to trying out new dry cleaners as I have had many bad experiences in the past. In the past few months I've been searching for a convenient and trustworthy stop near our home. The Dry Cleaning Station proved to be both. It located right off the freeway, making for an easy pick-up during rush hour. I used them for the wash and fold which was satisfactory with a quick turn around time. The loss of a star was for them not marketing or suggesting the delivery service (which would have been amazing at the time) that they have over a certain dollar amount. I'll definitely be utilizing them for future services. read more
