They have a pair of 3-4 inch heels to give you an idea of how much you need removed, but you should bring your own shoes if you have them ready. Needed about 3 inches off the bottom since it was too long and costed $50. I've never done dry cleaning before so to do this in a city where I just moved to and not my hometown. I didn't know where to look. (Also you do not need to bring the hangers with them, they end up giving you some sturdy ones at pick up) After a bunch of research this was the closest I could find that I felt was right and sometimes you gotta trust your gut. I took my suit and blazer in for a clean on a Tuesday and was quoted to come back on Friday. Luckily I didn't need it right away but that should give y'all an idea of how long it could take. I needed a dress hemmed for a wedding I was attending about a week away and it came out perfect. Until I tried it on, I wouldn't have been able to tell it was hemmed because it was done so well and they were able to do it in a timely manner. To take about 4 inches off the bottom it was $40 for a one layered dress. When I went to the salon, I brought the shoes I was going to wear for accurate measurements. They had small dressing room so I could put on the dress and mark where they needed to make alterations. I haven't had to get anything altered before and was super happy with my experience. Lady at the front was extremely rude. Told her the work I needed done and I needed it by Christmas, she told me she could do it and for me to try on the dresses. It was two basic hems. Short Story: A good dry cleaning place in Central Fremont. Long Story: I've been coming to this dry cleaners for about 2 years now. I used to go to Walnut Dry Cleaners but they closed during the pandemic. The prices are fairly reasonable and the outcome of the cleaning has always been good. The parking lot is a bit small so you'll need to find street parking. In addition, the normal turnaround time is about 4-5 days so be sure to plan ahead. In addition, in reading the other reviews be sure to unbutton all your clothing as they might not be responsible to for broken buttons! I initially brought in one pair of pants to be altered, and that job was done well enough. Because of that, I decided to trust her with two more pairs of mine, but honestly, they're ruined. I've been wearing wide leg, slightly flared pants for a while, but I'm transitioning back to straight or bootcut styles. I specifically asked for the leg opening to be taken in from 13 inches to 11, while keeping the overall shape straight throughout the leg, including the thigh. Unfortunately, that's not what I got. When I tried them on, they looked completely different from what I asked for. These are two of my favorite and more expensive Diesel jeans, and they no longer fit or flow the same way. I brought them back hoping something could be done, but I was told there was nothing they could fix. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, not just with how the jeans turned out, but with the lack of communication and unwillingness to help make things right. read more

We gave her a dress and a shirt to clean. I had a small stain on my dress and she reported they will have to use special cleaning solution for an extra $20. Dress came back the stain was still there and said it was difficult to remove. I took it home and wiped it down with warm soapy wet towel and it's gone! I don't think they even bothered to try to clean it and was charged an extra $20 for it! I'm sorry but if you will charge me an exorbitant amount if extra fee and seems like it wasn't really done then I question the integrity of the business. read more

My regular dry cleaners was on vacation so I decided to bring some things here. I entrusted them with a $350 skirt made of cashmere and wool blend I'd only worn once out, and unfortunately it returned with snagging. They attached it to the hanger with a safety pin, which snagged the threads of the skirt and created a pull. I also saw one long pull across the bottom of the skirt. Maybe my fault for bringing an expensive item here, but I would've expected more delicate handling of a customer's things. My other items weren't damaged, but I'm really disappointed because this skirt was in pristine condition before I brought it here. read more
