The lady stained my pants and refuses to own up to it. I took BRAND NEW pants in to be hemmed and they RUINED my pants and won't tell me what they got on it so I can even try to wash it out. She offered to dry clean (but not in time for me to wear them on my first day of my new job) but I've never known dry cleaning to get stains out. Ever. I have been a customer since 1998, 5 years after they opened. I have not needed dry cleaning for maybe 8 years. I went in to get an item cleaned and at the end asked if they had any discounts for loyal customers that have been doing business for almost 30 years. "No discounts, sorry sir" Even for a loyal customer of almost 30 years? "No sir, no discount" Odd that a new customer that never paid a dollar can get 20% off any item but someone that has spent thousands over 30 years can get zero. They have grown old and grumpy, miss the days of their pleasant service when they would get candy for my kids. Good luck when you shut down due to inability to retain clients from 3 decades but get new customers for 1 visit. read more

I brought a jacket in to be dry cleaned, and when I picked it up it didn't seem any cleaner- just smelled like it had been sitting in the plastic bag for a few days (the entire fabric smelled, it was like I hadn't brought it in at all). I brought it back to ask, and they said that their dry cleaning process won't make clothes smell any cleaner or any better, and that I should just wash my dry clean only jacket in my washing machine if I want it to be fresh/smell clean. I've never experienced this at any other dry cleaning place, and I was disappointed because I had wanted to use a local family owned place. First time I went to the dry cleaners in a while. At first I was surprised by the price, but now that I thought about it, it's fairly priced. I had 10 items which totaled $167. It included dresses, coats, sweaters, and men's suit and pants. My items were ready in 1 week. I was very satisfied with the quality of how clean my clothes came out. The cleaners is located in a plaza so there are plenty of parking available. The staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. One of them helped me bring my items out to my car since I had a handful to carry. I will be coming here again for my dry cleaning needs! read more

In short - I did not have the best experience with this cleaners,and I doubt I will use their services again. I wanted my pant length measured before asking for hemming. I arrived and the older Asian gentleman acknowledged me but then went back to a dress fitting. I took a seat. Come to find out this woman is fitting a small rack of dresses (!)maybe 4 or so. I only notice this after about 10 mins of waiting. I was mildly annoyed he didnt notify me to say, come back in 30 mins or etc. He measured me,gave me a return time of 3 days, no problem. The price was decent, perhaps slightly high. I tried on my jeans,hem was just right. I tried on my bellbottoms and they seemed long but I hoped with shoes it would be ok. I went out to the event that I bought the bellbottoms for and I kept tripping. The most embarrassing part was when I tripped on my shoe and the hem came out with a loud RIP! Gosh. In summary his meadusement for my bellbottom pants were much too long and I dont know how it could go so wrong (see pics). I dont even want to go back for a correction. read more

I rarely use dry cleaning services, however, I got a stain on my favorite pants and was looking forward to getting them hemmed. I got a recommendation for Royal Cleaners from my colleague. I went there on Monday and gave my pants to remove the stain and they asked me to come and collect them by Friday. Also, they provide a receipt with the necessary details on it. They are punctual and on time in providing their services. The quality of their service is amazing. The pants were nicely hemmed and the stain wasn't visible at all. My wife and I have gone to royal cleaners for awhile now. She loves it because they also provide tailoring services; she's had quite a few of her work clothes adjusted. The owners are very sweet and they are honest and upfront about everything, not wanting to come off as ripping people off. They prices are fair and they do very good work. As for me, I've had my suit tailored by them and dry cleaned. I also threw a few shirts to be washed and pressed, which for a few bucks is well worth it. Holy Cow! These guys are beyond AWESOME! I've brought my uniform and my tux to this place for years and have never had a problem and service delivered at time promised. This time, I thought I'd bring my 2013 World Baseball Classic hat just to get cleaned. I wish I had a before picture as I wore this hat as I was sanding the walls that I just installed drywall. The dust from sanding the texture and from me touching the hat with my hands all filthy made the hat look like a throw away. I got my clothes dry cleaned here for a job interview and they did a decent job with my shirt, blazer, and tie. If you are a first time customer, make sure to go to their website so that you can print out their 30% first-time customer coupon. They do all of their tickets via computer printout so no more of those old school pre-numbered tickets. The prices are relatively fair and market rated so the 30% makes this at least worth trying once. Moved work locations so I came here because it's close by. I plan to continue using my previous cleaners that was closer to my other work location. It's a more modern operation than typical cleaners in that their system is computerized instead of handwritten. That said, they a bit more pricy than I am used too. The part that totally soured me on this place is that one of my shirts came back with two missing buttons that were smashed off by the press (stitching was fully intact still). I just found it shady that they wouldn't notice two buttons got smashed when they were pressing the shirt. Furthermore, the shirt was strategically placed in the middle of my all my clothes on pick up. By the time I noticed the missing buttons, it had been weeks later. The man who works there is very polite, but the woman seems to have a attitude, makes me feel very unwelcome. Dropped off one pair of pants and one dress shirt. Got my shirt back and they had dry cleaned a shirt with a sticker left on that now had adhesive baked into the shirt. The lady did the inspection when I dropped it off, and I ask her why she didn't bring this to my attention earlier. Regardless when I said it's obvious that you dry clean the shirt the man tried to deny it and said "no no no we did not dryclean." As much as I think they're nice they just lost credibility and integrity points with me as they did nothing to offer a solution and obviously lied to my face. We have used this cleaners since they opened their doors. They have provided superb service consistently but Friday they went above and beyond for us. My daughter was a bridesmaid in a very special wedding yesterday. Her dress was mailed to her which was supposed to come tailored to her height.
