When I tell you my outfit fit like it was custom made just for me. She did an amazing job. No extra string, clean work. In fact I have packed up several things that could use her attention. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Nobody is accountable for the error. My advise is make sure to get the name of the person who handled your clothes and let them sign in your records that they understood what the clothes are for- whether for alteration or you've instructed them to make sure that the pleats should be kept and not be ironed flat to remove the pleats. My experience there was a nightmare. They said they didn't charge me for the error they did but nothing was reversed in my credit card. The total of $88 for Dry cleaning is expensive and you've paid them to ruin your clothes and I paid for alteration and nothing was done. The length of the pants was the same length when I brought it to them. The people there are irresponsible and careless. They think it's just a matter of getting the clothes and charging the customers.

Pricing was pretty fair! She accepts cash and card. What my favorite experience with my interactions with I presume was ivy is how sweet she is! She has very good energy. I'd come back for all my tailoring needs for not just the exceptional work but to support her and her friendliness demeanor.

Got one set back with stains still on the garment but assumed it might just not be removable. Idk figured it was worth giving the benefit of the doubt since the staff seemed nice and capable. I should've been more diligent in checking the clothes the next time before I left but the recent set of clothes I picked up I inspected when I got home and looked untouched, in their original state and then I noticed the tag reading "needs sewing" was still on my dress strapped and unfixed. It wouldn't be that annoying since it really is my own fault but I gave the woman an extra week to fix it after she told me she was unable to do it in the original allotted time. I really should've checked in store before I left so it's mostly on me and they were a nice enough staff, just be careful before you pay. Either way, I paid full price for all of this and it wasn't cheap so I'm annoyed since I'll have to pay for them again to get done somewhere else properly.

They worked so fast to fix 3 of my clothing pieces, and everything came out perfect. I'm petite, and they were able to tailor my overalls to fit me like a glove, seriously, they look so good now. They also fixed one of my jackets at the waist, and the fit is now exactly how I wanted it. The quality of the work is incredible. I needed it hemmed so i didnt have much of a choice. My dress was chiffon so i did hear that that fabric was hard to sew. Oh well, needed it anyway. Came out to about $200 just for my dress.... I came here thinking it was reasonably priced but boy did i make a mistake choosing this dress. Also paid for my daughter's dress to get taken in. It took about 3 weeks and i picked it up the day before the wedding. So when wedding day came, i noticed it looked like there was no adjustments made on her dress. More than an inch of extra material and to me, it looked the same as when i brought it in. Again, had no choice so she wore it. But i spent over $300 in services and it was a bit underwhelming. I do want to add that my dress was done excellent and even if it was "difficult to deal with", it was very well hemmed. I probably would not return because it wasnt the closest to me, and the experience was just alright. Not terrible, but not the greatest.
