There's parking in the back so that bringing in your laundry is much less of a hassle since you can directly come through the back door into the laundromat. Many machines accept card payment so you don't have to worry about obtaining quarters; that being said they also have a quarter machine that never seems to break down. Finally there are a variety of sizes for the machines; the largest ones tend to go quickly but even the smaller ones hold a decent amount and do the job.

Every time I take my sarees or Indian outfits, they never remove the stains and blame it on the stain, the material, etc. This time I was very upset because I had given a couple of sarees with none of the stains removed and one with threads coming out? The main lady came out stating if I had repetitive issues like this, why i would use their business again? I did tell her that the proximity was a convenience and now I would rather go a longer distance and get better customer service rather than this so called dry cleaning . There was an issue where i saw 2 holes in a saree and they confirmed this was there before the cleaning by showing me pics and i apologized for my error. But this lady was neither apologetic for her rudeness nor offered a discount off the total bill nor offered a second trial? All she said was "thank you for not coming again ??
