They offer food and drink vending machines, a powder soap dispenser (various laundry detergent brands in individual boxes for single loads), and a change machine to get quarters. I appreciate that they accept credit cards on site, but one of the washing machines wouldn't take my visa card when I swiped it (multiple tries) nor do the machines allow you to tap your card, so I moved my stuff to a different washer. Unfortunately I had used the last of my detergent on the nonworking machine, so I had to purchase from the facility's soap dispenser, an extra cost I wasn't happy about (just a dollar, but still an inconvenience). With the dryers that accept credit cards, I couldn't find a way to select longer than 25 minutes without having to swipe and pay multiple times. My overall experience was fine otherwise.

Found Bright'N Clean on Yelp and Google with good reviews so decided to come here. Even then, I was anxious because my previous laundromat experiences have been bad. But as soon as I walked in, my anxiety melted away when I got greeted by Susan, owner, and I saw the place really clean. Susan gave me a quick intro and directions of the washers and dryers and I was loading my laundry within 5 minutes. She has quarters and you can Venmo or Zelle her back which was super convenient. I love how she keeps the place and all the W/D very clean. And my experience was better because Susan was very helpful and friendly. A clean and efficient laundromat with top notch customer service is a good find! Will definitely come back here again not just when our W/D breaks but also to wash larger items like blankets or duvet.

I'm a single mom, barely able to afford washing laundry and tonight I had my whole families load of clothing locked inside the laundromat because when I arrived at 9:58pm (before they are supposed to close), I found the laundromat locked, with lights and tvs still on and the open sign still on. When I pulled up right about 9:58pm, there was a woman who I assumed, and looked like a customer coming out with her clothes and seemed to simply be closing the door behind her. She was in pajamas so I didnt think she was the owner or affiliated with closing the store. I discovered that no one else was inside the laundromat closing it up

So, I decided to check it out, and I must say I was somewhat surprised. The whole place was spacious, at least compared to other coin-operated laundromat places. The machines, both the washers & dryers, are very modern and equipped with touchscreen operations; and furthermore, they're grouped by the loads of your washes, Low, Medium to High. You don't smell that typical laundromat odors within the smaller & older laundromats. You could find everything you need, should you need them , like laundry detergents or fabric softeners, or you can use their Wash-&-Fold service. They even got a money payday cashing service on the premise. If you need some laundry service, this is a good option.

I was there early in the morning to do my clothes then came back around 5ish to do my linens. I put all of my items in the large $11 washer (as I do every single time as long as one is available). Then I do to dry and spilt it all up (again as I do every time) linens and blankets in one drye, towels in another and my couch blankets (for my dog) in a third dryer. I started the linens and put enough time on high for 1 hour $3 (again as I do and have done every single time I have ever washed and dried my items) then move to fill the other dryers. Then I noticed dryer 110 ( dryer with my linens) was not spinning. So I had to take all my blankets out and put them in about her dryer, 116 which was making a lice but spinning so I thought nothing of it. And ran to do an errand. By the time I got back on of my SILK pillow cases was stuck in something at the top of the door. I got it loose and pulled all of my linens out to start folding them I noticed every single one of my SILK pillow cases was snagged and had holes in them. This was NOT the case before. I immediately called and sent photos to the manager. She did not answer my call and did not return my call until the next day while I was at work and could not take her call until I called her back. All she is trying to make right is giving my $3 and will not reimburse me for my pillow cases that her dryers ruined!!!!!! instead she is trying to tell me what I did wrong when I did the same exact thing I have done every single time I wash anything. She is then trying to tell me I didn't send her proof of the pillow case stuck in the door, i sent her three pictures of my pillow cases. She can look on the security camera for validation on the stucco pillow case but I have a feeling she won't. she also tries to tell me that she checked the dryers and nothing got stuck, well how do I know she didn't just throw one towel in there to check and not the equivalent to what I had drying in there. The money I spent on the silk pillow cases is no where in comparison to what silk pillow cases really cost, I got them for $20 each pack. She still will not provide an offer or negotiate something right for the damages to my silk pillow cases due to her dryer. This isn't even the biggest laundry mat, and washers and dryers are always out of order!!!!
