If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT WASH HERE. We are NEW to this area and this was the closest one to us... MAJOR MISTAKE SMH! 1. ALL OF THEIR MACHINES Have LOW WATER!! You can't even see no suds or water unless you hardly have clothes in there it shows a intsy tinsy bit of water. 2. Most of the machines are OUT OF ORDER (there's probably only 10 working. - Right! I'm telling you - the entire first lane of washer out of order and the last row of washers ALL OUT OC ORDER ‍ - DRYERS even out of order) 3. The price for a single old school top load is $5.50 - same as the bigger side loader (that malfunctioned on us mid wash - I'll explain below). So of course, we used the bigger side loader same price. 4. There's a laundromat close by that's bigger and actually gives change for $20 bills. Yes, their coin dispenser only gives coins for $10, $5, $1 . I've never experienced this before. We were the second clients in the door 6:30am. It's a small laundromat- NO RESTROOM- One of our machines had an OUT OF ORDER MID WASH . It was $5.50 (this is important to remember) We called the number on their office door and left 2 voicemails. One number is their actual number 510-377-5758 and the other number has 1-800-fuck-you sticker on it trash I know. So, this washer that had an error & we just wanted to move it to another , but couldn't because The washer was locked. Finally called again after 5times we called , the Old female Owner answered. I explained the situation and she said I overloaded and she'll be over, she fell and hit her face on rocks but will be here. (What is it my business you fell and hit your face?) As soon as she came in she was already pointing the finger at me. She said we overloaded and I asked her for a refund of the $5.50 so I can put it in the bigger loader and she SCREAMED "NO THATS YOUR FAULT" YALL!! I have NEVER IN MY LIFE Encountered a more rude and disrespectful "Owner" in my life. We regularly wash our laundry at any laundromat and NEVER HAVE I EVER encountered this kind of INHUMANE behavior. So I told her "these are your washers, when I loaded it wasn't even full, it was 1/4 of the machine that still had room - I'm just asking for the $5.50 so I can put it in a bigger washer that's $8.50" Guess what she said HAHAHAAA! She YELLED AT ME "I'm not going to teach you how to do laundry! I'm not your mom, I'm not your girlfriend" YALL I CANT EVEN !! We went back and forth in front of other people too and I'm thinking to myself - I'm the client , she's the owner. This is how she represents herself and her business? What an ANIMAL! And yes, I say ANIMAL Cause that's what SHE CALLED ME LOL! She tells me someone is coming to talk to me.. I finish putting my clothes in the dryer and she yells at me "DONT SLAM MY DOORS! GET OUT!! I'm telling you to GET OUT" .. yall this was after I put $1 in each dryer and it wasn't spinning so I shut the door again because it should be the door, I thought -usually. Of course, I walked out of the laundromat. I know my rights and I know hers. She has the right to refuse service!! MAKE IT RIGHT!! Anyway, some guy comes and they talk to who I was here with. He just asks where's the load we needed washed and he put it in the machine and turned it on... YALL , THIS WAS ALL SHE HAD TO DO!!! It was so simple but she'd rather tell me this and that and I don't know how to do laundry, I'm an animal LOL! I've been doing laundry at laundromats since I was 12 years old - but this OLD Female OWNER told me otherwise lol! She was 1. EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISGUSTING! 2. Not owner material what so ever. 3. Unprofessional to the max! Never EVER AGAIN AND I URGE YALL TO NEVER EVEN GO HERE. She doesn't deserve your money or business. I lowkey told myself she put on this show because there was YT people in there - This YT female owner WAS NOT going to get me locked up.... In her argument "I WORK 6 days a week" .... BE AWARE! DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDROMAT!! The owner Susan is SUPER BIPOLAR! She's so rude and disrespectful! She got into a shouting match with a customer. Kicked that lady out. All because her machine stopped mid cycle and had an error. Susan could've done the right thing but didn't. Then she told 2 Hispanic guys they can't wash their laundry there and yelled at them too and kicked them out. After they left she kept talking to other customers saying the 2 Hispanics rugs smelled like cat litter or pee. Susan, I don't know if you're aware of this, you OWN a laundry mat where people bring things that are dirty to wash. And it's not like they were using the small machines, they went to the overpriced big machines. Then she took the laundry of one black guy and put it in the dryer, he was upset by that because he told her he doesn't like people touching his laundry. She said it was a new thing of theirs. What if you had put something in the dryer that didn't belong in the drier? No, I believe you were just trying to help the black guy to make it seem like you're not racist. But you are, you really are. SUSAN! I hope this review gets to you and you understand that before 12noon today you successfully pissed off 3 clients. I'll never use this laundromat again. Customers, no matter what color, should never be screamed at by an owner, even if the customer was wrong. The owner Susan was the worst I've ever come across and she was so rude to this lady. It's even worst because the lady used 3 of Susan's biggest machines there that are overpriced AND 3 of Susan's second biggest machines. It was one of the second big machines that went out of order. This customer came for a service and Susan flipped out because her machines couldn't handle the load. Ok, so just refund her and ask her to use a bigger machine. Susan had no business etiquette at all. She even stood there with another white couple and even the white guy told her "you could've been fair". But his wife agreed with Susan which is diabolical!
