But every-time I come here it's clean, the machines work and are big and the workers are pleasant to assist you if needed. There are on occasion some sketch people that wander on in or are doing their laundry but sometimes those things are unavoidable and after a while they leave. My only gripe is the payment system they use for the machines. You have to use a card that you load money on and sometimes the card readers don't work or the machine(s) are down so you're queuing behind a line of people to load money. But overall it's good place and I continue to come back.

It's clean, there are lots of different sizes of machines to accommodate anything you may need to wash, from a small load of clothes, all the way to oversized comforters and dog beds. The machines appear to be pretty modern and work well. There is almost always an employee available if any issues arise, which I have found to be a rarity at other laundromats. However, I recently got hooked on their wash and fold service.....my one complaint is that I may never be motivated to do my own laundry again. It costs me about $30 a week (plus tip - if there is any service worth tipping for, its this one) to have my clothes washed, dried, and folded neatly. There is a notice posted that a very small increase in the price is coming (.25 a pound) but even then, to me, it's worth it to save the time and have my clothes folded, because I hate nothing more than folding laundry. They promise a 24 hour turnaround time, but my laundry has never taken that long! The employees are kind and they do an amazing job. If utilizing this service might be of benefit to you, and isn't something outside of your price range, I highly recommend splurging! 100% worth it! Just make sure to tip the wonderful humans who are making your life easier!

My dress shirt sleeves were too long, my dress pants were too long making it too baggy near my shoes, and my jacket was too long on the sleeves. I had called the owner to ask when he was available to check on my clothes and determine all my measurements. I read that the rules for sleeves is that when wearing a suit, your sleeves should be able to show your watch and a bit of your dress shirt. I expected going into this service that this would be assumed. Upon entering the store, I was greeted and requested to try on the clothes so he can pin were exactly where everything needed to get adjusted. As I was telling the owner about the sleeve rule, he essentially dismissed my comment and just continued measuring on where everything needs to get adjusted. I even wore my watch to give reference where it might have to get pinned. After pinning everything, he said it would take around five days for pick up and gave me a receipt for $109 that would be paid upon pick up. When I came to pick up the clothes, it all looked dry cleaned and hung neatly inside a plastic cover ready to take home. I tried the dress shirt and the sleeve length was measured very well. Although, I noticed putting on the jacket covered both the dress shirt sleeves and my watch a considerable amount. The dress pants were even worse when sitting down and standing. As someone that claims in their store they've been doing this business for over 30 years since it's plastered all over the walls, I would have assumed they're experts in this entire field without having to ask many questions other than the required measurements. I don't think this review would do much to the reputation of his services since he seems to be very specialized in dry cleaning. I noticed multiple customers coming in and out of the store to pick up their clothes when visiting both times which I'm sure he does very well. In terms of tailoring, I can't recommend sending clothes here since my pants are essentially ruined and I'll have to pay someone else to tailor my jacket again. Very disappointing.
