First, the good: I got their wash and fold service twice. They did a good job of folding the laundry neatly both times. Though the second time the clothes was a bit wrinkly, it was neatly folded (maybe just hung out in the dryer too long before folding). The Bad: They are not responsive when it comes to order requests. The second time I ordered, they never responded to my text message and it took 3 calls and about 20 hours to get in touch with them. The third time I made a request, I texted and left two voicemails and they simply never responded. In summary: They're a good service once they pick up your clothes, but if you're needing a quick turn around then don't wait around for them to acknowledge your order request. They are wonderful!!! I highly recommend this service. They came to my house on a Sunday and picked up 3 huge bags of laundry (my machine was broken). They were prompt and very professional. They returned my clean, tightly folded laundry sorted by shirt, pants, etc. the next day in less than 24 hours - and it was Presidents' Day holiday.
