My pops have been going to Mr.Jin since I was a kid..now im 30 and now it's time for me to starting going to Mr.Jin. He's super down to earth and genuine and i will do the to go to him for busienss! Thank you! read more

I have been going here for years, really because there aren't any other options nearby. The owner has become increasingly rude. Anytime I ask a simple question about process or price for a garment, he reacts defensively, condescending and rudely waves me away out of his store. This will be the last time I give him any business. I'd rather drive farther and deal with a pleasant person. read more

The owner is extremely rude. I ask simple questions and he gets mad every time I ask. The cleaning is also not good...go somewhere else.

I am one of the locals that loves this place! The quality of the cleaning is superb. The owner is so cheerful and endearing, offering to carry your clothes out to your car, and always joking around (with the same jokes every time!) about the cost being "millions" and then wishing you a "Happy Every Day!". Dry cleaning is a tough business which has never really recovered after COVID and I'm proud to support this hard-working local small-business owner. read more

BEWARE OF THE OWNER This was my first time and will be the last time here. The owner seemed very friendly at first. But when it was time for me to ask for the pricing, he was very secretive about it. Never gave me a full summary of each item. When I picked up my clothes, he still didn't give me a full summary or pricing, instead grabbing my credit card to charge. Then proceeded to joke that it's 'millions'. I asked him again only met with the same response. I asked him again for a summary. Only after he charged my credit card, he brought out the summary, and showed me the ridiculously charges. I asked him why is a simple dress cost so much, which he replied 'happy everyday'. I do not want to argue and left with the feeling of being robbed. This owner is very shaddy in his conduct of doing business. Beware when you deal with him. read more

The owner is very nice! I went for a hem cut for a chiffon dress I was going to wear to a wedding. It was done timely and well! The price for the hem work was $70 I would definitely come back here. read more

Always friendly, always on time. No issues so far. That, and a convenient location near 92. Would recommend!

Five years later and I'm still using Hill's Cleaners for all my needs. Never had a bad experience.

Great service and pride in their operation. Don is a kind man. He bows deeply to his customers as they exit and says: "Happy... every day!" I have been coming here for years! read more

My place to go. Close to home, great quality, and the gentleman who owns the store is super kind. As much as people complain about prices increasing, that is happening across the board on many things. No one is going to the grocery store or the gas station and give a poor review for a cartoon of expensive eggs or gas prices respectively. These small businesses are struggling in so many ways - we all need to be a little more understanding, considerate, and empathetic during difficult times. We're a community. read more

Extremely overpriced, extremely rude service. I asked for simple hems and they did not want to do it because they implied it wasn't worth their time. read more

I highly recommend going to Hills Cleaners. I was getting my wedding dress fitted by Fanny who uses the location for her appointments and we happened to see a stain on my wedding dress. We approached the owner of the cleaners and he said he would be able to get the stain out. He successfully removed the stain in a very quick timeframe. I highly recommend giving Hills Cleaner's your business :) read more

The man is very kind, my clothes were ready when he told me to pick them up, I asked him if I could pick one jacket the next day because I needed and he told me he could and the jacket was ready next day, he kept his word. read more

I have been going to Hills for many years for dry cleaning and laundry services. Quality has always been top notch, and has always been on time. Even troublesome stains have been handled flawlessly. Mr Jin has a very personal touch and knows all of his regular customers. Hours are great for drop offs before or after work. I use them now for basic alterations, which has been handy. I highly recommend! read more

The guy that works here is named Don and he is super respectful. I liked how he was patient and cool. He bowed and said thank you on my way out which I found super respectful. I appreciate it Don. Stay happy my friend. :) read more

Hills Cleaners is the best!!! We have been going to them for years and they do an amazing job every single time! Shirts, pants, dresses, we've sent it all. Not to mention they have literally performed miracles in getting out mascara stains, fixing dress straps, buttons, repairing a favorite pillow doorstop my dog has chewed over and over... Also the owner is so nice! Can't leave there without a laugh! read more

I go to hills for dry cleaning and alterations. They always provide the pleasant service and quality work. I would say the price for dry cleaning is not the cheapest but alterations are pretty reasonable. Regardless, I highly recommend them. read more

I wanted to try a new dry cleaners, closer to my house. I turned in several shirts and a pair of pants. I asked for a price and was told a number quite a bit higher than what I'm normally charged at other places. I thought there might have been a misunderstanding, since he told me in a rush, but no, that was right because he decided to do the more expensive dry cleaning for each shirt instead of laundering as I asked. After discussing with him on pick up, he got very defensive and said that was the price I agreed to. No attempt to understand, work anything out. Fine, but I won't be back and my advice is if you use Hill Cleaners is to ask for an itemized price list before you leave your clothes. You may find cheaper prices with the same quality elsewhere. That's a mistake that I won't be making here in the future. read more

Been going here for years with all kinds of clothes and materials. Incredible friendly... does a great job! Never had any problems. Ready on time and can work with you if needed quicker. Highly recommend!!! read more

Hills Cleaners is my favorite dry cleaners for price, value, timeliness and service. The owner is always there 6 days a week. It has been here for over 20 years. He always greets you with a smile and he will carry your clothes to your car for you! Great service! Susan read more

Highly recommended!! These folks are consistently cheery and my clothes are well taken care of. And This is huge.....they have never broken my buttons! Unbelievable how hard it is to find that in a cleaners. read more

Very high quality cleaners with excellent service. The owner is very friendly and have had no issues over the last several years. Highly recommended read more

This is our favorite dry cleaners. David takes extra care with our routine drop off of several dress shirts a week for my husband. The details (light starch, ability to get food spots out like ketchup and kefir) make the difference. I highly recommend Hills Cleaners! read more

I have been coming to Hills Cleaners for almost 20 years - I've always been welcomed by Don with a big smile and my clothes have never been misplaced or damaged. He has never closed for an extended vacation so I know he's putting his heart and soul into his business. He's open 6 days a week and when I've needed a rush cleaning on an item he does his best to accommodate my request and usually comes through! Dry cleaning is expensive but I'm glad to support a neighborhood business like his. read more

Great team with great service. Gets shirts delivered as committed and can rush if you need it. Excellent job getting out any stains. Highly recommend. read more

Friendliest dry cleaner on the peninsula, eager to please the customer, I always leave happy.

This is certainly the nicest dry cleaning store I have ever been! The owner is so sweet. I guess I have found my new go to dry cleaner.

I'm going to this cleaner for over 5 years. Recently, the owner is impolite, impatient and aggressive. Never will go back.

We have been using Hills cleaners since we moved to Hillsborough 4 years ago. They do a good job with cleaning my shirts and suits and the fees are very reasonable. Highly recommended. read more

The go-to neighborhood cleaners and he doesn't let us down ever. My mom has been coming to here for the past 15years and has had nothing but great experiences. As of late they also have pick up and delivery services! Thank you for being there for us! read more

We have been using Hills services for over 10 years. Good quality, service, very friendly and reliable. We get the Vip treatment, better prices than nearby cleaners, always cheerful! read more

I have been going to Hills Cleaners for over six years and they are the best! The owner always greets us with a smile, no job is too big or too small for him and our clothes always come back looking amazing and with quick turnaround. The attention to detail you get at Hills is what you want from a dry cleaner. Pair that with friendly and superb customer service and you don't need to look any further! read more

Since we moved to Hillsborough, we have been coming to Hills Cleaning almost every weekend. The owner, Don is such a hard-working, cheerful man who greets you with a big smile. I have brought in garments with challenging stains and they have always come out like new. I hope my neighbors will support this type of small, family-owned business where they work incredibly hard, 6-days a week from early mornings till evening. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the work they do. read more

The WORST costumer service. The only reason I went here was because it was closest that day. There are plenty of other cleaners that know what they're talking about, these guys are NOT one of them. Those who've had a good experience are obviously the lucky ones; everyone else, don't take the chance... Those who are looking for alterations, I suggest going to the incredible seamstress right next door. And she's super sweet. read more

I highly recommend Hill's Cleaners. I've been taking work outfits there for years and have always been happy with the results. Before my wedding, I brought in my dress (my grandmother's dress) in to try to see what could be done with the delicate fabric. He managed to get out stains that had been in the dress for 60 years - above and beyond my hopes! The owner is so friendly and just brightens my day whenever I come in. read more

I have had my clothes dry cleaned here for more than 10 years and this family owned business has been so great! I've been fortunate that they've been able to pick up and drop off, which is really helpful given the very long hours that I work. I try to collect a number of items to make it worth the trip, but on an occasion when I haven't and I really need some thing cleaned, they have always been so kind! The clothes come back beautifully. I've never had anything damaged or lost. Highly recommend! read more

I went here regularly for a few years. Shop owner is friendly, if a little quirky. He learns your name, doesn't need to look you up. I only cleaned collared shirts, so YMMV on alterations/etc. Pricing is pretty good (best of the three in the complex) for shirt clean+starch+iron. Clothing always came back, never damaged, and were almost always clean (there were a couple exceptions with tough-to-clean chemicals, but many hundreds of successes). If you are cleaning shirts and Hills Cleaners is nearby, they're a no-brainer. Go here. read more

I found Hill's Cleaners shortly after moving to the neighborhood 10 years ago, and have been a loyal customer since. My laundered shirts and dry cleaned clothes look great every time, and the cost is quite reasonable. The owner is always friendly, and treats me like I am his most important customer. I always walk out with a smile on my face. read more

Hills is the only dry cleaners I will use. I'm always greeted with a smile. They are so professional and have my cleaning ready within a few days. Often they have my things ready for pick up earlier than promised. I'm a bit physically challenged and my cleaning is always brought to my car. Upon leaving, he says"happy," and I finish the sentence. Always a pleasant experience. Thank you Hills! read more

I have been a patron of Hills for over 10 years. Hard working Dun provides high quality services delivered with a friendly smile and banter.
