I'm…read morevery petite with super short little arms and need everything g shortened and/or hemmed, e.g. a midi is super long and a midid ends up being a maxi. These people are fantastic! I loved interacting with them, the woman very engaging personable warm and friendly. I took a dress where I needed the arms shortened by 6" and though that might not seem like such a hard task, the fabric was very fine mesh with a slip underlay--a two piece attached dress, and I was doubtful that they could pull it off. I took it in with a lot of trepidation, apprehensive that they'd tell me it couldn't be down. Well, I'll be damned if she wasn't super confident that it was not problem at all. I picked it up a week later, and voila! It was perfect, looked as good as the original with a slight flare to the fabric. They have a special machine for this type of work. I have now found my go-to place for all things dry clean or laundered or altered. They're in downtown SM and I think there's parking garage nearby if you can't get street. Prices are reasonable.
