I brought a comforter, two special character pillows and a playmat to be cleaned. He tried to tell me it would be $100 to clean it all, so when I decided that was too much for me and that I would clean it myself he told me he would do it for $60. I should've just taken my stuff back home but he was kind of aggressive in a way where you could tell he wanted the business. He didn't explain to me that they were tricky items to be cleaned and he didn't warn me that they could possibly be damaged he gladly took my items and accepted my business. He told me to come back in a couple of days. When I returned to get them on the day they were supposed to be finished he told me it would take another week. This was already super annoying because I was knew I would have to pay $60, so why wasn't it done ? When I finally came to pick up my things a week later they were all completely damaged. The comforter was pressed flat and no longer fluffy ( mind you I didn't ask for him to IRON my comforter flat like that ) the cube pillows were totally destroyed with weird color stains all over them as was my sons play mat that he uses for his hot wheels. All these were brand new items that I needed to be cleaned but he just stuffed everything in the wash so all the colors bled and everything was ruined. When I pointed it out, he played dumb saying, "ohhhh, I don't know what happened??" Promising to fix it for me. I left these items with him another week and came back to they were not fixed. Then he claimed that I shouldn't have brought these items to him to clean in the first place ?? He told me that "next time" I should take it to a laundry mat instead. Um okay.... aren't you a wash & fold service? If you were not sure how to clean the items you should not have accepted them to clean. Or you should've read the instructions? He didn't seem worried at all that I was a new customer and that he screwed up, instead telling me that "next time" I better make sure the stuff I bring to him is "appropriate" for wash and fold. So I paid $60 to basically have all my stuff ruined. He told me to re-order everything that was damaged and that he would give me "store credit" for them but first of all the characters pillows were a birthday gift to my son and can't be replaced and second I think he should have given me my money back and paid for the other replacements because now my son is wondering why his stuff is all messed up and my bedspread is flat like a sheet. BEWARE!! I went here for the 5 star reviews, but I should've known better than to take a nice dress somewhere this cheap. They literally put holes in a $300 dress... it was stained from a christmas party, but I've taken it places before looking the same way and it came out perfectly fine.... I'm so upset that I went here. If you can't clean it just leave it DO NOT PUT HOLES in clothing! The worst part is the man just kept saying it was still dirty I had to pick it up an extra week later. He didn't charge me for the dress, but happily took my money for the other garments I had cleaned... he bagged the dress before handing it to me and I didn't see the holes until I got home... This place is great! I needed my suit dry cleaned and came to this place because of the sign on the window that says same day service. As I walked in, I was greeted by David, the owner, and he was polite and took care of my needs. After we had a small conversation he made sure he got my business card. I like a business man who networks. I also like that fact that they operate on premises, the clothes aren't shipped somewhere else to be cleaned and it seems like it's family owned. I dig that! So I came back that same day and my suit was cleaned to perfection and came out as if I bought it from the store. Great service and great prices will keep me coming back to this place. This is the best dry cleaner I have ever been to. One example - I spilled red wine all over a white dress and they were able to get the stain out! They are very nice and I always see them help customers carry their clothes to their car. The prices are reasonable, but they are definitely not the cheapest dry cleaner in town. Their quality is so great that it is worth the price. read more

I have found a new place for my alterations!!! I'm a very short asian girl who's jeans are always SUPER long even though it says short on it. So, I always end up stepping on my jeans or they usually drag on the street when I'm wearing my slippers. I've been looking for a place like the wardobe for years. My co-worker suggested that I stop by the wardrobe and try them out. I've only been there twice so far and I'm very impressed with their service and the outcome of my jeans.
