I took a suit in to have the sleeves and pants altered. The woman who helped me (I assume she is the owner) was extremely helpful. She had me put the clothing on for her to measure and she instantly put pins in the perfect spot. When I asked when it would be ready she told me that she can have it done as soon as I needed it. I was able to have all of that and a cleaning done in under a week for a really good price. read more

I wish I could give them zero stars. Me and my family sent our clothes to this business expecting them to get cleaned and pressed for our dear fathers funeral. Not only did we receive the clothes back dirty, but they were just as wrinkled as when we dropped them off and we were charged a high price! When we went back (which shouldn't have happened in the first place) we asked for them to properly wash and press our clothes again, but they rejected us and they refused to give us a refund. They did such a horrible job! Terrible customer service. My family and I took a few shirts and pants to get serviced and when we went to pick up EVERY SINGLE ITEM was wrinkled. This is completely unacceptable and the fact she didn't offer any reimbursement or showed any remorse for doing such a bad job was just horrible. I've been in here a couple times over the last year or so, and I've had nothing but good experiences with them. The owners have always been friendly with me, and as long as you make it clear when you'd like to pick up your clothes, they can work with you. I haven't been to any other dry cleaner around, so I really can't compare the prices, but as long as they do a good job with my clothes (they have), I'm okay with what they charge now. Been here many times to get my shirts washed and pressed. There were a lot of successful and happy transactions. However I wanted a dry clean on my really expensive shirts , they just sent it in the laundry instead and machine pressed it. It ruined the colors and the fabric horribly. I specifically told them to dry clean not wash. I also brought my gf's louis vuitton purse here to get the canvas and leather cleaned and they outsourced/mailed the purse out to stockton or somewhere. It came back a HOT MESS AND IT WAS RUINED!!!! Edit: I forgot to mention, not only did it came back at hot-mess, as soon as I walked in the door they threw the waiver papers at me and said I cannot release the purse without you singing it. They also claimed they did not even wash it yet when obviously it was F***Ked up. They ruined thousands of dollars of clothes and accessories in one simple transaction. I was literally contemplating a lawsuit against them as no waivers were signed. I will never use this service again as they don't know the importance of peoples items. It is hard to find a good cleaner that will cherish your garment like their own. read more

This place is TERRIBLE!!! The Asian mess of a lady is RUDE and disgusting. The prices are WAY too high and they lie about cleaning the garment at all. When I questioned the price she yelled at me and said "fine fine" and gave $5 off. I wanted to throw $5 worth of quarters in her face. IF the stains are still on the garnets that are supposed to be dry cleaned (and you pay up the a** for it) why should I pay her a dime??? Common sense. Don't go here for alterations. The lady doesn't listen to the customer and doesn't have an eye for measuring hems. I have to throw away 3 brand new pairs of jeans because she hemmed them too short even though I told her the measurement was too short before I left the shop. Dry cleaning service is fine but there are more affordable places. read more

I normally go to another cleaner but they were busy and couldn't get my dress shirts cleaned and pressed in time so I had to go here. The owners are Asian and don't speak much English but the were still able to communicate and get my shirts done pretty quick. Took shirts in Friday afternoon and need them back Monday morning and everything was done on time for me to leave out of town. The conversations were short and sweet with the owners so the customer service level isn't the highest but my shirts got pressed and cleaned quickly. read more

Terrible service. They need customer pay two time for the dry clearing. The lady was rude. When I went to pick up my staff. I gave my receipt to the lady. The lady was asked me. "Which staff is you?" Are you kidding me?! I already gave you a receipt. Why the employee didn't know which one is my staff? When I first time to came here. The man printed our two blue receipt. One was gave it to me. One was they keep it. When I came here to pick up my staff. I saw some staff have the blue receipt stick it. Why my staff didnt stick my receipt on my staff? I asked the lady same question, " why my staff didn't stick my receipt on my staff ?" The lady answered me, "which one is you?" The lady took my receipt said you haven't pay. Wtf, I need to pay two time to clear my staff. Ok, I think I need to buy my staff back. I gave them my credit card, and she was swiping my card. Then still being rude to said something. Then I took my card and let my staff in this store. I need the owner called me back, but they never. Be careful this store, they will let you pay two times for the dry clear and take your staff. I would not even give this place A star. I had been using this cleaners for years since they were in my neighborhood. I had been in many times and the owners seemed nice, mostly worked with the woman, that is until they ruined my dress. I noticed that my dress was ruined when I had picked it up, but the owner offered to try a repair it after a long debate about it being ruined. When I went back to see if there was anything they could do to fix it, she showed me that she had made some alterations to the dress, which just made it worse. She did not offer to refund my money for the damaged dry cleaning nor did she offer to pay for my dress, which I had only worn once. That's not even the worst part, she then wanted me to pay for the alterations she had made without my permission and only made the dress worse. I said that I was not going to pay and grabbed my dress to leave. She then grabbed the dress too and started to yell at me. She then came around the counter and attacked me and continued to yell at me and grab me. I had to yell for HELP, and ended up calling the POLICE. Talk about a traumatic dry cleaning experience, I would never go here ever again, and if you do just hope they never damage anything of yours!!!!!! read more

Dropped off 5 shirts and 2 pairs of pants on Tuesday , the owner said it would be ready Saturday , came Saturday to pick up but shirts were still wrinkled .Worker said come back Monday and they'll re do the clothes as well do a price adjustment . I come back Monday to pick up and the owner tells me shirts were done already and that it was the workers first day in training and that she didn't know any better. Anyone can see wrinkles and if she's training why would she be the only person in store all day ? In the end it was bad experience in general. read more

They told me my clothes will be ready by a certain time. They were not ready. I needed them to go to church for a first communion. They told me to come back tomorrow, after trying to explain to them my situation they brought out one of my dress pants and dress shirts, I was already late to church, they are completely unprofessional and do not understand English. HORRIBLE Customer Service . Do NOT come here . I dropped off a $100. Zara jacket to be cleaned ( it only had a slight closet odor ) and when I came back to pick it up it had NOT been cleaned . The rude elderly lady behind the counter said it was cleaned and I said , no , it smells exactly the same and you did Not clean it. She tried telling me it was the smell of the material, which was not true. She finally agreed to have it cleaned again and told me to pick it up next Tuesday. Come Tuesday it is Not ready , and she says come back Saturday ! I said I am not waiting Another 5 days , just give me back my jacket and money. She starts Screaming at me that I bought the jacket at Goodwill - WTF ?! I paid $100. For it on eBay And it was NEW . I kept telling her to just give me my jacket back so I could take it somewhere reputable and she kept SCREAMING at me while I was walking out the door to get away from her craziness. I don't know exactly what she was trying to say in her broken English but she was Very nasty and finally said it would be ready the next day. Absolutely Unreal experience with an Unprofessional Lying business who tries to scam you and then Screams at you . She should seek help for her mental condition , not to mention learning what Customer Service means !
