These guys are awesome. It's a husband and wife who are always friendly, chill, and just do great work every single time. In addition to dry cleaning, they also do simple repairs, and every time i've brought repairs to them, the clothes end up looking like new. Usually i'm just bringing them popped buttons and stuff, but i just had them fix a hoodie of mine that had a hole along the shoulder seam, and i literally can't tell where the hole/repair was now that i have it back. I rarely need dry cleaning services, but this time I needed something fast abs close by for my upcoming engagement photoshoot. I went with Organic Cleaners because I support sustainable green, clean businesses. So I was thrilled to learn they were super close to my house--I never noticed until now! I bought two brand-new dresses online and they were VERY wrinkled and needed a steaming. I dropped off both dresses on Monday and was able to pick up by Wednesday and I needed them for our photoshoot on Friday! :-) I was so pleased with how the garments turned out (seriously all the deep wrinkles and lines were gone! There's tons of dry cleaning options but for me I have allergies so I can really appreciate that this one is organic. They also do alterations. Shout out to the lady who always help me out by carrying my clothes to the car since my foot surgery. I also love the attention to detail for my harder to clean items such as sequences and rhinestones. There's a dedicated parking spot which helps because it's a very busy strip mall. read more

Bad: nothing too bad, its just that the owner dont have a price listing on her window or anywhere else on the business. she should have that "MINIMUM CREDIT CARD CHARGE IS $10.00". that will make it a lot of difference ! I agreed to pay around $7.00 plus for services, then told me at the last minute about this. I agree to be charge $10.00 even though its only for $7.00 plus. Good: other than the ( lack of ) price listing, she did a good job on the alteration part. I told her what she needs to cut and to what size, she measured them and she said in two days they are ready. I came in on the 3rd day, saw what she did and was completely satisfied. She seems to have a passion for the things she do, which is a good thing. read more

These guys are the best cleaners around. I now have been coming here for months and the service is always extremely friendly, fast and professional. I have done at least hundred dress shirts, several pants and a dozen or so cashmere sweaters (for the ol lady). They have all come out great. Softer and smells good. The laundry, dry cleaning and ironing are always impeccable. Even the tags are flat, which a lot of dry cleaners have had a problem with. I love Organic Cleaners! I was at a loss when I left my last job. I had the luxury of having "Purple Tie" come to the office to take care of all my dry cleaning needs. I wanted to find a new vendor who was "green." I relied on trusty ol' Yelp and found "Organic Cleaners." I trusted Jon W.'s review, since it was the only one and decided to give this place a go... I'm so glad that I did! The couple who run the place are so nice. They did a great job with my duvet, the first item I brought to them, and when I picked it up it arrived in a nice duvet plastic cover, not just a large plastic bag. HUGE THUMBS UP! Because of the great service and the fabulous job they did with the duvet, I felt confident enough to bring a large bag of my clothes requiring some dry cleaning (over 10 pieces). Again, I was happy, except for one cashmere cardigan where they didn't get the stain out. I brought the cardigan back to have them redo the cleaning and they gladly took it back and cleaned it. We originally brought my husband's Jacket here for alterations. It cost $29 to have the two sleeves shortened and the buttons moved accordingly. She did a wonderful job and it took about 3 days. It was a pricy jacket that we would have had to donate so it was worth every penny. I think we'll be going here again for future alterations! Additionally, it smelled so good in there I asked how much she charged to dry clean a Men's Jacket. It was $6.75 which was fantastic because another place we had been going near sbux charged $12.75. Plus! This place is truly an organic cleaners, the jacket came back smelling like.....not roses but not chemically either. Super happy with their prices and quality of service. read more

I brought in my favorite camouflage jacket for water paint stain removal. They got rid of 95% of the stains which honestly was awesome for me because I thought I would have to throw the jacket away. But when I got the jacket back, it looked a little faded all over. I feel like they put it in the washer and I could've done that myself but I don't want certain clothes to look faded and that's why i take them to the cleaners! 2 stars for that and an extra star for being so friendly. read more

This place is close to my house. Hours are reasonable unlike other places. The folks that owns the place are very nice and friendly. I love my clothes. On top of that, alteration price is reasonable. I went to cleaners in Alameda, but it cost 2x the value of the dress plus it didn't fit me the way I asked to. Organic Cleaners re-altered that dress and it's perfect. This is my go to spot now. This place was a LIFE SAVER!!! My grandfather passed recently and we were getting all the details together for the services. My mom was unsure if she wanted to buy a new suit for him or use one of the many he already had. Finally I convinced her to use one that he had so we needed it cleaned FAST! And I mean next day fast to get it to the mortuary so they could properly prep him for the up coming viewing. I'd called a few other cleaners in the area and they all were dismissive and told me they couldn't get the job done. I was stressed, hurt and frustrated. I called this cleaners and told them what I had (pants, jacket, vest) to be cleaned and a dress shirt that only needed to be pressed. They made it happen. They said it would be ready by the time I needed it, and it was! I'm so grateful for that. The customer service during a time like that meant EVERYTHING! Oh! And everything was UNDER $20! Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review but for good reason. It's just so that people are forewarned. I want to give the full scoop so as not to sound biased. I actually had been going here for years and was always please with the service (thus the reason I kept coming back) but on the last experience it was bad enough to walk away for good. The women and her husband were always super friendly and used to give me a good discount since I brought them so much business. The last time I went to pick up my clothes I took them home and put something on to head out the door. The jeans I was trying to fit into didn't fit anymore and I was shocked! I then proceeded to try on the rest of the pants and jeans in that batch and sure enough everything was shrunk! I even had same exact brand and measurements in some of the jeans and pants to compare too and based off of measurements I took from the ones she cleaned there was a clear and present issue. I took them in and showed her the ones that she hadn't washed so she could use as reference. She blatantly denied it to my face and because of the fact she didn't want to take responsibility and from her passiveness it was almost like she thought I was either making it up or just plain dumb. She never refunded me for the clothes she damaged or compensated me for the damaged articles. Just a complete mess. Maybe I was just a one off situation I don't know because she kept repeating "no one has ever complained about this issue before". She seemed panicked and worried that she would have to pay me money she didn't have for the clothes she ruined therefore she just completely tried to deny it. It's unfortunate she didn't own up to her mistake because in the long run it cost her way more money versus making things right with the customer and retaining my business. Not sure why I'm giving one star, except the lady seemed nice, just not familiar with cleaning leather I guess, she didn't say why she wouldn't clean my Raider jackets, maybe she's not a fan. Anyway went there because of the high rating. Walked in with two Raider jackets and she looked at them, touched them and shook her head no. I asked if she knew of a cleaner that would clean them, she didnt. So I would suggest not taking suede or leather, they don't clean that material. read more

I just moved to San Leandro and was looking for a place to get my wedding dress cleaned. I walked around and found other cleaners but their negative attitude and crazy high prices made keep looking. I Yelp cleaners around where i was and Organic Cleaners showed up and to be honest the Organic word got my attention. I walked in and this nice lady greeted me and gave me a reasonable price to clean the dress and got it ready in 2 days, she was really honest and say not all of stains will come out. When i picked up my dress it was like new and No Dry cleaning smell :-).. then her husband carry my beautiful dress to my car... great costumer service! i will definitely be coming back and i'm super happy to have found this place which is only 3 min away driving. read more

This place must be seriously backed up. To top it off parking here sucks so I basically wasted my time. I prefer 1 day service at the least... Drop off today, pickup tomorrow. I've been coming here over the last eight years and have not had a problem. And it's also true that I may not pick up my clothes within the 30 day timeframe -- I've never had an issue, but when I went to pick up my two orders, they only found one. They lost my other order. Make sure you hold on to your tickets, otherwise you are out of luck. The items they lost were designer pieces, so I'm on the hunt for a new place. Keep your receipts and you should be fine -- lose them and its a 50/50 chance you won't get your items. Good luck read more

Unfortunately, Kwik Kleeners could not accomodate me as far as widening the sleeves go, but they said sure when it came to trimming the hem about 6 inches. My entire family has been coming here since I was in high school! My dad got all of his uniforms for work done here. My mom still only comes here with her clothing. And I started coming right after high school when more of my garments started to say "Dry Clean Only".. lol.. They have always been so sweet and caring. My garments are always immaculate and free of that awful, chemical smell. Yes parking here sucks but treat yourself to some Baskin Robbins after circling the lot 3 times and you'll feel better :) I now live in the Central Valley but still work in the Bay and so continue to patronize them.
