There's not a lot of space, it's a small laundromat. I wish there were more seats - or maybe even using some of their parking lot to create a seating area. If you want to stay with your close you just kinda have to stand around. No AC so it does get warm in there. I read reviews about the parking prior but I didn't think that people would park that badly. I think it's super inconsiderate, but people parking right in front of the driveway to get in - when theres a lot of space. Luckily I have an SUV so I could go over the curb a bit. There's some huge cracks/holes in the parking lot so part of it is lowkey inaccessible to park on. I wish they'd smooth out the lot and paint lines so people know how to park better.

The cleaning service was reasonably priced, but overall, I wasn't satisfied enough to return.

Laundry was one of those things I've been looking to outsource. I found myself putting it off every weekend, and while I wasn't in risk of running out of clean clothing, my laundry baskets were still overflowing regardless. Now, I've come across Family Laundry awhile back, but in all honestly, I avoided them because they don't use the typical scented laundry detergent, fabric softener, etc. That's how I usually prefer my laundry and how I was raised. However, after using another service, that did offer the scented products, I was given a hefty bill, which didn't surprise me, esp since they made it a point to not advertise and only gave me an estimate after I reached out, and clothing that smelled like dirty washer machine water. I can't even begin to explain the scent, but needless to say, I was pissed (feel free to check my prior reviews for that one). When I started research for a new laundry service, I couldn't deny that Family Laundry had amazing reviews on Yelp, Reddit, etc. So I figured it was worth a shot. My clothes are cleaner and smell fresher, cleaner and are softer. This was amazing, especially because I was initially avoiding them due to their using non scented cleansers. My clothing, towels, and bedding were all returned to me, nicely folded, dry, and in pristine condition. Family Laundry will be my go-to for now on and I feel foolish for avoiding them in the first place! If you're like me and prefer scented, commercial laundry cleaners, please give your laundry a chance here! Great service that I would recommend to everyone!

They genuinely cared about fixing the problem rather than just taking my money. The man who helped me was also incredibly kind and made the whole experience feel so personal. By the end, he honestly felt more like a family member helping me save my favorite coat than someone running a business. It's rare to find this level of care, honesty, and customer service anymore. Infact i found this place because my regular location was crowded and i needed to wash my comforters. The downside is they only have 1 huge washer. Im not sure how many loads it holds, im just used to the location i frequent having 3. They had several very large machines! Now that im done putting everything in the washing machine, i think i could of fit everything in very large instead of the 'huge'. When using the huge washer there is a 30 second delay after u put your money in. DO NOT OPEN IT THINKING MAYBE YOU DIDN'T CLOSE IT ALL THE WAY!. There is a sign on this washer letting u know once you open the door, your money is gone! It resets to empty!! NO REFUND. Be patient. It does work. Huge machine was $7. The next size down was $6. I didn't check out the smaller washers. The Driers are 5min per quarter (as of Oct 2019). The place was clean. There were a lot of machines. There it is a parking lot, however it is shared with other businesses such as the Dollar Tree. There was also tranquil music being played fro the speakers. Jazz, which i love.
