I rarely need to use a laundry mat, because I have one onsite at the apartments I live at; however when it is busy I use this laundry mat. It's near me. A lot of parking for when it does get busy. It's very close to different food options from McDonalds to Jack in the box; a few different grocery stores like Safeway and Food Max; there a 99 cent store for your shopping needs, wants, or like. They also are close to Cvs and Walgreens. Your shopping and eating haven. There is also a Chase bank and Wells Fargo atm. Nail shop and also and eye brow place in the shopping complex. It is also close to gas stations; 76 and an AmPm. Back to laundry mat. It has several machine and some can take coin or card options. They also have an option for buying card; which I have and it is reloadable. So there is a machine that can tell you your balance before you begin washing and/or drying so that you can reload. You can also stay and fold you clothes if you like. They also have a vending machine on the premises. It also have benches you can sit on if you don't want to wait in your car or leave. They also have an area to buy laundry items if you need to buy. I absolutely love this place. I have been to other, but gets me is that it is close by and the parking. It's a sign posted so you know the last wash is at 7pm. And it's open everyday. They persons whom I'm suspecting is the owner; let me know who to add time to the dryer without having to keep swiping my card. They also have laundry carts.

The "obvious" visible sign posted that I stupidly missed bc of the rush and stopped machines all over the place

Good Afternoon Mr. Lam, I had an incidence today Saturday at your facility and per your staff they are NOT to give your number out to anyone. I was unable to contact you by telephone as was my wish but anyway on Saturday, one of your machines turned out to be broken after I had placed clothes inside. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the liquid inside of the machine was BLEACH and it ruined my medical uniforms/scrubs As you may know, these uniforms are expensive and I refuse to wash the newly bleached and ruined clothing with those that do not require it. I asked your staff to pay for the difference to wash the damaged clothing so I can keep them separated but she was unwilling And reiterated she could do nothing about it as she is only an employee and I would need to come back Monday. I would love to come back and personally speak with you but my schedule does not allow it as I work 40 hrs weekly and go to school as well. How can we come to a solution? Is there a policy in place for damaged clothing? as of today, Saturday Dec. 3rd there is no signs posted at the laundry facility regarding these incidents. Another person also put in her clothing in this damaged machine until I warned her not to. Please give me a call or response. Thank you, Ivet avila

All of the smaller washers are out of order and from the looks of the out of order stickers have been for a while. So I was forced to use the larger more expensive washers. Then to top it off I had to read some light weight couch covers blanket as they still had a smell. Not to mention the laundry was still very wet as doesn't spin the items very well. Then when it came to drying 2 small loads in one dryer and 1 small load in a another for over 30 minutes. They still were dry. over 30 minutes. And a comfortable still has damp spots after drying for 45 minutes and adjusting it half way through the drying process. Very disappointed.

Our darn washer gave out on us and before we could replace it, I needed to get laundry done…read more Came in on a Saturday morning with 2 loads of laundry to do. There was only 1 medium load machine available. The smaller load machines were all full of either running machines or machines full of peoples clothing that had already finished their cycle---so annoying. The place itself is has a ton of machines that are "out of order", the rugs are dirty, it's dusty, and the front of the establishment is filthy. Ironically enough, this place literally just needs to be cleaned!!! Not that difficult. So why did I wash my clothes there...because the inside of the machines were clean. I was literally in there for 25 minutes. I didn't dry there, just washed and took my clothes home to dry. I won't be coming back.

Lee's Laundromat is easily one of the better laundromats I've used. There are plenty of washers and…read moredryers, so even when it's busy, I rarely have trouble finding machines available. They use a card system rather than coins, which makes things convenient. Just be aware that you'll need cash to load your card, but they do have an ATM on-site if needed. One thing that really stands out is how clean the facility is. The machines and common areas are well-maintained, and the overall environment feels much nicer than many laundromats. They also have tables where you can sit, relax, or even have a snack while waiting for your laundry, plus a restroom available for customers. Another nice touch is that they sell just about anything you might need for laundry. If you forget detergent, dryer sheets, or other essentials, chances are they have it available for purchase. Overall, Lee's Laundromat is clean, convenient, well-stocked, and has plenty of machines. It's a great place to get your laundry done without the hassle.

I recently stopped by this laundromat and had a really smooth experience. One thing I appreciated…read moreright away was that they use a card system instead of requiring quarters, which made the whole process much more convenient. It is a cash only system, so bring bills if you have them. There's an ATM and it charges $1 to withdraw, which isn't egregious but still better to bring your own cash. The washing machines range anywhere from $4.50-$12 per load, and the machines wash for about 30 mins. The dryers also range in price. I used the medium dryer which was $0.50 per 3 mins. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of machines available, so I didn't have to wait around for an open washer or dryer. They also provide carts to help move clothes between machines, which made handling larger loads much easier. Another nice feature was the dedicated folding area. Having a clean space to organize and fold clothes before heading home was a small touch that made the visit feel more comfortable and efficient. Overall, a clean, convenient laundromat with plenty of machines and thoughtful amenities. I'd definitely come back for future laundry days.

The first time he harassed me I asked him to leave me alone because I didn't ask for his opinion because he was telling me how to use the fabric softener bees which I've been using fabric softener beads for about four years I have been using these beads and I know how to put them into the machine. After I asked him to leave me alone three times he continued to harass me and continue to try to tell me how to add the bees into the washing machine on a second occasion I was spraying my basket on top of the counter, like I normally do, and he insisted on telling me that I couldn't spray the bottom of my basket, which I always do that and and the countertops the recent incident happened today when I had my laundry detergent sitting on the counter and I was getting my things out of the dryer and he decided he wants to tell me that I couldn't leave my detergent on top of the counter and I told him I'm about to fold my clothes if anybody wants me to move my detergent. I will move it so they can use the counter space. He's proceeded to harass me for about five minutes after I ask him several times to leave me the hell alone, and he would not leave me aI was at the laundromat when a man, who I believe is responsible for maintenance, decided to take my laundry detergent off the counter and put it in a basket, even after I asked him not to touch my things. I informed him that his job was to maintain the laundry facilities, not to harass customers. He then went on to harass another woman, telling her she couldn't leave her dirty clothes on the counter. She told him that she would wipe the counter off after removing her clothes. As I was leaving, he yelled at me, "Don't come back!" I was so upset that I considered calling the police. I have reached out to the owner three times, as this man clearly has a problem. This is the third time I have witnessed him harassing me and other customers. I'm not sure if he is on drugs, but I have seen him sitting in his car with another man, drinking a 12-pack of beer. I plan to find out who the owner is and will file a complaint with either the city of San Leandro or another appropriate department because no one should have to be harassed by this man. I have met the owner a few times, and he seems very nice.
