Best laundromat ever! This is the only place I come to wash my clothes. The place is always so clean, the machines are maintained and it has awesome technology to make the payment way easier. Quarters WHO?? You never have to worry your clothes coming out damp either (now that's a blessing) The owners of this place are also so sweet, they hooked it up with dryer sheets when I forgot them. This laundromat is great. Everything is clean and well laid out. There's a wide range of washing machine sizes and an entire wall of dryers. The ladies that work here (those that I have interacted with) are so damn nice and helpful! I've been coming here for over a year and have never had any problems. The parking lot fills up quickly but come during dead hours and it won't be too much of a problem. They have recently taken out the vending machines and added a snack bar! I personally haven't bought anything yet but it seems to be cash only and I think it's a nice feature to have when you're doing a boring task like laundry. read more

A few years ago it started really good. Machines were quick and efficient, now they are slow and don't wash that good (lack of maintenance). Driers are also lacking maintenance, take a longer time to dry clothes now. Worse part is that prices are ridiculous now. I know everything went up but this guy is really overpricing. Another bad thing is that he doesn't take responsibility when the machines ruined your clothes. I put a load of white clothes in a drier that was licking oil and he did not even ask how many garments got ruined or anything. There's a lot of laundromats around pal! And you are loosing a lot of customers. The last few times I went there I could notice less people each time. I loved that it is very close to my house but now I don't care driving a little further to get better and cheaper service. read more

We were looking for a wash and fold laundromat and my husband found this gem. We dropped off our laundry on a Saturday morning and was able to pick it up later in the afternoon. Everything was clean and folded which made it so much easier to put away once we got home. We will definitely be using them again. read more

I wash clothes twice a year (yes, I have that many clothes) and usually spend $150-$180 which includes my linen and covers. I like this laundromat because it automatically opens the doors at 6:00 am without having someone open it for you and watch over your shoulder wash. The ladies that clean usually come in at 8-9 am so I have sufficient time alone and usually already folding my clothes from the dryer by the time they come in. The reason I gave 4 stars and not five is because of the two television they have. The left tv is in English and Spanish on the right. They're very very loud all you hear is ruckus and it is very very annoying. I can't even hear myself think and I take my iPad so I listen to music and even then I still can't hear anything because it is very very loud. Love this place! Although I live in a townhouse complex with our own laundry room, I prefer going to Mission Laundry for their services. There are numerous washing and drying machines of all sizes, perfect for any load! The laundromat is very clean and spacious, containing folding tables in an area away from most of the machines. Inside there is also Sabores La Palma, where you can enjoy tasty treats like mangonadas or fresh fruit topped with chamoy and Tajin. Will definitely be returning! read more

The 7.50 washer don't wash good and if you put hot it's very cold. The 3.50 washer doesn't have extra wash. The dryer takes extra long to dry. The person working here wasn't helpful nor offered to return our money back. I had to do a double wash and ended up spending $11 dollars more. ‍ the vending machine soda is not cold. read more

I have a washer and dryer at my apartment complex, but it's too expensive, has old washing machines, and isn't very clean. Mission laundry is affordable, has a variety of machine sizes and is very clean. I used the six and three load washing machines and the price came out to $1.08 and $1.18 respectively, per load. Parking is ok: not a lot of spots and they are very narrow which isn't great for unloading from a side door, but obviously that's not their fault. Only negative is that I don't speak Spanish so I was not able to ask the attendant a question because she did not understand English. She was very friendly and just kept smiling and saying "yes." This will be my go-to laundromat whenever I need larger machines and have the time to save money. read more

Hands down the BEST laundromat around! They have a washer that holds 8 loads for $8.50. Giant dryers that give you 5 minutes for .25. A dollar is all you need to spend! It's clean, they have flat screen TV's also. read more

It was clean and the attendant lady was sweet and helpful. The machines were super efficient and reasonably priced, not to mention they really did a great job on my clothes. My dryer is broken and I found this place on yelp close to my house. It was very clean, lots of machines, change machine, and atm. Best part was the WiFi I was able to get homework done as I waited. The lady looked in the washers and I showed her it wasn't I'm like ok where's my refund I have video footage of the water not working and the washers on just spinning but no water what so ever.i will not be coming back to this place .and for the code that was on the washer that showed up after the washer shook and stopped has something to do with the water pump not the clothes but the both continued to tell me it was my fault to much clothes. read more

I've been coming here since they opened a few years back, but as of the last few months, the staff they've hired for their night shift are rude and inconsiderate. I routinely get home around 6pm during the week (I do laundry once per week) so by the time I wash clothes at home ( I don't own a dryer) and arrive by 845/9pm, the staff consistently give me dirty looks and make me feel unwelcome as they promptly greet me with 'we close at 10pm'. I would understand if I consistently stayed past 10, but I make it a priority to be out by 955-10pm every time on the dot. As a final straw, tonight, I was the final customer in the laundromat and was rudely told that the last 10 MINUTES on my dryer did not matter and that it was time for closing. As a paying customer for the past 5-6 years, I find the level of customer service at this laundromat to be unacceptable and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. read more

I've lived in a apartment for more than 5years so finding a good place to wash and that can save you money is great. This is the place to go because not only your clothes wash good but they come out nearly dry so you don't have to use so much coins to dry. This is the best place to bring your dirty laundry in all of the East Bay. The machines are all new, so your clothes come out really clean and well spun. I love that the dryers only take 30 minutes to dry anything, even my king sized blankets and comforters. I saw that one review said it was dirty, but that must have been a fluke because I've been going here since they opened, once a week every week, and it's always been clean. If you do your laundry in the morning there is always free coffee. The owner is always friendly, and you can see his pride in ownership in the way that he takes care of his laundromat as well as his patrons. Even my Mom comes out from Fremont to wash her large bedding. It's kid friendly too, my daughter enjoys the kids books and small table where she can sit and watch her Kindle (they have wifi).
