The leprechaun with glasses that works there at night will close the back doors in your face. It's 7:10pm more than an hour before they close. With multiple customers in the back parking lot due to the front being full. He will still close it on you. Management can't find better help than this tweaker, I guess. The others are okay. The owner needs to remind these workers that it's a business and customers need access. Don't be lazy, and wait till at least 15 mins before you close smh. I use to wash here all the time but not anymore. The owner is nice but his assistant the Latina girl that works here has a bad attitude and I feel like she's hating or dislike me for no reason. Not only where she argue with me when my coins get eaten by the machine and end up giving the coins. But I knew she was corrupt when I was waiting for the dryer and the person was done. As soon as I was about to put my clothes I notice the person that just came in to dry her clothes which is the same race as her told me that she's been waiting for long to dry her clothes and she's first in line. I can let it slide if my coins get eaten up by the machine but not how she's running this laundry mat. I seen her at Macys and she look mad at me. Hating for no reason like I said. read more

A very good & friendly laundromat! This place is right across Carl's Jr. so you're not gonna be hungry as you do your laundry plus it has a Vietnamese restaurant pharmacy pet supply store and a convenience store all in between. read more

It's convenient, they have huge washer machines and dryers. AND they have a bathroom! Having to wash with kids who suddenly have to go potty..this is a plus especially since it's kept clean. The prices compared to others I've been to near by are pretty good, and it's clean. The attendant is constantly making sure it's clean and the dryer filters are lint free. That for me is a plus! Means I spend less on drying my clothes. Over a dozen carts, so far I haven't had to wait for a cart to free up. Regardless the people that come here are actually friendly so you don't have to fight over using this or that. Parking is great, there's a huge area in the back and there's some in front. read more

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. They do not have adequate water for the machines nor have hot water. They only run on cold water...forget the other temperature settings. You cannot wash your clothes here thoroughly with the amount of water they use for these machines. I think the only reason people go here is because it's the closest laundry place in the area. I wish there was another laundry place nearby so this place would have some competition. I only come here if I am pressed for time and need some clean clothes right away. This place really does need to reevaluate how they do business to keep customers happy rather than just making an easy buck. read more

If you use your card for the wash they are over charging you. The machine will say either a flat rate of 8.50 for the wash or however much you decide for the dryer and it will charge you a flat rate of $14 on your account no matter what. Stealing money. This place is nasty. The machines are a pain in the butt to put money in. It looks like the floors haven't been washed since it opened. They are top load for detergent but unless your 6 foot it's impossible to load. People stack crates on top of each other to reach the top to put detergent in. I refused to do that for fear of falling and breaking my head open. All the coin machines were broke with tape over them. And the card swipes didn't work. This place was a hot mess! Our washer broke down a few days ago and I needed to wash my clothes. So I came to the nearest Laundry place and voilà. If you need coins there's a machine where you can get some. Bring your own soap and expect about an hour of washing and drying. The small washers are $2.75 and the small dryers are .25 cents for every 7 minutes I believe and you get to choose from low, medium, and high temperature. read more

I've been coming here for about 5 years and I've had a few problems with the washers and dryers but there is always someone here i can talk to. well not today, one of their washers got stuck i the middle of a cycle and it wouldn't let me take my close out because it was locked. they have a so called emergency # to call posted and it doesn't even work. I have literally been waiting for over an hour for somebody to show up but so far I've had no luck. this is ridiculous and i know for a fact im not going to be reimbursed for my money or compensated for my time i am wasting waiting for someone to show up read more

I have gone to this laundry matt for 20years and must say they are growing with innovation in hard times. The east bay is expensive. I hear people complain but they fail to see the costs of everything are out of the roof and this owner still keeps pricing reasonable to wash. Also the owner attempts to have the best accommodations but some customers are so ungrateful. Appreciate the fact we still have low reasonable costs to wash. I would advice the owner to raise his costs a bit because I am sure the water bill is high. I really love this laudry matt and his worker CRISTINA. Great worker. Great! Cheap and easy to use and there is a pho place right next door. Most of the washer take credit card and the dryers are by 25 cent rounds and all together I did two loads for about 5 bucks. Super cheap! Clean and people are nice. read more

Heavy duty washers for the big or multi loads. Decent price. Heavy duty dryers where I can put @ least two or three loads @ once & dry within 35 mins. A nice owner whom Ive seen does his best to offer great customer service. read more
