Each order comes with 3 freshly made aebleskivers topped with powder sugar. We chose to have ours with the classic raspberry jam and sugar. We added two scoops of Cookies n' Cream in a cone. Just like a regular pancake, you can make it as sweet or simple as you like. I prefer to coat each bite with the tart jam and a side swipe of the sugar. The inside is warm, comforting and so good! The ice cream was perfectly creamy and yummy with the freshly made waffle cone. The store is small -- in just a couple steps you're in one door then out the other. Right outside are three tables and some benches. The tables turnover pretty quickly but get sticky/dirty throughout the day. Napkins are easily available at the inside counter.

Now it's safe to say I definitely have enjoyed each experience I've had at Drover's. The staff has always been helpful when I inquire for some direction with selecting a donut. I always lean towards the chocolate flavors and have been satisfied every time! I even brought a donut to my boss since he admitted to never having tried one from Drover's. He said it was very delicious. Their donuts are definitely more cakey than others I've tried but I enjoy the texture. They have the more gourmet style flavors but also have the classic ones (ie glazed) which makes for an inclusive donut experience. For the coffee I had opted for a simple latte. It did the trick with giving me a caffeinated boost for my day. Overall, each visit I've had has been what I've needed to have a sweet, caffeinated start!

I found myself going back to them until finally giving in to buying a couple to share with family. The type and shape of the buttercookies is slightly different in each box. We started with the grilled skirt steak, ordered medium rare, although it came out closer to medium well. Fortunately, the sesame-cilantro marinade and pickled vegetables brought plenty of flavor to the dish and made up for the temperature miss. For our entrée, we shared the Creekstone ribeye. We ordered it medium rare, but it arrived closer to medium. Despite that, the steak was still very tasty. We paired it with the glazed wild mushrooms, which ended up being my favorite item of the savory dishes, along with the Stuffed Shell "Mac n' Cheese." Everything arrived hot and was well prepared. I also noticed their massive glass counter display of Danish pastries - they looked amazing! We didn't buy anything from them since I was in a hurry to get outside, but man...did they look tasty!
