Drizzle is one of those places you never forget and will always stop by when you visit Mt Shasta. The food is all made fresh, and it's made with lots of love. It's an amazing spot in the downtown area, it's all Outdoor seating , open space, artistic flair all around you. Amazing promotion work done on every post. Honestly yall did a wonderful job creating a vibe. There is no indoor seating so if it's cold dress warm. Service was fantastic, the team working was amazing with taking our orders, suggestions, small talk etc. you can tell they have a rhythm. The burritos were amazing both too big , not too small but wow they were packed with flavor. The early bird was light , delicious and the sauce was perfect. I got the mountain climber and I love pastrami so I was really stoked. The pastrami was tender, not over salty, had amazing flavor and they crisped the edges which made it that much more amazing. Usually pastrami feels heavy after and that was not the case. I ended up getting one of their peanut butter cookies and had it with my Mexican Mocha ... I have to tip my hat to you because there is a place called better buzz and they have a mocha de Mexico and your Mexican mocha rivals theirs .. my wife got the Peanut butter latte and you could just not go wrong with your choices here. Drizzle I will be a stop every time we venture out this way, some places use sauces to overtake their food but Drizzle does not . Their sauce and fresh ingredients complement one another. You could take out just the pastrami or hash browns and have them on their own and they are seasoned well. Me and my wife love to cook and one day would love to open up a little spot that has this kind of flair in their food. Cheers Drizzle... and to everyone who stops here or is passing by ... don't question it just give them a try. Let me know when yall get 2x shirts in I'll use that as an excuse to come back haha.

My all time favorite from this place is their peanut butter latte, amazing!!!! Their wrap isn't the best, and I wish it would I've came with salsa but I had to go back the second day to get their latte because it was that delicious!!!

Huge cookies the size of two fists! Great ambiance friendly staff. Highly recommend the "local" breakfast burrito. Super filling we split between 2 people well worth the price. It's our first time to Shasta and this was our first food stop on our road trip. Worth it! Also check the bathroom, you WONT be disappointed

Fans of Yak Shak, fear not! Drizzle is merely a rebrand of the beloved burger and coffee shop in Mt Shasta. This place serves some of the best burgers I've ever had. My go to is the Fresh AF, which features a lovely jalapeño aolli and plenty of cilantro with crispy onions and a hint of brown sugar. I recommend upgrading to their fries. I almost always get a bowl of soul or chai as a drink to go. The view of Mt Shasta are incredible and there is plenty of outdoor seating. The staff are friendly. Don't pass this place by when driving along The 5!

10/10 would recommend. Great food and amazing service. Accommodating to vegetarians! We got the OG burger w a veggie patty (potatoes and black bean patty). Would recommend these drinks as well. We got a caramel latte and a grizzly smoothie. Super yummy.

We just tried the What's Shakin' Bacon breakfast burrito and are waiting for the lunch menu to open so we can try the burgers. Leaving this review a bit early (will update later) to get a free cookie LOL The breakfast burrito was delicious! My partner and I don't like cheese so we ordered it without, which I think messed with the balance of flavors a bit (made it too salty/saucy), but I think this would be perfect for people who like cheese! We still loved it too, and I really like that they use hash browns instead of rice cus the crunch/crust of the hash browns add some great texture and flavor. Sauce was really good too, and the tortilla was super delicious, I really like how they seared it. So far so good!

This is definitely the spot to go to for an enjoyable outdoor lunch in Mount Shasta. They have a nice patio with lots of covered areas to sit that our dog friendly. The music is good and the vibe is relaxed. They have a really unique menu with lots of delicious options and the presentation on the food is pretty good. We tried the Double Trouble and the Hot Mess Fries. My husband liked the Double trouble better than I did because I'm not really a fan of spring mix on hamburgers, but it was pretty much on everything on the menu but I enjoyed the hot mess Fries. The fries were a bit limp themselves, but the smoky taste of the chicken and the savory cheese really made them. I think their homemade chips were my favorite though. We'll be back to try more of their interesting flavor combinations soon.

We stopped here on our way to Washington. It started out with anticipation but the wait was over 30 minutes. When my hubby brought the food to the car we realized we had one order with a burnt bun and the other order was children's burger. I went back and the girl who took the order was excellent in handling the situation. For starters she took responsibility and was very apologetic, put in the correct order immediately and offered cookies and drinks to make up for the mistake. We received our order quickly and enjoyed it very much. The meat in the OG burger was very tender with lots of flavor. We were overall pleased with the meal and impressed with how they resolved the situation.

Ok... I would say run and do not walk. If you're hungry, this would be the place to go. I just had some weird name burger. It had a lot to do with like bacon meats, cheese, that meats, onion straws that decides to bring along salad on a date and then decides well. What the hell let's grab a couple of hamburger patties and put it on a bun!!! ranch, dear God, they drizzled it with ranch. I had no clue and my only complaint would be that the guy at the window should've told me you're really not gonna need extra ranch. Did I mention these aren't those shitty battered things that everyone's selling these days. These were actual real french fries. I sat out front and enjoyed the sun, and it only took like maybe five minutes in my order was ready.. definitely going back

Came back up to Shasta a month later. And had to come back to drizzle. We all had breakfast burritos, the shake and bacon, it was the most popular among us. Walk into a fun environment, friendly inviting staff with a great menu. Both the coffee and the are enough to satisfy anybody. Not too much seating inside so prepared to sit outside. I like the dark chocolate mocha, and others got the mudslide, and my daughter got the butter toffee latte which she also enjoyed. I can't see that I enjoy them passing off of a 3% charge for credit cards.

I had a really disappointing experience at Drizzle in Mount Shasta. Service was extremely slow and despite ordering well before other customers, we watched multiple people who ordered after us receive their drinks and fries while we were still waiting for the same--without so much as a call for our name. When I approached the window to politely check in, the woman working there was incredibly rude and dismissive, simply telling me to wait for my name to be called, despite the clear mix-up. With this political climate, it was hard to not take it personal to be honest. When we finally got our food, it was another letdown. The garlic Parmesan fries were cold and soggy. The "Fun Guy" burger was just okay--nothing special. The cranberry paradise salad was bland, basic, and completely flavorless. Honestly, the only item that stood out was the milkshake, which was actually very good. To top it all off, we were prompted to leave a tip before receiving any service. I left a 20% tip up front, assuming we'd get a decent service. With how poor the experience was, I was definitely very frustrated and disappointed. If a manager sees this, I'd really appreciate being contacted. This was one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time, and I wouldn't recommend this place based on what I experienced. read more

This restaurant has appears to have an Amazing looking shakes and burgers! Ordered one chocolate shake for my 5 yr boy and 25 min The order still wasn't made. I think they're doing the best they can but with as many employees that are on staff kinda sucks to wait 25 min for a shake. I suggest if you order a shake to go next door and order it there where the shakes and ice cream is made, not the side that has the burger kitchen. I asked if I should go next door to order and was told I can order the shake right there.. I should have just ordered it next door. Prob would have gotten in within 5 min. However My son did like the chocolate shake. read more

Holy moly. In three days we came here twice for dinner, once for breakfast and four times for coffee. And we'll be back next time we're up. AMAZING food. Gluten free buns available for burgers, and bowl options for breakfast burritos. Every time we came the people were friendly, GREAT service. Always clean with plenty of outdoor seating. Every single time I come here it's the same... EFFIN RIDICULOUS!!! Everything Drizzle and Yak's does is at a level that 95% of all the other restaurants don't, they're staff is great, the vibe is always good, and you can never go wrong with anything on the menu! Probably a good thing i don't live nearby because I'd be here 4-5 days a week... it is THAT GOOD!!! read more

Parking was on the street. I ordered the lassen assassin breakfast burrito to go. The cashier girl is very friendly, and she made my order fun by giving me a tag of "man of my dreams." May this wish come true! The burrito was huge, and it was good for 2 meals! It was very flavorful. This small restaurant has outside seating, but it was too cold for me to dine outdoor. They also sell sweaters, hat, coffee bean, and stickers. Did not try their coffee, but I would like to try out their coffee next time. read more

Ambiance: nice Service: pick up at window kind of service Food: latte is good, vegan burrito is decent. When I went there (July 5th, 2025) there was a sign that the sink in the bathroom was out of order. Very unsanitary. I thought they should close the bathroom entirely, or the entire establishment in that case. It's a health hazard. read more

After a nice hike on Mt. Shasta, we were all hungry and looking for somewhere to eat, when we stumbled upon this cutesy little burger shack that looked decent. I have never been so happy to be wrong! The burgers we got were amazing, full of flavor and juicy, as well as just being huge. And as someone from gilroy, these garlic fries were the best I'd ever had! They were covered in garlic, and scared away cleverly vampire in a 200 mile radius. And of course, the service was amazing, and if you sit outside, you can eat your burger while staring at Mt. Shasta and the gorgeous Cascades as a backdrop to your lunch. Without a doubt, this place is phenomenal and easily worth a visit! read more

What a fun restaurant! Our breakfast was fantastic. My wife and I each had a breakfast sandwich that really was unique. Their sandwiches came with a "drizzle" of delicious sauce and was served on homemade bread. My wife had the scrambled egg sandwich on a jalapeno bread with a chipotle sauce and I had the scrambled egg sandwich loaded with pastrami. DELISHIOUS! The staff was super nice too. read more

We went to Yaks on our way home to Reno from Grants Pass. We looked over the menu during the hour and a half drive to the restaurant. We decided on the OMG and garlic parm fries it was definitely the right choice! It was perfectly balanced between sweet and savory! The flavors melted perfectly together! Now to mention the service.....Crystal has the most awesome customer service we have ever experienced! Established in 2002.

Yaks Originated in the early 2000's in Redding California. A group of us wanted to bring freshly roasted coffee, real food from scratch with other worldly flavors, and warm artistic environments to our city and everywhere else we went after. Since then we have expanded what we offer by a lot and do so much more! Come check us out and see for your self!

The gal running the roasting machine was also very sweet and so was the gentleman who came out to greet me! Including the cookie and tip, I paid $24.00. My meal wasn't worth that.

I frequent this coffee shop each business day to work on my doctoral homework and small business administration. I've been a regular on and off since 2012. I absolutely love this place!!! Alyssa (the owner) greets me with a warm smile each and every morning, as do Courtney and Elijah. It feels like a community living room--a place to make business and personal connections in this isolated rural mountain town. This place has everything I need--WiFi, an epic view of the mountain from my 'regular' spot, affordable caffeine and food so I can stay and work from about 9am-1pm most business days. I used to have an office space downtown, but working here is a much better deal--networking, community, fuel--this place is outstanding and I can't say enough!! My favorite things: Cappuccino, Banana Bread, Giving Bowl, Bowl of Soul, Cranberry Paradise Salad, Panini, Keegan the Vegan, and Blueberry Bagel w/Cream Cheese. Not to mention, this place has a subtle undercurrent of faith that I feel connected to amongst all the spiritual seeking in this town. Vegan/Veggie friendly, but down-to-earth. I am writing to let other people with diabetes know that this establishment has no interest in helping those of us who have a potentially devastating and incurable disease enjoy a little sweetnes in their coffee with sugar free syrup. I have been there twice and their postion is they can't be bothered. And this morning, some woman who seemed to be the boss, although i don't know this for sure, after i told her that I was legally disabled by diabetes interrupted me while i was speaking and asked what did it have to do with them. While these people are not legally guilty of discrimination against the disabled, they certainly seemed to be morally guilty of indifference to other people's challenges. In addition, they seem to not be interested in making even a token attempt at accomodation. I would suggest to people who have diabetes or those who care about them that they take their money to other coffee places that have sympathy for the disabled. read more

Soooo... first let me say that the staff is wonderful. Very friendly and efficient. This is the first time I've ordered food there since it went from Yaks to Drizzle. I ordered a Chipotle bowl to go, which you'd expect would have a decent amount of cabbage and kale, like it states on the menu. It did have about 3 pieces of kale (maybe they were running low?) and a sparse amount of cabbage... but most definitely not enough to qualify as a "bowl" which is supposed to be a healthier alternative. And then there was the chicken... mostly dark meat, and not very good... again, what's up? A $15 "bowl" should at least have chicken breast meat. I did try to add some lettuce and more greens once I was home, but I ended up throwing most of it away. I'll be very hesitant to ever order another bowl there. Had I been at the spot I would have asked for my money back. C'mon guys, you can do better. read more

I dropped in for lunch and decided to try the Jalapeno Bacon burger ($19) and a standard adult cheese burger ($13). My experience was somewhat mixed. Unfortunately, the buns used for both burgers were not as fresh as I'd hoped, which did detract from the overall enjoyment. The burgers, while visually appealing, fell short in taste. They seemed a bit undercooked and lacked the seasoning I was expecting. Additionally, the fact that the burger comes with kettle chips and fries is available for an extra $2-$4 felt like an unnecessary upsell. On a more positive note, we also ordered a couple of lattes, both of which were excellent and a highlight of our meal. In total, our bill for 2 coffees, 2 burgers, and including the tip, amounted to $51. While I might consider returning for the coffee, the burgers were a letdown and wouldn't be my reason for revisiting. read more

I recently visited this burger place, and unfortunately, I don't understand the rave reviews. I ordered the jalapeño bacon burger, while my wife chose the chipotle chicken sandwich. Sadly, both sandwiches fell flat. They tasted like below-average burgers overloaded with toppings that overshadowed the flavor of the meat. The burgers were large, greasy messes, and we found them to be overpriced; we spent over $50 on two burgers and fries, and we only managed to eat about a quarter of our meals. Additionally, the ambiance left much to be desired for families. There was limited seating, and the infant seats were wobbly, dirty, and had broken straps, which was concerning. To top it off, the music was excessively loud, making it difficult to enjoy our meal. Perhaps it was just an off day, but we certainly won't be returning. read more

I sampled the burgers at both Yaks on The 5 (Dunsmuir) and its sister location Yaks Shack (Mt. Shasta). They are both excellently managed by the owners of the Yaks Company Burgers. I particularly enjoyed the Cilantro Bomb and Garlic Obsession, among others. My first taste of these renowned burgers was at Yaks on The 5 in the Historic District of Dunsmuir on Historic US Route Highway 99 and Mt. Shasta Boulevard is also on the US Route 99. One of the highlights of these establishments is the amusing order name tags. Personally, I prefer the original Yaks on The 5 for its larger and more spacious seating areas. It can get quite busy on certain days, but overall, if you're looking for a satisfying meal, I recommend visiting these two locations. I will definately returning to either location in the future. read more

This place was a major disappointment and definitely not worth the visit. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the experience would be poor. The space itself is incredibly small and cramped, making it feel uncomfortable and chaotic. We were stuck waiting in an agonizingly long line that seemed to take forever to move. To make matters worse, the service is truly bad. They had the breakfast menu prominently displayed, leading us to believe it was available; however, after waiting in that endless line, the cashier abruptly informed us that breakfast service had ended at 11:30 am. The PB latte was sooo good, I'm glad I tried something new! The service was also awesome; Alexis at the front was super nice and helpful. Finally got the chance to stop and eat here. There was a line for breakfast not even a thing moved right along. Being able to sit outside made it fantastic. The number system names was hilarious grandson laughed at ours Hot Digity. Food was great great flavors and the homemade artisan buns put it over the top. Coffee was an added bonus.
