In a world full of choices where everybody can do the same thing, service can feel rushed or impersonal, Duncan's approach felt authentic. That my friends is something that is hard to teach. A smile can be shown but you can feel something else. He spoke to me about my vehicle as if it were his own, and that level of commitment reassured me. I left feeling confident in the quality of the work done. If you're in need of service, I highly recommend reaching out to Duncan and his team--they truly make a difference! I've been in the auto industry for over 20 years and truly appreciate when I feel I'm taking care of.     My recent experience with Toyota of Cedar Park was extremely disappointing and confirms many of the…read moreconcerns people have about dealership practices. I will not be doing business with this dealership again and strongly caution others to be very careful if they choose to do so. My wife and I came in to test drive a car and, after the test drive, submitted a credit application--explicitly authorizing a credit pull--with the clear intent to purchase the vehicle. We were told everything was in order and scheduled an appointment the following morning for my wife to move forward with financing and paperwork. At no point were we informed that the vehicle was still at risk of being sold. While my wife was on her way to completing the financing process, she received a call informing her that the vehicle had been shown to another couple and sold. This occurred despite our salesperson clearly communicating to management that this deal was essentially set. That information was dismissed, and management allowed another salesperson to show and sell the vehicle without extending us even the courtesy of a phone call to give us the opportunity to finalize the purchase--which we absolutely would have done. I work with dealerships regularly in my profession, and while you hear stories like this, you hope they are exaggerated or rare. Unfortunately, this experience proved otherwise. When I raised the issue with management, the response felt scripted, dismissive, and entirely policy-driven, with no ownership or genuine concern for how poorly this was handled. It became very clear that the priority was selling the vehicle as quickly as possible, regardless of fairness, professionalism, or existing commitments. The message sent was simple: once a faster or more convenient sale appears, an active and committed customer is expendable. That reflects a lack of integrity in both process and leadership. I previously had a positive experience purchasing from Toyota of Cedar Park, which makes this situation even more disappointing. This was not a failure of the salesperson I worked with--it was a management decision, and it speaks volumes about how business is conducted there. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. If you choose to do business here, proceed with caution and do not assume that verbal assurances, credit applications, or scheduled appointments mean anything unless a deal is fully executed. This dealership and its management team should be ashamed of themselves!

    On a scale of 1 to 5, selling my car to Carvana was a 10+…read more We've been so conditioned to expect hassle, games, and disappointment -- especially in the car world -- that a smooth, honest experience almost feels unreal. That should be the standard. Instead, it feels exceptional. When Carvana gave me a quote that was way higher than I expected -- higher than what I had seen from Edmunds and KBB -- I naturally assumed the usual nonsense was coming next. That's what modern business trains you to expect: a nice number online, then the second you show up in person they start finding excuses to shave it down. But Carvana didn't do that. They didn't play games. They didn't punish a minor issue. They didn't turn the process into a negotiation circus. They just handled business like competent, honest adults. The online process took me 15 minutes total. I answered the questions and got a quote. I then uploaded my driver's license and odometer reading, signed the digital title, and picked a time to go to Carvana. That was it. No maze. No nonsense. No pointless back-and-forth. Then I got there, they quickly checked my car to make sure what I said about it was accurate, and I was out in about 25 minutes. Twenty-five minutes. That alone should embarrass all the traditional car dealerships. No half-day hostage situation. No disappearing into the back room. No fake manager routine. They checked the car, handled everything professionally, and within about 6 hours the direct deposit was already in my bank account and available. That kind of speed and follow-through is so rare now that it almost feels unreal. That's what made this experience so compelling. Not just that they paid the quote, but that they didn't play games, they didn't punish a minor issue, the process was fast, simple, and respectful, and they gave me the rare feeling that I was dealing with a company that was actually competent and honest. Carvana didn't just buy my car -- they restored my faith that a business can treat people decently, keep its word, and make life easier instead of harder. At this point, not trying Carvana first would honestly feel stupid. I haven't bought a car from Carvana, so I can't speak on that side of the business. But after this experience, I can say without hesitation that I would never sell or trade in another vehicle without trying Carvana first. Carvana is clearly at another level. P.S.
