They got the faucet working again, recommended replacing some worn parts, and offered to return once the new parts are obtained to ensure everything functions perfectly. Drain Right Services was supposed to arrive between 1-3pm, and the lady told me they would give me a half hour heads up when they were on their way. Around 2:40pm, I called and let the lady know that I hadn't heard from anyone. She assured me that they hadn't forgotten about me and I was the next one up. Two hours later (4:30pm), no one had shown up. No phone call. Nothing. I texted them and cancelled the appointment. Before I keep forgetting I have to review drain right services. My mom's hot water heater just randomly stopped working one Sunday afternoon. It's only been 3 years since it was installed and figured that replacing some parts would work. However I was wrong and had to call plumbers to go fix the issue. I'm glad I searched and found drain right services because they were the only ones that came out to give me an estimate same day. After speaking with their tech Michael we all came to the conclusion to replace the entire unit as it would be likely that we would be in the same spot in few months even if my moms old water heater was fixed. We have Micheal the go ahead and he got to work. After a couple of hours it was up and running and my mom finally had hot water after 2 weeks of taking cold showers or bucket showers lol. Work was done timely and well. Good crew. On time. BUT the billing process is awful. All services were paid for before completed but I continue to receive reminders and warnings that payment is due. Have telephoned to inquire, confirmed there was no balance due. Was first told it was an oversight. But then another notice was received. Another phone call.
