After a flood in my home caused by my AC unit, my floors were completely ruined and I was beyond stressed. From the very first interaction, James turned what could have been a nightmare into a smooth, reassuring experience. James's communication was absolutely exceptional. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained the process clearly, followed up consistently, and made sure I fully understood everything that was happening. Not once did I feel left in the dark, rushed, or confused--every single question I had was answered thoroughly and patiently. The quality of work speaks for itself. Jenkins Restoration replaced my drywall and floorboards, installed beautiful new tile, and reinstalled my vanity and toilet seamlessly. They painted my entire house. Everything was done with such precision and care that you would never know there had been flood damage at all. My home honestly looks better than it did before. What truly sets James apart is how hard he advocated for me with my insurance company. He went above and beyond to make sure my best interests were protected, handled the back-and-forth professionally, and took a huge weight off my shoulders. Having someone that knowledgeable and dedicated on your side makes all the difference. Don't bother going with any other company--you simply can't find companies like Jenkins Restoration anymore. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, honesty, and customer care are unmatched. If you ever need restoration work done, do yourself a favor and call Jenkins Restoration--and if you can, ask for James Green. I would recommend them a thousand times over!

They gave me an estimate however when the bill came in it was 40% higher than the estimate. I asked for an explanation but was told they worked within industry standards and the bill was sent to my insurance company. If the insurance company pays it they get to "adjust" the price.

I appreciate the way the owner of 911, Phil, helped me navigate the insurance- and the HOA of our building. Highly recommend- especially during difficult times! Thank you!

Careful! The employees are nice enough... I feel sorry for…read morethem because there is a serious disconnect and issue with leadership. The owner, Phil...be very cautious with that one. My repairs started with an a line leak from one of the bathrooms upstairs which unfortunately soaked through carpeting and dripped down into my chandelier over my dining room table downstairs. *When I questioned the feedback on Phil's behalf to my insurance, he implied I was asking him to lie when in fact, I was asking him to clarify the transitions that would remain on my flooring since I was removing all carpet. *I have a challenging schedule (night shift/ 14 hr shifts) so when I had the time to get work done on my sporadic days off, I would be given information by the crew doing the repairs but Phil would state otherwise...I'm not sure if he thought I didn't speak with the workers in my home directly...so get use to getting lied to. I cannot tell you how many days I called out because of the scheduling issues (I have the text messages to prove it). It took over 6 months to complete the work that was actually done in a matter of 2 weeks. *Do your best to keep documentation on conversations and estimates. *Don't be surprised if the "estimate" changes after the work is completed and you're given a 'new estimate'. *Apparently, unannounced visits are acceptable for the owner. *I was told what supplies would be needed for ME to finish the job that they started...yes, you read that right. *The amount of drywall dust left in my home has been wiped down for OVER a month, and it's still all over the place. *A portion of the work was not going to be completed because I wanted to be done with them so Phil decided to keep the monies originally allotted for wallpaper replacement and apply that balance to "what was owed for labor". I couldn't contract out with someone else because he kept that money. I voiced my concerns to my insurance company and they stated it was made out to sound like this is a conflict of personalities. Definitely NOT someone I would do business again with. The crew was good I wouldn't be tricked into thinking the response below is genuine- as we've been working with one another for 6months. I stand by my review Thanks for taking the time to read Best of luck

I don't usually write reviews this long, but Andrew with Green Home deserves it…read more He completely gutted and rebuilt my master bathroom, and the result is beautiful. This was my first remodel, so I did a lot of research and got multiple bids. Andrew's pricing was lower than others, but his work looked almost too perfect, which honestly made me skeptical at first. I reached out to one of his past reviewers before hiring him, just to confirm they had a good experience and they had nothing but great things to say. Now I understand why. Andrew handled demo, moved the shower to a different wall, installed all new tile, plumbing, lighting, and built the entire shower from scratch. He also has a strong eye for design and helped guide decisions in a way that felt collaborative, not pushy. He showed up exactly when he said he would every single day and worked full 8-10 hour days until everything was complete. His communication stayed clear, consistent, and reliable. He kept the job site clean, contained the dust to one area, and was extremely respectful of my home. I took notice that he was the only contractor who took his shoes off at the door when walking thru to bid. That said a lot to me about him. He continued to do things that showed his good nature and great character. Another thing I really appreciated was I felt that he genuinely looked out for me. A designer I had hired was pushing me toward options that were well over my budget, and Andrew encouraged me to take a step back and think it through. He even suggested better alternatives, which I ended up using. That kind of honesty is rare. He also recommended great companies for other parts of the project, including AQ Glass Arizona Shower Doors and Aaron Dominguez Granite, both of which did excellent work. He stayed on budget, did everything right the first time, and was incredibly patient with me throughout the process. I've already hired him again for my kitchen and guest bathroom, and he's even come back for a few smaller requests without hesitation. The only "negative" is that he's booked pretty far out, but that's really not a negative. It just means he's in demand. He is absolutely worth the wait. I feel very lucky to have found him and would recommend him without hesitation.

We recently finished our master bathroom remodeled and we couldn't be happier with the results!…read moreFrom start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The Andrew is incredibly efficient. The project moved forward smoothly without unnecessary delays (other than when materials did not arrive when scheduled). He provided excellent design advice, helping us understand what would work in our space (and what wouldn't necessarily look right). Communication was top-notch; he kept us updated every step of the way, answered all our questions promptly, made us aware of when he was going to be at our project and at what time, and made sure we felt comfortable with every decision. The crew was also very clean and they treated our home with respect and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. It was still a construction zone, so there was still some dust that lingered around, but we were able to stay on top of it fairly easily. Overall, this was one of the best home improvement experiences we've ever had. We highly recommend Green Home Services to anyone looking for quality work, professionalism, and a stress-free process. The photos show the true transformation that Green Home Services was able to create for us!
