Was easy making an appointment for the next day. They gave a 4 hour appointment window, and called 20 minutes before they arrived. Once they arrived, they were very professional. We had a sliding door that was stuck and wouldn't open anymore. They looked at it and gave a free quote. Honestly, the cost was more than I was expecting (I have no idea how much sliding door repairs cost), but they had to do a fair amount of work - replacing and adjusting the roller, cleaning and lubricating the track, and resizing the door (part of the reason the door was stuck was because it was too big for the track). We decided to go with it, and they were done fixing it pretty fast. The door has never moved smoother (including when we first moved in and it was still new)! Overall was a great experience. They were timely and honest about what the issues were and how much each potential repair might cost. If we ever have issues with our other sliding doors, this is where we're going! Ok, I had heavy, sticky old sliders from 1979. I tried over the years to fix them myself but they were just way too heavy and I just couldn't do it. At times, the locking mechanism had to be fiddled with to align properly due to the sticky sliding doors.
