I had called for a free estimate and Juan came over on time with a courtesy phone call about 20 mins in advance. I was quoted for 3 different options for the rollers. There are 2 rollers in each door panel and that includes the labor. I was also quoted to have the top of one door top wood shaved down also. In my mind, I was going to spend a certain amount going with the stainless steel rollers and no need to remove the molding. Juan said he did not have to remove the molding around the top of the door frame and can do the work same day. I had to get authorization so he would have to come back. (He did go beyond by helping me open the lock to find out that the left side was broken). I asked for a written estimate emailed from the office but never received. Fast forward, Shay, the owner came out because Juan had other appts. He said the top molding has to be removed and Juan under estimated the work needed. What was not clear was molding removal price was for one door panel even though the molding spanned the whole top. Didn't realize the right side door needed to be shaved so that added another $. Wish I was quoted that before the door was removed. (Shay said he didn't want to but it needed to be shaved once he removed it and accessed so that was another cost unseen). One person on the job but I felt at times it was better with 2 people. I only say this because the one person was not able to move the door all the way out to the patio deck area to work on it so the door shavings would not go all over the inside of the house since it sat part inside the house. There was one time he pivot the door and it scraped the bottom of the door also. The custom wood sliding doors has wood door guards screwed into the top and Shay said the company that installed it went beyond to keep the door in place and the door did not really need it and when I had suggested he put it back, he said he would have to shave the door guard down because he shaved the door down so now it won't fit. I was able to rock the door a little and would have felt better if he had just put the door the way he took it out. This is a custom home and I wish he had thought about putting a tarp down before working without having to be reminded. He did vacuum what he can but a lot of sawdust was everywhere inside the home. Wish they had a better system to block the sawdust like a plastic cover or tarp. Shay and Juan have a great can do attitude and I just wish they went beyond by breaking down the prices better before starting the job and better training so no misunderstanding about if a molding needs to be removed or not. Yelp had a 10% off coupon but Shay said yelp did not update so was not able to use. Happy that both doors work with ease but still have to find someone to put the molding back or replace. Update; Shay did contact me the next day to make it right and customer service is his main goal before anything else. They do care about their work and feedback to make sure this does not happen in the future. I appreciate it and would recommend them in the future because they do stand behind their work. Changed my rating from a 3.5 star to a 5 star. read more

I called for service since 2 of my 4 sliding doors badly needed maintenance or repair. One sliding door did not roll. It turned out that the plastic rollers broke. It needed to be replaced. The 2nd door had rusty rollers. So that was replaced also. Both doors were replaced with stainless steel rollers since ocean air did not rust stainless steel. Yaniv was prompt & very personable. I've had a sliding back glass door acting up for about a few months. After contacting various door companies and getting the runaround I ran across this company and decided to make a call. I received text and set an appointment. They sent a technician, Juan , to visit and give me an estimate on my sliding glass. It was opening with a lot of difficulty and at times wouldn't open at all.
